正2017年2月22日,美国商务部宣布对进口自中国的1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷作出反倾销调查肯定性终裁,裁定强制应诉企业浙江三美化工股份有限公司(Zhejiang Sanmei Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.)和江苏三美化工有限公司(Jiangsu Sanmei Chemicals Co.,Ltd.)以及具有单独税率地位的涉案企业的倾销幅度为148.79%;基于不利可得事实,强制应诉企业浙江衢州联州致冷剂有限公司(Zhejiang Quzhou Lianzhou Refrigerants Co.,Ltd.)和其他中国生产商/出口商的倾销幅度为167.02%(中国普遍倾销幅度)。美国国际贸易委员会(USITC)预计将于2017年4月7日宣布本案产业损害终裁。
