宝钢电镀锡机组2#软熔导电辊粘锡失效模拟研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
粘锡是宝钢电镀锡机组 2 # 软熔导电辊失效的主要原因 ,通过模拟 2 # 软熔导电辊的工况条件 ,研究了影响导电辊粘锡失效的主要因素。结果表明 ,淬水槽水温和导电辊冷却水温是影响导电辊粘锡失效的主要因素 ,提高淬水槽水温和导电辊冷却水温 ,都促使导电辊辊面粗糙度降低 ,加剧辊面粘锡。此外提高淬水槽中的锡含量 ,也促使导电辊粘锡。采取带钢出淬水槽后加快带钢冷却和降低导电辊冷却水温等措施 ,可减轻导电辊粘锡 ,提高导电辊寿命  相似文献

1420mm冷轧单元镀锡机组软熔导电辊的使用寿命短,一定程度上制约了机组的正常生产,抢修频繁。对软熔导电辊的失效原因进行初步分析,认为主要是粘和磨损所造成的综合失效;提出了改善导电辊粗糙度形态、提高耐磨性和变更带出槽工艺、改善软熔导电辊工况、减少粘锡等解决对策。  相似文献

综述了脱锡剂的研究进展.研究了不同酸性脱锡剂对导电辊脱锡效果.结果表明,脱锡剂高锰酸钾脱锡效果较好,脱锡速度快,脱锡速度达0.023g/cm2,且添加剂亚硝酸钠有助于脱锡效果.粘锡的模拟导电辊脱锡过程表明,脱锡时间为5 min时,模拟导电辊表面平均粗糙度值达1.074 μm,脱锡的效率达到97.3%.高锰酸钾-亚硝酸钠体系的脱锡剂对导电辊材质腐蚀性较小.  相似文献

 轧辊表面形貌直接影响板带钢产品的表面质量甚至其织构组成。为了定量研究轧辊磨损过程中其表面形貌特征的变化规律,采集了1个磨辊周期内不同轧制阶段的轧辊表面图像信息,基于MATLAB平台,利用图像处理方法对不同阶段的下机轧辊表面图像进行了预处理,提取样本图像的几何形状及纹理特征等17维图像特征参数和分形维数,经过对这些参数的属性约简建立了用于轧辊磨损形貌状态识别的BP神经网络模型。结果表明:等效面积圆半径﹑圆形度﹑纹理熵及二阶矩等轧辊形貌图像特征参数和分形维数可以作为描述轧辊表面形貌的定量指标,并可用BP网络模型对轧辊磨损形貌进行识别预测。为建立轧辊磨损形貌的定量评价体系提供了新途径。  相似文献

为了抑制或均匀武钢2250热轧带钢平整机在轧制服役过程中所表现出严重的W形工作辊磨损,降低磨损峰值,改善工作辊出现褶皱、光带等辊面缺陷,提高带钢的板形质量。根据现场轧制工艺条件及生产实际,通过建立热轧平整机工作辊的磨损预报模型,对工作辊的窜辊方式、窜辊步长和窜辊节奏等主要影响因素进行了研究,提出了改进的工作辊窜辊策略。通过现场试验发现,工作辊磨损峰值小于40μm,较改进前减小约20%;板形调控特性得到改善,弯辊力调节量较改进前减小约30%;降低了辊耗,延长轧辊服役时间,单位磨损量减小约20%。  相似文献

The precision of strip flatness depends on several factors; wear of rolls is one of the main variables that have influence on the surface quality of the strip. The wear of the roils represents a complex friction condition, sometimes the wear in the backup roll is not analyzed because the strip is not in contact with the backup roll; however, after several campaigns of rolling, the wear in the backup roll becomes dangerous because the pressure distribution is not uniform. Investigation of mechanism of the surface deterioration of the backup roll for the hot strip rolling is very important for the development of the automatic strip shape control system used in hot strip mills. A mathematical model is developed considering the Hertzian pressure distribution between two cylinders with parallel axes. It is used in real time for calculating the wear in the backup roll and in this manner take deci- sions for preventing finished product reworking or damage of equipments, which result in accidents caused by excessive wear in the backup rolls.  相似文献

