Published data on compositions and properties of zinc-containing crystalline glazes for ornamental ceramics are summarized. Current concepts of the mechanism of crystallization and spherulite formation in a glaze coating are discussed, The possibility of controlling the crystallization process and decorative properties of glazes by varying firing conditions and parameters is demonstrated. 简要介绍了建筑陶瓷领域、日用陶瓷和工艺美术陶瓷领域装饰技术的最新进展,着重介绍了引领陶瓷装饰技术发展和最新潮流的意大利、西班牙在这方面的水平和成果,他们为开放的中国从世界陶瓷大国尽快过渡到世界陶瓷强国提供了借鉴和方向。装饰技术的总体水平包括设计、装饰技法、装饰工艺、装饰材料和装饰机械装备等几大方面,其中设计是龙头,它应包括产品的图案设计、造型设计、色彩的搭配、产品的应用及展示设计等多个方面;装饰技法包括平面装饰和立体装饰、平铺和点缀、多种装饰材料的交替和组合应用等;装饰工艺包括布料(多管布料、多次布料、随机布料、微粉和干粒布料),丝网印刷(平面丝网印刷、辊筒印刷、胶辊印刷),各种施釉工艺,抛光,柔抛,釉抛和半釉抛工艺,磨边和水刀切割,拼花工艺等;装饰材料有各种色料、成釉、金属釉、干粒、印油、渗花液、喷墨印刷用耗材等;装饰机械装备包括各种装饰机械和工模具。 相似文献

The results of an experimental investigation of the effect of the direction of the temperature field vector on the process of degassing of molten glazes in firing glazed ceramics are presented. Equations for calculating the temperature gradients that appear in glaze coatings in the process of firing ceramics are derived. The Alcazar Palace (Seville, Spain) is famous for its ceramic decorations; 16th century wall tiles of different typologies have been analyzed in order to relate the manufacturing process of their colored glazes to the evolving technologies of the Renaissance. Chemical and mineralogical compositions have been determined in situ by nondestructive X-ray fluorescence and X-ray diffraction on arista ceramics in the Cenador de Carlos Quinto, and majolica ceramics in the Palacio Gotico and the Royal oratory. The arista style belongs to the local Hispano-Moresque ceramic tradition. Majolica tiles have the complex microstructures of glazes from Italy. The two types are clearly differentiated by their typology, morphology (curved vs flat surface), and also microstructure (single vs multi-layers), glaze chemistry, and use of different coloring agents. Moreover, we found different glaze chemistries in the investigated majolicas, which correspond to different artists and/or practices. 相似文献

The aim of this work is to demonstrate the feasibility of valorizing and recycling Yttria‐stabilized Zirconia thermal spray waste into high value products for industrial and residential use. Based on the powders chemistry and morphology, this work aims to realize products, like frits suitable for white glazes and ceramic tiles. The focus is on one class of powder: high‐temperature and abrasion‐resistant ceramics, like Yttria‐stabilized zirconia. This study has revealed that the substitution of pure zirconia with waste Yttria‐stabilized zirconia is possible in high percentages, up to 100% to prepare frits suitable for white glazes. 相似文献

采用高温固相反应法,分别制备了绿色(SrAl_2O_4:Eu~(2 ),Dy~(3 ))、蓝色(CaAl_2O_4:Eu~(2 ),Nd~(3 ))和红色(CaTiO_3:Pr~(3 ))长余辉发光材料。光谱分析表明,样品均在紫外至可见光范围内均能有效激发,SrAl_2O_4:Eu~(2 ),Dy~(3 )的发光峰值位于520nm,CaAl_2O_4:Eu~(2 ),Nd~(3 )的发光峰值位于440nm,CaTiO_3:Pr~(3 )的发光峰值位于612nm,用锌硼硅系统作为基础釉料,与发光材料混合制得发光釉料,在陶瓷基片上制备了具有一定图案的多彩长余辉发光陶瓷。 相似文献

The aim of this study was to establish the effects of different coatings on the cleanability of glazed ceramics. The surface properties were examined with a contact angle meter, a contact profilometer and a confocal microscope. The surfaces were soiled with three radiochemical model soils: inorganic particle soil, organic particle soil and oil soil. Soil adhesion on surfaces was measured with a quantitative radiochemical procedure. Generally, cleanability of the particles present in the model soil was found to be affected by the roughness of the surfaces; however, the cleanability of the oil in the model soils correlated with the contact angle of water on the surfaces. Coating of glazes, especially with fluoropolymer film, generally increased the contact angle values. The coatings affected the cleanability of ceramics somewhat: particle soils were removed most efficiently from glazes coated with TiO2 and Zr. By contrast the oil soil residues of the fluoropolymer surfaces were the lowest. The cleanability results of the three model soils based on inorganic or organic particles or oil were different indicating differences between the cleanabilities of these main components of the soils. 相似文献

The phase formation processes are studied for all stages of the synthesis of devitrified glaze coatings for ceramics, which are produced by directed crystallization of -spodumene, diopside, and gahnite.
