通过建立φ4 800 mm磨盘、磨辊直径φ2 600 mm的立式磨虚拟样机模型,分析单辊受力情况,得到磨盘所受极限正压力和摩擦力,利用Hypermesh对磨盘进行精细网格剖分,导入ANSYS中建立其有限元模型,对磨盘结构进行详细的有限元分析和校核,验证了磨盘强度,对磨盘的结构设计具有理论指导意义。  相似文献

本文对早期失效的ZG25钢桩帽和长寿命失效的进口桩帽进行了全面的失效分析对比,证实:强度和韧性都较高的进口桩帽的失效断口由多冲疲劳亚稳扩展区和偶然的直接锤击的快速扩展区构成,而强度和韧性都较低的ZG25钢桩帽的失效断口几乎没有多冲疲劳扩展区,直接锤击的迅速扩展区占据了整个断口。由此表明,欲提高桩帽的使用寿命必须提高桩帽用钢的强度和韧性和改善铸钢的冶金质量。 在本文指导下新研制成的ZG22铬硅钼稀土桩帽用钢,经适当的热处理后桩帽的使用寿命比原ZG25钢桩帽提高8~12倍,达到2000~2800小时,超过了进口桩帽的寿命。  相似文献

通过拉伸实验、冲击实验及断口观察试验,研究了碳含量、水韧处理温度对Mn13Mo1钢机械性能的影响。结果表明:Mn13Mo1钢经1080~1100℃水韧处理后,强度和塑性有最佳配合,并且随碳含量的增加,强度、塑性都明显提高。碳含量对冲击韧性影响小,但冲击韧性随水韧处理温度的提高而增大。总之,为获得较理想的机械性能,Mn13Mo1钢应选较高的含碳量,同时水韧处理温度应选在1080~1100℃范围内。  相似文献

在实际观测和理论分析基础上,认为多作用式液压马达壳体的失效是其加速段起点处最大赫兹应力多次作用形成的接触疲劳磨损.磨屑与裂纹加剧了磨损.结合接触疲劳试验和适宜的修复方案,使用镍基自熔合金局部喷焊法,使70余台失效壳体修复后的使用寿命达到和超过额定寿命8×103~10×103h.  相似文献

本文简要介绍了新型热作模具钢(HD)的高温性能,这种钢的高温强度和热疲劳热磨损抗力优于3Cr2W8V钢,对其原因进行了适当的分析。同时,对铜管热挤压底模进行了失效分析和硬度检验、表层组织分析以及热疲劳热磨损形貌观察,结果表明模具的变形和拉毛失效均与模具材料的高温强度、组织稳定性以及均匀性密切相关,从而说明了HD钢模具使用寿命高的机制。  相似文献

为对高温环境下CrMo钢设备的安全使用进行评估,提出了1.25Cr0.5Mo钢免于蠕变评定的判定条件.进行了1.25Cr0.5Mo钢540 ℃环境下应力控制的疲劳蠕变交互作用的试验,得到了材料的循环硬化特性曲线,并对不同应力幅和平均应力条件下非弹性应变、平均应变、非弹性应变能随循环周次的变化规律进行了研究,建立了第一类、第三类疲劳蠕变交互作用断裂特征图.研究结果发现,在应力幅略小于平均应力的条件下,材料产生疲劳蠕变交互作用,材料断裂寿命下降较快,材料断裂延性达到最低.当应力幅大于等于平均应力时,可忽略蠕变因素的影响,材料可免于蠕变评定.  相似文献

The guide-pieces, used in the process line of steel roiling, were the important components. The guidepieces, which were slide contacting with the rolled-piece, had a high temperature and high speed. The wear was very serious. The results from failure analysis showed that there were three failure forms in the guide-pieces: the first was the wear during heat friction, the second was the heat fatigue under the cycle of deep heating and deep cooling, and the third was the impact rupture. Among them, the wear was the main reason. To the wear of guidepieces, there were four mechanisms, namely abrasive wear, adhesive wear, fatigue wear and corrosion wear. The failure analysis to the guide-piece laid the foundation for its remanufacturing.  相似文献

Steel reinforced TiC composites are an attractive choice for wear resistance and corrosion resistance applications. TiC- reinforced 17-4PH maraging stainless matrix composites were processed by conventional powder metallurgy (P/M). TiC-reinforced maraging stainless steel composites with 〉97% of theoretical density were fabricated. The microstructure, mechanical and wear properties of the composites were evaluated. The microstructure of these composites consisted of spherical and semi-spherical TiC particles. A few microcracks appeared in the composites, showing the presence of tensile stress in the composites produced during sintering. Typical properties, namely, hardness and bend strength were reported for the sintered composites. After heat treatment and aging, the increase of hardness was observed. The increase of hardness was attributed to the aging reaction in the 17-4PH stainless steel. The precipitates appeared in the microstructure and were responsible for the increase in hardness. The specific wear behavior of the composites was strongly dependent on the content of TiC particles, the interparticle spacing, and the presence of hard precipitates in the binder phase.  相似文献