轧辊槽面状况直接影响高速线材盘条表面质量,对粗中轧不同机架轧辊孔型磨损进行了大量测量,结果显示,无论是椭圆孔型还是圆孔型,孔型磨损都呈现极大不均匀性,槽底磨损量最大;沿轧制方向,磨损量逐渐增加,且椭圆孔型磨损量增加幅度高于圆孔型;单机架磨损量随吨位呈正相关关系。这些基本规律,有助于轧机操作人员适时地进行辊缝调整,更容易地控制料形。  相似文献

 研究了国内某厂1700热连轧机CVC轧辊磨损模型,分析了影响轧辊磨损的各种因素。确定了模型中主要系数数值,编制离线仿真程序,计算某一换辊周期CVC工作辊磨损,得到轧制带钢长度与工作辊中心磨损的关系及CVC轧辊磨损曲线。计算结果表明,轧制带钢长度是影响轧辊中心磨损量的一个重要因素;CVC轧辊磨损规律与普通轧辊相同,轧辊磨损对其辊形影响不大。将计算得到的CVC轧辊磨损曲线与采用高精度磨床测量得到的实际磨损曲线比较,两者吻合较好,表明此轧辊磨损计算模型具有较高的计算精度,可用于轧辊磨损在线预报。  相似文献

A new method was developed by a thermal wear machine to evaluate the thermal wear of roils in steel rolling process. The steel strip and rolls were simulated by upper and lower heating disks. The upper heating disk could he kept at a temperature of over 900 ℃ by induction heating. The pressure between the disks as high as 323.2 MPa could be achieved and the slipping rate could be 12. 7 %. The thermal wear of high speed steel (HSS) roll material, the wear rate of the HSS roll, and the SEM morphology of a worn HSS roll surface were investigated. This method was useful and could be employed to simulate friction and wear between strip and roll during the strip rolling process.  相似文献

The effects of carbon and chromium additions on the wear resistance and surface roughness of five high-speed steel (HSS) rolls manufactured by a centrifugal casting method were investigated in this study. High-temperature wear tests were conducted on these rolls to experimentally simulate the wear process during hot rolling. The wear-test results revealed that the wear resistance increased with increasing carbon content because of the increased total carbide fraction. In the HSS roll containing a smaller amount of chromium, the wear resistance was improved because it contained a number of very hard MC carbides. However, it showed a very rough roll surface because of the preferential removal of the matrix and the sticking of the rolled material to the roll surface during the wear process. Rolls containing a higher chromium content had very low surface roughness, because of the formation of a larger amount of M7C3 carbides of slightly lower hardness and homogeneous wear of the matrix and carbides. In order to improve wear resistance with consideration of surface roughness, the increase in the chromium content, i.e., the increase in the amount of M7C3 carbides, which can result in a low surface roughness, was suggested.  相似文献

在自行设计的双辊薄带电磁侧封实验装置上,测定了磁感应强度的分布。研究了感应圈安匝数及辊端进入磁轭的深度对侧封液态金属高度的影响规律。结果表明:侧封液态金属的高度随感应圈安匝数的增加而升高,基本呈线性关系;辊端进入磁轭的深度加大时,侧封高度显著增加。利用此规律可节省电能,减少设备发热。实验中还观察和分析了实验热效应和钢液表面波动现象。  相似文献

The effects of alloying elements on the microstructural factors, hardness, and wear properties of four high-speed steel (HSS) rolls fabricated by centrifugal casting were investigated. A hot-rolling simulation test was carried out using a high-temperature wear tester capable of controlling speed, load, and temperature. The test results revealed that the HSS roll containing a larger amount of vanadium showed the best wear resistance because it contained a number of hard MC-type carbides. However, it showed a very rough roll surface because of cracking along cell boundaries, the preferential removal of the matrix, and the sticking of the rolled material onto the roll surface during the wear process, thereby leading to an increase in the friction coefficient and rolling force. In order to improve wear resistance with consideration to surface roughness, it is suggested that a reduction in the vanadium content, an increase in solid-solution hardening by adding alloying elements, an increase in secondary hardening by precipitation of fine carbides in the matrix, and formation of refined prior austenite grains by preaustenitization treatment be employed to strengthen the matrix, which can hold hard carbides in it.  相似文献

