运用原子力显微镜(AFM)对不同浓度海藻酸钠在云母表面上形成的自组装膜进行了研究,实验结果显示在0.001mg/ml时,海藻酸钠出现单分子聚集体形态;0.01mg/ml和0.05mg/ml时,呈现致密、紧凑的网格状结构。随着浓度的改变,海藻酸钠自组装表面超微结构也发生变化。初步分析了影响其表面超微结构变化的一些因素并运用耗散理论探讨了这种变化过程可能的机理。 相似文献

Unique optoelectronic, electronic, and sensing properties of hybrid organic–inorganic perovskites (HOIPs) are underpinned by the complex interactions between electronic and ionic states. Here, the photoinduced field ion migration in HOIPs is directly observed. Using newly developed local probe time-resolved techniques, more significant CH3NH3+ migration than I−/Br− migration in HOIPs is unveiled. It is found that light illumination only induces CH3NH3+ migration but not I−/Br− migration. By directly observing temporal changes in bias-induced and photoinduced ion migration in device conditions, it is revealed that light illumination suppresses the bias-induced ion redistribution in the lateral device. These findings, being a necessary compensation of previous understandings of ion migration in HOIPs based on simulations and static and/or indirect measurements, offer advanced insights into the distinct light effects on the migration of organic cation and halides in HOIPs, which are expected to be helpful for improving the performance and the long-term stability of HOIPs optoelectronics. 相似文献

对采用电子束反应蒸镀方法在低温下在硅(001)衬底上外延生长的ZnO薄膜的表面构像进行了原子力显微镜(AFM)观察,分析研究不同的衬底温度对薄膜表面形貌及结构特性的影响。在250℃衬底温度下获得的ZnO薄膜,膜表面平整,结构致密,表面平均不平整度小于3nm,说明在该衬底温度下获得的ZnO薄膜是高透明度、高质量、高度取向的单晶薄膜。 相似文献

Scanning nanofocus X‐ray diffraction (nXRD) performed at a synchrotron is used to simultaneously probe the morphology and the structural properties of spin‐coated CH3NH3PbI3 (MAPI) perovskite films for photovoltaic devices. MAPI films are spin‐coated on a Si/SiO2/poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) substrate held at different temperatures during the deposition in order to tune the perovskite film coverage. The films are then investigated using nXRD and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The advantages of nXRD over SEM and other techniques are discussed. A method to visualize, selectively isolate, and structurally characterize single perovskite grains buried within a complex, polycrystalline film is developed. The results of nXRD measurements are correlated with solar cell device measurements, and it is shown that spin‐coating the perovskite precursor solution at elevated temperatures leads to improved surface coverage and enhanced solar cell performance. 相似文献

利用原子力显微镜(AFM)观察稳恒磁场(SMF)处理后,悬浮生长细胞(K562人白血病细胞)、贴壁生长细胞(人结肠癌SW480细胞)、小鼠肝癌细胞Hepal-6和原代小鼠肝细胞表面精细结构的变化,以了解SMF杀伤肿瘤细胞的可能机制.观察结果显示:随曝磁时间延长,SMF可在肿瘤细胞表面造成不同程度损伤,主要表现为细胞膜上出现许多大小不一的凹陷,且凹陷数量和直径随着曝磁时间延长而增加.与MTT检测相比,AFM观察到的各类细胞表面损伤远早于细胞的生长抑制.实验观察显示,悬浮生长细胞比贴壁生长细胞对磁场处理更为敏感,小鼠肝癌细胞比肝细胞对磁处理更敏感.实验结果显示,AFM能够及早观察到细胞表面因SMF作用而产生的精细结构方面的变化. 相似文献

Ryanodine受体(RyR)是位于细胞内钙库膜上的一种钙释放通道。对骨骼肌和心肌的肌浆网的电镜研究表明RyR在膜上相互连接在一起,形成大片规则的二维晶格排列。近年来理论模型和试验证据表明,排列在一起的RyR在通道打开和关闭时存在协同效应,即具有“门控偶联”的调控机制。研究RyR之间相互作用的基本规律及其调控因素对于深入了解这种机制具有重要意义。在我们的工作中,主要采用两种互补的手段:光子相关光谱法(PCS)和原子力显微镜(AFM)来研究溶液中RyR的相互作用。初步的研究主要集中在细胞内两种主要的单价阳离子Na’和K’,以及RyR的功能状态对该通道相互作用的影响。 相似文献
