高精度自动宽度定尺机的设计与研制

济负中板厂的宽度定尺机和定位挡板精度较低,使钢板存在宽工误差,为此,设计了高精度自动宽度定尺机。该定心机通过主传动边轴端部的旋转编码器检测连轴的转角,测量定尺宽度,由PLC控制,精神病宽。投入使用后,钢板宽度误差由原10－15mm减少为小于4mm,提高了钢板质量和生产效率。     

板坯连铸机二次火焰切割铸坯定尺自动无级调节技术的研究

基于高频响伺服控制及激光测长技术的定尺装置

针对现有机械升降挡板式定尺机存在机械误差较大以及编组倍尺母材温度偏差导致定尺偏差等问题,应用高频响伺服控制及激光测长技术,实现了定尺机的自动测距、自动校准,定尺挡板的位置自动或手动微调,消除了定尺机的机械误差,补偿了编组倍尺母材的温度偏差,提高了定尺机的定尺精度,降低劳动强度。     

连铸机专用定尺切割控制器的应用

介绍了目前国内在连铸行业中,定尺切割控制的形式。天津天钢集团有限公司与天津文汇新技术研究所开发研究出的“新型连铸机专用定尺切割控制器,克服了传统专用定尺切割中存在的价格昂贵等缺点”。使用新型连铸机专用定尺切割控制器后,工作稳定、减轻了劳动强度、提高了钢坯收得率0．2％,获得了可观的经济效益。     

钢板长度定尺剪切自动控制

自动定尺剪切控制系统由定尺机、编码器、剪切机、温度传感器、变频器、控制机柜和数码显示器等构成,采用变频传动技术、监测技术和PLG控制技术,快速自动精确定位,实现了对钢板的精确剪切,满足了定尺长度精度要求。     

完善中板定尺收集工艺

通过分析影响中板定尺收集的各种因素，及时改造，完善定尺收集工艺，挽救了部分有缺陷、需要处理的钢板，提高了定尺率。