 轧辊是钢铁企业的重要消耗品,降低轧辊消耗是当前钢铁企业降本增效的要求之一。硅钢断带和粘钢容易引起支撑辊辊面掉肉及裂纹,造成支撑辊磨削差异大、配辊难。合理设计配辊辊径差可方便轧辊管理,减小支撑辊下机后不必要的磨削量,显著降低辊耗成本。但是支撑辊是影响轧制稳定性的重要部件,为此从动力学原理分析了工作辊驱动的UCM轧机上下支撑辊辊径差异对加减速过程驱动力矩的影响,根据弹性力学原理分析了上下支撑辊和中间辊压扁量差异对带钢厚度设定和控制精度的影响。生产应用最新配辊方案表明,合理的配辊策略不仅不会影响生产,而且方便轧辊管理,降低辊耗成本。  相似文献

为了解决拉矫机工作辊服役周期短的问题,在研究拉矫机工作原理的基础上,对工作辊啮合量的合理使用范围进行了深入探讨,针对生产中出现的工作辊异常磨损现象,通过表面纳米涂层处理,延长了工作辊的使用寿命;针对工作辊轴头烧损现象,通过分析工作辊端部的受力变化,结合分析量化了拉矫机支撑辊和工作辊之间的间隙,最终解决了轴头的烧损难题。  相似文献

Flatness and surface quality are important quality indexes of strip steel, and roll wear will directly affect the product's flatness and surface quality. Online roll profile measurement technology can obtain the information of roll profile in real time, guide the optimization of roll change rhythm, and improve the flatness control ability of rolling mill and surface quality of strip product. However, the error caused by roll displacement, clearance, roll thermal crown, and other factors is usually the same order of magnitude as the roll shape or roll wear, or even one order of magnitude higher. So error compensation is the key to ensuring the accuracy of online roll profile measurement. Herein, the position measurement technology of the roll bearing block is considered in the online roll profile measurement, and the measurement error caused by the deviation of the roll axis is separated. The thermal crown model is established to separate the measurement errors caused by the thermal crown. The error compensation model of online roll profile measurement is established, and the simulation calculation is carried out. This error compensation method is of great significance to improve the accuracy of online roll profile measurement and realize the fine management of mill roll in service.  相似文献

 CVC辊形以其较强的凸度控制能力在热连轧中有着广泛的应用,但是CVC辊形不具有均匀磨损的能力,其磨损往往比较严重,且呈现出非对称性。针对该特点提出CVC工作辊非对称磨损的表征方法,利用该方法对某1 800 mm CSP生产线下游机架CVC工作辊非对称磨损情况进行分析。统计结果表明,下游机架工作辊磨损多为非对称形式,并与CVC辊形呈现出一定的对应性。在此基础上,提出辊径对整体磨损影响系数及辊径对轧制力影响系数2个新的磨损模型参数,并建立针对CVC轧辊的非对称磨损预报模型,利用遗传算法对模型参数进行优化,并利用实测数据进行验证,改进后磨损模型精度比常规磨损模型精度平均提高了约35%。  相似文献

Abstract

This research centres on surface initiated damage on back-up rolls whereby rolling contact fatigue cracks can propagate into the rolls potentially reaching the internal stress fields and leading to catastrophic failure and has sought to establish design criteria for avoiding such failures. The project objectives have been achieved by examining field evidence, determining the loading and tribological conditions at the work roll/back-up roll interface and investigating both theoretically and experimentally the mechanisms involved in rolling contact fatigue in this case. The presented rolling contact, fatigue and fracture mechanics model includes criteria for crack branching either upwards (i.e.relative safety) or downwards (i.e.potentially catastrophic) and the link between these two cases is related, quantitatively, to the properties of the roll material. After linking mechanics to microstructure, the influence of work roll test disc surface roughness on both the surface wear of and the interaction between wear and rolling contact fatigue at the surface of back-up roll test discs has been quantified using the results obtained from experimental simulations carried out on a rolling–sliding testing machine. Finally practical quantitative recommendations are made for the mechanical and microstructural design of bainitic back-up roll materials, back-up roll redressing procedures and the surface roughness of both work rolls and back-up rolls presented to the mill.  相似文献
