脉冲熔化极气体保护焊焊接电源—电弧系统建模与仿真 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
因脉冲熔化极气体保护焊(Pulse gas metal arc welding,GMAW-P)焊接电弧负载非线性与时变性的特点,GMAW-P焊接电源-电弧系统的研究、设计及其控制参数的选定有其固有的难点。采用基于Matlab/Simulink扩展工具S函数模块设计技术,建立GMAW-P焊接电源-电弧系统动态仿真模型。基于所建立的仿真模型,在完成对控制器参数优化设计的同时,实现对GMAW-P电源-电弧系统的抗弧长干扰仿真研究。试验证明,仿真计算结果和试验结果具有较好的一致性,验证了所建仿真模型的正确性、控制系统调节器优化参数的适应性及电源控制系统的动态性能,为GMAW-P焊接电源-电弧系统仿真建模研究及控制器参数的优化设计提供了新的途径。 相似文献

针对当前对CO2焊机电源测试及其焊接过程分析的需要,开发出一套能自动测试弧焊电源性能的系统.通过对焊接过程中电弧电压、电源电流信号进行采集、处理,实现了对电焊机外特性的测试,同时可对焊接工艺性能做出实时评价.该系统具有智能化程度较高、人机界面友好、测试及数据处理功能齐全等特点,为以后焊机工艺技术的提高带来一定的推动作用. 相似文献

The present paper deals with a shop floor applicable mathematical model for deposition rate during twin-wire submerged arc
welding. The salient features of this model are (1) instead of melting rate, as modeled during past investigations, it quantifies
the deposition rate, which is the actual outcome of the process and always remains smaller than the melting rate because of
evaporation or spatters losses and (2) it estimates electrode extension in order to predict the deposition rate which makes
the proposed model more practical than the models constituted with the help of experimental measurement of electrode extension.
The model is more scientific than the simplified models where contact tube to work-piece distance has been considered as the
electrode extension. A critical review of the relevant past investigation is given and a mathematical model is developed for
deposition rate during the twin-wire welding with both the polarities, i.e., direct current electrode positive and direct
current electrode negative. The model is calibrated using the results of 200 experimental runs and it is found to be very
accurate with very high coefficient of regression and admissible standard error. The developed model is further validated
with extra experimental runs. The practicality of the considered approach for prediction of deposition rate can further be
used in future research for other consumable arc welding processes. 相似文献

针对超音频脉冲方波变极性TIG焊接电源人机交互系统存在的功能单一且操作不便等问题,提出了一种基于单片机和RS485总线技术的数字化人机交互系统。该系统以16位高性能微处理器PIC24FJ256GB106为控制核心,人机交互功能由支持Modbus协议的触摸屏实现。利用MAX485和光电耦合器设计出单片机和触摸屏之间接口电路,在MAPLAB集成开发环境下采用C语言编程完成了Modbus RTU传输模式的软件实现,并利用Easy Builder8000组态软件进行了HMI人机界面设计。焊接加工试验表明,该人机交互系统可对焊接参数进行便捷设置和调节,能够实时监测焊接状态参数,系统运行可靠,可以满足自动化焊接的需要。 相似文献

The purpose of this work is twofold: first to investigate the accuracy of Photo-Voltaic (PV) modeling under non-standard test conditions (STCs), and then to estimate the inaccuracies on maximum power prediction for different PV technologies; this is achieved through the comparison between predicted and measured data under a variety of operating conditions. The developed technique is based on the identification of the modules parameters of the double-diode equivalent circuit. The model has been validated by experimental data taken on five different ∼2 kWp plants of the PV LABoratory (PV-LAB), with different interconnection schemes, and it predicts the power production for mono and poly crystalline Silicon (m-Si and p-Si) plants, while the prediction for CIGS and CdTe PV plants appears less accurate. Results of this comparison are then used to analyze the impact of prediction inaccuracy under real operating conditions. 相似文献

全球暖化的背景下,环境影响与制造质量的协同探究成为了研究热点之一。激光焊接广泛应用于汽车、航空航天、轨道交通等制造业,但其碳排放高、能量利用率低。因此,亟需对激光焊接工艺的碳排放特性进行研究,并协同焊接质量展开综合评价。通过搭建激光焊接的碳排放监测平台,分析激光焊接平台各系统(激光发生器、冷水机、机器人、保护气体系统)的碳排放特性,构建激光对接焊的碳排放模型,计算了各系统不同阶段的碳排放占比。采用最优拉丁超立方采样法,开展激光对接焊实验,将拉伸强度和焊缝完整性作为焊接性能的评价指标,分析了激光工艺参数(激光功率、焊接速度、离焦量)对碳排放和焊接性能的影响。实验结果表明,焊接速度对碳排放影响最大,而激光功率对拉伸强度和焊缝完整性的影响最大。对于三个响应指标,激光功率呈正向作用,而焊接速度呈负向作用。根据提出的多响应综合评价方法,对25组激光对接焊的实验结果进行了评分与优劣排序。提出的方法可为激光低碳制造的工程评价提供一定的参考。 相似文献
