为开发耐久性光催化自清洁纺织品,以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)与纳米TiO2 为原料,对涤纶织物进行涂层加工,制得具有光催化自清洁性能的纺织品。借助DigiEye 数码图像测色系统、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪等对涂层织物的自清洁性能、自清洁涂层的耐磨性能以及自清洁涂层的耐老化性能进行测试。结果表明:随着纳米TiO2 质量分数的增加,涂层织物的自清洁效果增强,但涂层浆的流变性变差,自清洁涂层的均匀性降低,PVDF 对纳米TiO2 颗粒的黏合效果降低,自清洁涂层的耐磨性能下降,自清洁涂层的耐老化性能也逐渐下降;在纳米TiO2 质量分数为33.3%时,涂层浆流变性较好,自清洁涂层均匀性较好,涂层织物自清洁性能较好,且自清洁涂层的耐磨性能和耐老化性能较好。 相似文献

为提升芳纶织物的自清洁能力,降低因频繁洗消处理造成的消防服装防护性能下降或使用寿命缩短的问题,先采用N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)和水的混合溶液对芳纶织物进行微溶处理,再使用正硅酸乙脂、钛酸丁酯、铁酸丁酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)制备光催化自清洁芳纶织物,并分析了处理前后芳纶织物的表面形貌、化学结构、疏水性、光催化、阻燃性能的差异。结果表明:相比于未处理芳纶织物,使用水基溶胶-凝胶方法制得的SiO2-TiO2-Fe复合气凝胶和低表面能的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)制备的芳纶织物,其静态接触角提升至150.9°,达到了超疏水临界值,具有优良的疏水性性能;亚甲基蓝油溶液在紫外光下处理6 h,其光催化降解效率提升至90.7%;阻燃性能虽有轻微下降,但整体还保持在相关标准的B1级要求;自清洁性能和防污性能均明显提升。 相似文献

为制备基于可见光光催化降解机制的自清洁织物,吡咯(Py)为单体,以硝酸银为银源,通过化学氧化聚合在商业化的纳米二氧化钛(TiO2 )表面形成聚吡咯掺杂银包覆层(PPy-Ag/ TiO2 ),然后高温焙烧去除PPy,获得可见光响应催化剂银/ 二氧化钛(Ag/ TiO2 )。通过共分散溶液用浸渍涂覆法将其涂覆到聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维上,经加捻、合股织制成织物。借助扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱分析仪、热重分析仪、紫外可见分光光度计等测试织物的结构和性能。结果表明:Ag/ TiO2 粒子较均匀地负载到PAN 纤维表面,其负载率约为3. 17%;涂覆Ag/ TiO2 的织物对亚甲基蓝、罗丹明B 和红酒在可见光下具有良好的降解作用,表现出良好的自清洁效果;经多次洗涤后,该织物仍保持良好的光催化效果,具有良好的耐洗牢度。 相似文献

为使羊绒织物具有自清洁的性能,以钛酸四丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制取纳米TiO2溶胶。以凝胶时间作为评价指标,通过对钛酸四丁酯、水、冰醋酸、无水乙醇及三乙醇胺的单因素分析,确定了各个反应物的配比范围,然后经过正交实验和优化分析确定了最佳配比,从而得出了最优制备工艺参数;通过对TiO2溶胶的含固量、纳米溶胶粒度、红外光谱的表征,得出纳米TiO2广泛存在。经TiO2溶胶整理后的羊绒针织物的自清洁效果进行测试,结果表明:自然光照射48h,经TiO2溶胶为80%的整理剂整理后,的羊绒织物可以将油渍完全分解,达到自清洁效果。 相似文献

In this study, woven fabrics with cotton, polyester and cotton/polyester blend were dyed with commercial, including nano-sized TiO2, pigment dye via pad-dry-cure method. These fabrics are designed for outdoor usage such as beach furniture, sunshade for prams, awnings, etc. To evaluate the self-cleaning action of modified fabrics, coffee, sour cherry and ink stains were introduced onto fabrics. Under sun light exposure, the stains were partially decolourised. The effects of TiO2 on the main functions of fabrics were investigated by measurement of UV penetration and protection, colour fastness to dry and wet rubbing and also strength properties before and after sun light exposure. All treated fabric types performed excellent resistance against UV radiation and dry and wet rubbing. Pigment dyeing with rutile phase TiO2 caused an increase in breaking strength of treated fabrics. The sun light exposure decreased the breaking strength of both treated and untreated fabrics. 相似文献

Multifunctional cotton fabric has been prepared by pad-dry-coating with sonochemically synthesized zinc oxide nanoparticles. The uniqueness of sonochemical synthesis is that it synthesizes without alkali at near neutral pH and hence the cotton fabric is exposed to less chemical stress. As a result of coating, the fabric shows enhanced mechanical strength, water and stain repellence, antimicrobial properties, UV-blocking capacity and self-cleaning characteristics compared to the uncoated fabric. The self-cleaning property was tested with Trypan Blue dye under sunlight. The attempt of quantifying the self-cleaning process with the rate of decolorization is a novel one. It was observed that about 69% of the colour was removed when the coated fabric was exposed to sunlight for 3 h and 30 min. The fading of colour followed pseudo-first-order kinetics. 相似文献
