铁氧体吸波材料具有吸收频段宽、吸收率高、匹配厚度薄等优点,但由于存在密度大、频带较窄、高温特性差等问题,难以满足吸波材料“薄、轻、宽”的特性,限制了铁氧体吸波材料的应用。本文介绍了吸波材料的吸波机理及铁氧体吸波材料的研究进展,结合近几年铁氧体吸波材料的的发展现状,概述了改善铁氧体吸波材料吸波性能的方法,进而展望了吸波材料的发展前景。总结得出对铁氧体吸波材料进行纳米化、复合化、掺杂及改变形貌,进一步研究和开发出性能优良的吸波材料并将其应用到工业化生产中,是未来制备高性能吸波材料的发展方向。 相似文献

Composites based on carbon nanotubes (CNT) have recently received great attention as a possible new generation of radar absorbing materials (RAM), due to their efficient microwave attenuation capacity and low density. However, RAM performance can vary significantly depending on the CNT being used. Aiming to directly show the influence of CNT from two different suppliers, both multi-walled and non-functionalized (CNT-B and CNT-K), the electromagnetic behaviors of RAM processed in epoxy resin are compared. Scattering parameters (S-parameters), complex electrical permittivity and magnetic permeability, and absorbed energy of the composites in the X-band (8.2–12.4 GHz) are evaluated. The results clearly show the influence of the two different CNT on the electromagnetic characteristics of composites. CNT-B based composites behave as broadband RAM with the tendency of better attenuation results above 12.4 GHz. On the other hand, CNT-K based composites show good attenuation results in the X-band (>99%). Undoubtedly, the results confirm that the longer length of CNT-K favored the interconnection among the filaments, as well as, the formation of compact agglomerates surrounded by resin rich regions, which favored the impedance matching and mechanisms of losses in the processed RAM. 相似文献

LNG设施通常包括天然气液化、LNG储运及运输等。在中国天然气供应链对经济民生影响重大。天然气供应链或供应系统中关键设备的非计划及计划性维修导致的天然气供应中断,都可能造成巨大的经济损失。本项目应用可靠性、可用性及可维修性(RAM)分析方法对于液化天然气储备库及附属设施的可靠性指标进行评估,定量分析LNG供应链中关键设备的失效及维修时间对于整个供应链可靠性指标的影响。RAM分析可以用来预测在指定的运行周期内整个LNG供应链的运行绩效。RAM分析辨识关键设备的失效模式,确定失效数据,并采取Monte Carlo的模拟计算,获得LNG供应链或系统中,关键设备失效对于可靠性指标影响。本文通过国内某LNG储备库项目的RAM分析,应用以Monte Carlo模拟为基础的系统可靠性分析软件ReliaSuite®,评估LNG储备库系统设计能否满足可靠性指标。并且对LNG储运设施的卸料臂进行了失效模式及关键性影响分析(FMECA)。通过对LNG储备库各子系统对于项目整体可靠性的贡献进行敏感性分析,找到影响项目整体可靠性的瓶颈及解决方案。 相似文献

Resonant acoustic mixing (RAM) was applied to the preparation of an energetic‐energetic cocrystal comprised of CL‐20 and HMX in a 2 : 1 mol ratio. We have prepared the cocrystal using the RAM technology in a resource‐efficient manner providing near quantitative yield. The decrease in Lipase activity of Rhizopus arrhizus and Penicillium cyclopium mycelia (RAM and PCM) were studied in alkanes, ethers and chloroalkanes. The two biocatalysts showed similar behaviour in organic media, although RAM was slightly more stable. The kinetic model obtained indicated that the decrease in activity followed a succession of two first-order reactions. Both RAM and PCM were more stable in hydrophobic solvents. These two mycelia were used to synthesize N-octyl-myristylamide; yield of the amide was linked in a linear relationship to the average activity of biocatalyst in the solvent employed. 相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法从枳实、白术及其药对中提取挥发油成分,利用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分离检测它们,并通过交互移动窗口因子法(AMWFA)对其共有组分进行比较分析,最后通过质谱库结合保留指数、面积积分法进行定性定量分析。枳实、白术及其药对中挥发油分别定性46、45和82个成分,占各自总量的92.51%、91.56%和82.09%。药对与枳实、白术的共有组分分别为38个和37个。药对中挥发油主要成分是:D-苧烯(34.88%)(主要来自枳实);1,2,3,4-四氢-1-丁基异喹啉(22.31%)、大根香叶烯D(4.74%)(主要来自白术);里哪醇(6.17%)(新增)等。实验表明药对种类与含量变化并不是单味药的简单相加。 相似文献

研究了自然气象条件下单层碳纤维吸波涂料的静态吸波性能随时问变化的规律。通过人工加速老化试验模拟自然气象分周期作用于吸波材料试样,然后测量其电磁参数与反射率,并对实验数据进行处理,结合由电磁参数计算反射率模型的理论推导,最终建立了试样的反射率随时间变化模型,并依此预测此涂料的使用寿命,为确定其在隐身飞行器上的使用与维护时限提供依据。 相似文献

Methods for the stabilization of well‐defined helical peptide drugs and basic research tools have received considerable attention in the last decade. Here, we report the stable and functional display of an HIV gp41 C‐peptide helix mimic on a G RAM‐L ike U biquitin‐binding in E AP45 (GLUE) protein. C‐peptide helix‐grafted GLUE selectively binds a mimic of the N‐terminal helical region of gp41, a well‐established HIV drug target, in a complex cellular environment. Additionally, the helix‐grafted GLUE is folded in solution, stable in human serum, and soluble in aqueous solutions, and thus overcomes challenges faced by a multitude of peptide drugs, including those derived from HIV gp41 C‐peptide. 相似文献
