本文是根据1990年度山西省级星火计划“冷激式合成塔内件新技术推广”项目的要求,开展选型考察工作而编写的报告。通过对NC620-Ⅱ型、YD型、XF-ⅢJ型三种冷激式内件的设计、生产、使用单位的实地考察,并对新内件的生产能力、增产节能效果和改造投资费用等进行了综合对比。经过论证,提出了选型意见和建设。可供选用冷激式内件的厂参考。  相似文献

As a new kind of propellant binder, energetic thermoplastic elastomer (ETPE ) can improve propellant recyclability and environmentally friendly disposal. The rheological behavior of the ETPE binder can be beneficial to identify suitable and safe conditions for processing ETPE propellants. In this paper, ETPE /nitrocellulose (NC ) blends with different mass ratios of NC to ETPE were prepared by the physical mixing method. The heat of explosion and the morphological, thermal, mechanical and rheological properties of the resulting blends were studied systematically. It was found that the heat of explosion of ETPE /NC blends increased with increasing NC content. SEM images showed that the NC domains in the blends changed from tiny pieces to fibers with increasing NC mass ratio, which indicates phase separation in the blends. The tensile mechanical properties of the blends had a peak value when the NC content was 10 wt%, and then increased with the increasing addition of NC . The thermal behavior made clear that the ETPE and NC were partially miscible. Rheological studies on dynamic strain sweep and frequency sweep demonstrated that the content of NC in the blends had a monotonic effect on their rheological properties at 130 °C. Rheological studies also showed that the rheology of the blends is dependent on temperature. The Cole ? The synergistic reinforcement of nanoclay (NC) and carbon black (CB) in natural rubber (NR) has not been much studied. Therefore, the reinforcement mechanism was probed using synchrotron wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation and analyzed in terms of tube model theory. A synergistic effect in reinforcement between NC and CB was proved by the marked enhancement in tensile strength from 11.4 MPa for neat NR to 28.2 MPa for NR nanocomposite with 5 wt% NC and 20 wt% CB. From a study of crystallization under deformation it was found that crystallization plays a less important role in the reinforcement of NR/NC/CB. Analysis using tube model theory provided more evidence for the synergistic effect. NR containing a combination of NC and CB exhibited an increase of topological tube‐like constraints in comparison with NR/CB. That is to say, in NR/NC/CB nanocomposites, a CB–NC local filler network, as indicated by TEM images, induced a more entangled structure in which mobility of rubber chains was hindered for lateral fluctuations by the presence of neighboring chains. The synergistic reinforcement of NC and CB in NR/NC/CB nanocomposites can be reasonably understood as due to the formation CB–NC local filler networks. Raman microscopy was used to determine the methylcentralite (MC) concentration profiles diffused into single-base (nitrocellulose) (NC) and double-based (nitrocellulose/nitroglycerine) (NC/NG) small-arms propellant grains. External and internal concentration profiles were determined by measuring the concentration of MC relative to the NC and NC/NG at 5-μm intervals into the grain from the edge inward and the perforation edge outward. The external profile was constant with a diffusion and interaction mechanism, i.e., a level concentration of deterrent through the outer region of the grain followed by a gradual dropoff in concentration with distance into the grains, whereas the internal profile was found to be dependent on perforation size with either a diffusion and interaction mechanism profile or a gradual decrease in concentration profile.  相似文献
