1引言从控制中心连接到各系统传递信号或控制操作功能的电缆统称控制和仪表电缆。在20世纪60年代前,即使大型工程建设的自动化控制系统,也都采用传统聚氯乙烯绝缘控制电缆和信号电缆,电缆的主要功能是连接继电器、断路器、指针式仪表和信号灯、开关设备、报警及连锁系统等。近年来,由于弱电和计算机网络的广泛应用,现代工程建设的全面自动化和高精度控制,对控制和仪表电缆的选择和应用提出了新的功能和更高的功能要求(如为满足抗干扰要求对电缆进行对绞屏蔽结构处理等)。文中就近年来控制电缆的选择和使用中出现的一些新问题加以研讨。2控制… 相似文献

Lighting strokes and short circuits (SCs) are the main sources of conductive noise that propagates along control cables and can lead to the failure of microprocessor equipment in the protection and control systems of electric power substations. Two-sided grounding of the screen of a control cable substantially reduces the pulse and high-frequency conductive noise level, but leads to heating of the screen under short-circuit conditions. The existing standards determine the conductive noise and screen heating as a function of screen voltage that is suitable for a single cable. A more general case that takes into account the cable magnetic coupling with other conductors when current is used as a calculation parameter has been considered. The conductive noise at the first pulse of lightning current is determined using the transfer impedance “screen–cable core” or 3D cable model in the general case. To calculate the heating, the formula of GOST (State Standard) 28895-91, which is rejected in modern standards because of the assumption that short-circuit current is invariable (in fact, the current decreases with heating of the screen), has been used. Using this formula in a step algorithm leads to correct results. The cable magnetic coupling with other conductors is expressed as insertion impedance that increases the screen impedance and decreases the current and screen heating. A numerical experiment for a typical cable has shown that conductive noise and heating of the screen of the cable can be substantially reduced because of the parallel laying of conductors. It has been concluded that, to decrease the conductive noise and heating of the screen of a control cable, it is necessary to decrease the screen current. 相似文献

The development of 275 kV internally-conductor-cooled cable systems is under way for application to long-distance large-capacity (1500 MVA/cct) underground transmission systems. From the viewpoint of the reliability and the energy economy of these systems, the operational control system for the cooling facilities is especially important, because the facilities require large cooling capacity due to the large heat loss of the cable conductor. The cooling device characteristics are described, and the effects of operation control on energy savings are examined. A long-term field test has shown that the computer-controlled operation system is very useful. Simulation results for the operational control system confirm that calculated values are in good agreement with measurement results 相似文献

Cables made to IEC and US standards, while having the same purpose, are of widely different designs. Cables made to one standard cannot be made to match the requirements of the other. The cable made to the US standards have been used in the US and throughout most of the world. The IEC standards have not been widely used in Europe where national and private industrial and utility standards have prevailed. IEC standards have been mainly used in countries where there have not been strong electrical codes. The European Union's adaptation of the IEC standards under the harmonized EN standards of CENELEC adds the force of law to the standards. This will promote a wider use of the IEC (CENELEC) standards on the European continent, although each country could still apply its national rules to the CENELEC standard. This is scheduled to change because all CENELEC European harmonized documents have already been withdrawn and replaced by European Norms. These are the same, word for word, in all European countries. CENELEC members are also members of the IEC and, therefore, do not operate a competitive policy with respect to the IEC. International harmonization of standards must be done at the IEC level. The addition of the CE mark to products meeting CENELEC is similar to the application of the UL mark to products meeting UL standards in the US Worldwide harmonization of standards looks to be a long process. North American and European electrical systems are based on different voltages or frequencies, different conductor sizes, and a different concept of what an electrical system should do 相似文献

An experimental investigation into the fatigue resistance of lead alloy E (nominal Sn 0.4%, Sb 0.2%) is detailed, and the results of some 150 individual tests have been treated statistically to provide a convenient method for predicting, to any desired probability level, the fatigue life of this material as a function of the amplitude and frequency of cyclically applied strains. The results are considered in relation to typical requirements of submarine power cable circuits.
