本文针对目前复摆颚式破碎机的机构参数、结构形式不统一,造成产品机型混乱和材料、能源浪费的问题,提出了复摆颚式破碎机的机构参数优化的数学模型。经用复合形法计算表明,优化后的破碎机可大幅度提高衬板的使用寿命和提高生产率。本文还根据某选矿厂采用颚式破碎机破碎煤炭的使用情况,提出生产中轻型颚式破碎机的构想。  相似文献

The crushing performance of printed circuit board (PCB) was studied on several crushers. The results show that PCB is a material which is difficult to crush. The crushing performance of PCB with disk crusher, especially vibration grinding, which has cut or impact action, excels that of jaw crusher or roller crusher. The PCB scrap is worthwhile to recycle using variety of modern characterization methods. When compared with natural resources, this material stream remains a rich precious metal and nonferrous metals. In PCB scrap, metals account for 47% of the total material composition, in which there exists 19.66% copper, 11.47% iron, 3.93% lead, 300 g/t gold and 5 - 10 kg/t silver, etc. In addition, the PCB scrap contains 27% of plastics and 26% of refractory oxides.  相似文献

本文应用机械优化设计方法在计算机上对PE250复摆颚式破碎机工作机构进行了优化设计,经反复多次计算比较,揭示了通过改变推力板的悬挂方式可以优化出非常理想的工作机构几何参数,动颚排料口处及其上各点的特性值可大大减小,从而可减少衬板磨损,提高机器的破碎生产率和整机性能。  相似文献

Jaw crusher is a kind of machine widely used in mining and aggregates industry,but it still has some shortcom- ings,such as liners wear,terrible power draw etc.The lack of research on material flow strongly limits the design improvement. The size reduction of the jaw crusher relies on the moving jaw movement that is a kind of complicated swing.Based on the move- ment analysis of the moving jaw and the single particle breakage characters,the material flow is analyzed.The measure of the breakage force is carried out.Material flow analysis is partly confirmed by the experimental results and some new information is also learned from the crushing force distribution.The job on the material flow will be helpful to the jaw crusher design improve- ment.  相似文献

The associated minerals make coal middlings possess a relatively high ash content. Subsequent liberation through size reduction can cause recovery increase. However, effect of comminution facilities on mineral liberation of middlings was ignored. This paper studied the liberation characteristics of middlings crushed with different kinds of fragmentation forces. Middlings of ?3 mm + 0.5 mm sampled from a dense medium cyclone were comminuted by a jaw crusher and a ball mill to ?0.5 mm with similar size distribution respectively. The generating mechanism of fines was also analyzed. Full densimetric analyses indicate that mineral liberation of the product crushed by the jaw crusher is better than that by the ball mill at each fraction. For sizes of ?0.125 mm + 0.074 mm and ?0.074 mm, yields of the product with ash content 11% comminuted by jaw crusher are nearly 20% higher than that by the ball mill. Sectional micrographs observed by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) also show the same law for these two fractions and some intergrowth particles still exist in the fraction of ?0.5 mm + 0.25 mm.  相似文献

Our differential and grading toothed roll crusher blends the advantages of a toothed roll crusher and a jaw crusher and possesses characteristics of great crushing, high breaking efficiency, multi-sieving and has, for the moment, made up for the shortcomings of the toothed roll crusher. The moving jaw of the crusher is a crank-rocker mechanism. For optimizing the dynamic performance and improving the cracking capability of the crusher, a mathematical model was established to optimize the transmission angle γ and to minimize the travel characteristic value m of the moving jaw. Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the crusher crank-rocker mechanism for multi-object design and an optimum result is obtained. According to the implementation, it is shown that the performance of the crusher and the cracking capability of the moving jaw have been improved.  相似文献

以国产PYB1750大型弹簧圆锥破碎机为研究对象,利用Pro/ENGINEER软件对其主要部件主轴建立了有限元模型,并用ANSYS软件进行静力分析和模态分析。静力分析主要进行位移、应力和变形分析,输出了位移云图、应力云图和变形图,直观展示主轴的位移场和应力场,校核主轴的强度和刚度;模态分析主要输出振型图,获得了模态参数,分析了在各薄弱环节尺寸变化及对其动态性能的影响,以期改善结构的动态性能,为大型弹簧圆锥破碎机的结构设计提供了依据。  相似文献
