胶乳改性摩阻材料用酚醛树脂的研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
采用丁腈、羧基丁腈、丁苯、丁吡四种胶乳改性酚醛树脂。研究改性产物的微观结构与其冲击强度和摩擦性能之间的内在关系。实验结果表明 ,胶乳改性酚醛树脂在性能上有强度大且韧性好的特点 ,尤其在摩擦性能上比纯酚醛树脂有较大的改善。通过四种胶乳改性酚醛树脂发现 ,羧基丁腈胶乳改性酚醛树脂综合性能优于其它三种胶乳改性的酚醛树脂。 相似文献

对比分析了 C/ C和 C/ SiC刹车材料的力学性能和摩擦磨损性能。结果表明 , C/ SiC刹车材料的力学性能比 C/ C的高 , 而且 C/ SiC刹车材料克服了 C/ C静态摩擦系数低和湿态摩擦性能严重衰减的不足 , 说明 C/ SiC刹车材料是一种新型高性能刹车材料。以 C/ C复合材料为基础 , 在深入分析机轮刹车盘服役环境特点的基础上探讨了 C/ SiC刹车材料的力学性能、 热物理性能、 摩擦磨损性能、 复合材料结构和制造工艺等方面的优化设计途径和方法 , 为实现材料微结构2力学性能2摩擦磨损性能的协同设计与制造奠定基础。 相似文献

SiCp/Al复合材料-半金属刹车材料干摩擦磨损性能研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用无压浸渗法制备15%(体积分数,下同),25%,35%,45%,55%的SiC颗粒(45,63μm)增强的铝基复合材料(SiCp/Al).在M-200型环块式磨损试验机上研究了SiCp/Al复合材料、灰铸铁(HT250)分别与半金属刹车材料配副的干摩擦磨损性能.结果表明,颗粒体积分数对复合材料摩擦系数的影响显著,而颗粒尺寸对复合材料摩擦系数影响不大.当颗粒体积分数从15%上升到55%时,SiCp(45μm)/Al复合材料的摩擦系数从0.319升高到0.385,提高20.7%,SiCp(63μm)/Al复合材料的摩擦系数从0.303升高到0.359,提高18.5%,且SiCp/Al复合材料摩擦系数的稳定性优于铸铁.HT250-刹车材料摩擦副的磨损率为7.09×10-6cm3m-1,是55%SiCp(45μm)/Al-刹车材料摩擦副的2.2倍,是55%SiCp(63μm)/Al-刹车材料摩擦副的2.7倍,SiCp/Al-刹车材料摩擦副的耐磨性明显优于铸铁-刹车材料摩擦副. SiCp/Al-刹车材料摩擦副的磨损率随着颗粒尺寸的增加而降低. 相似文献

炭/炭复合材料(C/C)为类石墨结构,其石墨化程度部分表征了材料的结构完整程度。通过验证C/C材料的石墨化程度对刹车副的刹车力矩特性及刹车过程中摩擦系数的影响,探讨了C/C摩擦材料的摩擦磨损机理。C/C材料晶体的棱、缘、角部的活化点影响材料的物理吸附和化学吸附性能,降低了飞机刹车前几秒钟内的摩擦系数;材料内部的碳氧络合物的多少则影响到刹车副体积温度为400℃-500℃时摩擦系数的大小。这二者的共同作用劣化了刹车副的制动性能。 相似文献

在l:l惯性力矩制动试验台上研究了蠕墨铸铁制动盘和灰铸铁制动盘与所研制的合成材料闸片配副时的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明制动盘材质对摩擦性能有很大的影响:所研制的合成材料闸片与灰铸铁盘配副的摩擦副具有较小的速度、压力敏感性,较高的摩擦系数,较低的制动盘表面温度,但闸片的磨损量较大。 相似文献

Attempts have been made for the first time to prepare a friction material with the characteristic of thermal sensitive modulus, by the inclusion of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) as viscoelastic polymeric materials into the formulation in order to the increase the damping behavior of the cured friction material. Styrene–butadiene–styrene (SBS), styrene–ethylene–butylene–styrene (SEBS) and nitrile rubber/polyvinyl chloride (NBR/PVC) blend system were used as TPE materials. In order to evaluate the viscoelastic parameters such as loss factor (tan δ) and storage modulus (E′) for the friction material, dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA) were used. Natural frequencies and mode shapes of friction material and brake disc were determined by modal analysis. However, NBR/PVC and SEBS were found to be much more effective in damping behavior. The results from this comparative study suggest that the damping characteristics of commercial friction materials can be strongly affected by the TPE ingredients. This investigation also confirmed that the specimens with high TPE content had low noise propensity. 相似文献

The main purpose of this study is to analyze the thermomechanical behavior of the dry contact between the brake disc and pads during the braking phase. The simulation strategy is based on computer code ANSYS11. The modeling of transient temperature in the disc is actually used to identify the factor of geometric design of the disc to install the ventilation system in vehicles. The thermal-structural analysis is then used to determine the deformation established, the von Mises stresses in the disc, and the contact pressure distribution in pads. 为了降低制动器制动过程中产生的高频振动,通过对盘式制动器振动进行动力学建模,采用AFC(Active Force Control)控制理论与PID控制理论相结合,构造出有效的振动控制参数和AFC控制器。利用MATLAB /Simulink仿真平台,对AFC与PID联合控制下的制动器振动进行仿真,并与自由状态下的制动器振动进行对比分析。通过分析得到[α≤0.022]的情况下PID与AFC联合控制下制动盘在2 s左右振幅趋于稳定,制动盘振动幅值从[1×10-3 m]降低到[1×10-6 m]左右;而当[α>0.022]时AFC与PID联合控制会增大制动盘振动幅值。通过这种主动控制方法的研究为降低盘式制动器高频振动,进而降低高频振动引起的噪声,提高汽车NVH性能提供了依据。 相似文献

A new process was developed to produce full-size carbon/carbon-SiC brake discs consisting of two friction layers and a structural layer. Different lengths of chopped carbon fibers were used for the friction layers and structural layer. A preform of each layer was produced by hot-pressing a mixture of resin and carbon fibers. After pyrolyzing the preforms, the layers were joined by hot-pressing. Finally, liquid Si infiltration was performed to obtain a C/C-SiC brake disc. The tensile strength, compressive strength, and bending strength were 40, 46, and 61 MPa, respectively. The density of the disc was 2.1 g/Cm3. The heat transfer coefficient in the vertical direction was 16.5 W/m-°C, and it was 45.9 in the horizontal direction. The friction coefficients obtained under various braking conditions showed stable and suitable values, 0.2–0.6. 相似文献
