为了提高高功率轴快流CO2激光器的稳定性和智能化程度,以满足激光加工的需要,采用可编程逻辑控制器和尾镜取样功率稳定技术,研制出了以西门子可编程逻辑控制器为核心的高功率轴快流CO2激光器控制系统,并在4kW轴快流CO2激光器上进行了实验验证,取得了气压稳定度、功率稳定度、放电波形以及激光模式等实验数据,气压波动小于±50Pa,功率稳定度达到±0.1%,并可实现连续、脉冲、超脉冲放电。结果表明,该套控制系统可以满足高功率轴快流CO2激光器的控制需求,提高了高功率轴快流CO2激光器的稳定性和智能化程度。 相似文献

为了使人们能在一个舒适的环境中工作、学习,设计了一种CO2气体检测报警及自动排除装置.目的是当室内空气中CO2气体浓度超标至危及人体健康和安全时,此装置将报警并自动启动通风机排出CO2气体,保持室内空气品质的良好.装置采用了非分散红外吸收型CO2传感器,以LPC2478为硬件核心,用TFT型液晶显示器显示CO2气体浓度,用直流风机作为排气装置.结果表明该电路灵敏度高、响应时间快、抗干扰能力强,价格低廉,具有较好的市场前景. 相似文献

轧辊焊接设备是钢厂生产中的关键设备,其主要功能是进行焊件转轴组合变位,焊枪溜板行走,焊枪丝极摆动,焊丝运送和焊接电源控制等。对轧辊焊接专用设备控制系统进行研究,采用基于现场总线技术的现场总线控制系统(FCS),实现埋弧焊接工艺要求的各种功能,提高焊接质量,实现焊接自动化。 相似文献

为了提高高功率CO2激光加工系统的光束利用效率与加工过程的自动化程度,利用可编程逻辑控制器和运动控制器设计了一套3工位激光自动焊接控制系统。通过进行时序优化,可同时进行金刚石锯片的普齿、斜齿和金刚石钻头的焊接加工。每个工位可独立完成手动调试、手动/自动焊接,并可以按照激光焊接工艺要求,实时进行激光功率调节。结果表明,该系统可以焊接ø115mm~ø600mm的各种普齿、斜齿锯片,以及ø20mm~ø250mm的各种金刚石钻头;光束利用率达到95%以上,在同种规格产品加工过程中,生产效率提高了50%,同时,系统具有全面的故障诊断、报警等功能。 相似文献

Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are proposed as promising candidates for engineering advanced molecular sieving membranes due to their precise pore sizes, modifiable pore environment, and superior stability. However, COFs are insoluble in common solvents and do not melt at high temperatures, which presents a great challenge for the fabrication of COF-based membranes (COFMs). Herein, for the first time, a new synthetic strategy is reported to prepare continuous and intact self-standing COFMs, including 2D N-COF membrane and 3D COF-300 membrane. Both COFMs show excellent selectivity of H2/CO2 mixed gas (13.8 for N-COF membrane and 11 for COF-300 membrane), and especially ultrahigh H2 permeance (4319 GPU for N-COF membrane and 5160 GPU for COF-300 membrane), which is superior to those of COFMs reported so far. It should be noted that the overall separation performance of self-standing COFMs exceeds the Robeson upper bound. Furthermore, a theoretical study based on Grand Canonical Monte Carlo (GCMC) simulation is performed to explain the excellent separation of H2/CO2 through COFMs. Thus, this facile preparation method will provide a broad prospect for the development of self-standing COFMs with highly efficient H2 purification. 相似文献

2D/2D Heterojunction of Ultrathin MXene/Bi2WO6 Nanosheets for Improved Photocatalytic CO2 Reduction 下载免费PDF全文
Exploring cheap and efficient cocatalysts for enhancing the performance of photocatalysts is a challenge in the energy conversion field. Herein, 2D ultrathin Ti3C2 nanosheets, a kind of MXenes, are prepared by etching Ti3AlC2 with subsequent ultrasonic exfoliation. A novel 2D/2D heterojunction of ultrathin Ti3C2/Bi2WO6 nanosheets is then successfully prepared by in situ growth of Bi2WO6 ultrathin nanosheets on the surface of these Ti3C2 ultrathin nanosheets. The resultant Ti3C2/Bi2WO6 hybrids exhibit a short charge transport distance and a large interface contact area, assuring excellent bulk‐to‐surface and interfacial charge transfer abilities. Meanwhile, the improved specific surface area and pore structure endow Ti3C2/Bi2WO6 hybrids with an enhanced CO2 adsorption capability. As a result, the 2D/2D heterojunction of ultrathin Ti3C2/Bi2WO6 nanosheets shows significant improvement on the performance of photocatalytic CO2 reduction under simulated solar irradiation. The total yield of CH4 and CH3OH obtained on the optimized Ti3C2/Bi2WO6 hybrid is 4.6 times that obtained on pristine Bi2WO6 ultrathin nanosheets. This work provides a new protocol for constructing 2D/2D photocatalytic systems and demonstrates Ti3C2 as a promising and cheap cocatalyst. 相似文献
