由于电压型逆变器输出的电压和电流波形中含有大量谐波,使异步电动机低速时的转矩脉动,转速波动。文中采用频域法推导了PWM型逆变器供电时,异步电动机转矩的计算公式,并就其中的恒定转矩和谐波转矩分量进行了分析,对一台2.2KW,SPWM电压源逆变器供电的三相异步发动机低频稳态时的转矩计算和实验结果进行了比较,结果较接近,在已矩逆变器输出电压波形和电机参烤的情况下,利用本方法计算电机输出转矩,方法简单实用。  相似文献

Power-saving electric drives created by modernizing traditional three-phase induction motors for draw benches are presented. Power-saving induction motors have cos φ = 1.0 and power efficiency ηp = 80–90%. Each kilowatt of rated power of an energy-saving induction motor makes it possible to save approximately 300–750 kW h of electric power per year.  相似文献

In addition to basic characteristics such as small size, lightweight and easy maintenance, the electric vehicle (EV) motor is required to possess characteristics that allow for the production of high torque in low-speed region and to realize a wide-speed range of constant power in high-speed region. In an attempt to improve further the constant power operation of the induction motor (IM), this paper proposes a six-phase pole change IM (six-phase PCIM). The six-phase PCIM further expands the constant power operation range without increasing either volume or current of IM. To clarify the basic principle and torque characteristics of the six-phase PCIM, its winding method and distribution of magnetomotive force (mmf) will first be examined. Then, by establishing a performance calculation method based on a quasisinusoidal wave method, the feasibility of a highly precise performance calculation sufficient for actual use will be demonstrated. Furthermore, by clarifying through experiment the maximum torque characteristics, the feasibility of expansion of the constant power operation range will be confirmed and its effectiveness in the EV will be discussed. © 1997 Scripta Technica, Inc. When a squirrel cage induction motor is driven by a PWM inverter, electromagnetic noise different from that during commercial power source drive is experienced. This is because of sideband wave voltage induced in PWM inverter output voltage. This paper first describes the mechanism of electromagnetic noise generation in commercial power source drive, and then electromagnetic force considering the sideband frequency and voltage content and the mechanism of electromagnetic noise generation in PWM inverter drive. This paper proposes design and implementation of a direct torque controlled induction motor drive system. The method is based on control of separation between amplitude and angle of reference stator flux for determining reference stator voltage vector in generating PWM output voltage for induction motors. The objective is to reduce electromagnetic torque ripple and stator flux droop which result in a decrease in current distortion in steady-state condition. In addition, the proposed technique provides simplicity of a control system. The direct torque control is based on the relationship between instantaneous slip angular frequency and rotor angular frequency in adjustment of the reference stator flux angle. The amplitude of the reference stator flux is always kept constant at rated value. The system has been implemented to verify its capability such as torque and stator flux responses, stator phase current distortion both during dynamic and steady state with load variation, and low speed operation.  相似文献

A new motor (ADTR-motor: Anti-Directional Twin Rotary Motor) for electric vehicle drive is proposed. A stator in a conventional motor is reformed to be movable, and the stator (outer rotor) and the rotor (inner rotor) rotate in anti-directions. The IM-type ADTR-motor and the SM-type ADTR-motor are considered, and in this paper a prototype of the IM-type ADTR-motor is constructed experimentally. When the ADTR-motor is used for an EV drive, the direction of one of the rotors should be reversed. Both rotors, when rotated in the same direction, propel the two wheels of EV. The torque of the wheels can be balanced without differential gear. The fundamental characteristics of ADTR-motor are clarified. The characteristics are the structure of ADTR-motor, the equivalent circuit parameters, the torque balance theory, the torque-speed characteristics, the rotor speed transient characteristics, and the transient response under the speed sensorless torque control.  相似文献

A serious problem in motion control is the occurrence of torque ripple. Since a direct drive (DD) motor with a magnet rotor uses a rare-earth magnet, the torque ripple is more serious than that of conventional servomotors. This paper presents an auto-compensation of torque ripple using a software-implemented torque observer. The frequency and amplitude of torque ripple can be obtained in the controller by using the estimated torque from an observer, and the autonomous generation of a compensating current component for a torque ripple is possible. The proposed algorithm has been verified by experiments.  相似文献

A linear induction motor (LIM) is suitable for use in trains. The motor can be used in both wheel‐suspended and contact‐less types such as the Linear Metro and HSST trains in Japan. The LIM has end winding as well as asymmetrical winding. The end effect is a major problem in the LIM, and it makes the analysis, design, and control of motors difficult. This paper describes a method that combines numerical analysis and the equivalent circuit for the LIM in order to design a high‐performance controller for the LIM that includes the end effect. A sample basic field‐oriented control scheme that is based on the plant model is applied to the LIM in order to check the control performance. 矢量控制(FOC)和直接转矩控制(DTC)是目前高性能异步电动机调速系统中的两种主要控制方法.研究和工程实践表明,这两种方法各有优缺点,国内外很多学者也提出了很多方案,试图改进和完善这两种控制方法.本文从全新的思路出发,尝试把这两种方法结合到一个控制系统中,取长补短,形成一种新的混合控制方法.该方法使用户可以根据实际运行的不同需要,在线灵活地切换到合适的控制方法(FOC或DTC),以提高控制性能.为了实现两种控制方法之间的平滑切换,本文把传统的PI控制器改造成可重置PI控制器.仿真和实验结果表明,这种可重置PI控制器可以有效减少FOC和DTC切换时造成的系统波动,同时能保持原有控制系统的性能,提高了本文提出的混合控制方法的实用价值.  相似文献

在具有较高磁负荷的单相无刷直流电动机中,不均匀气隙结构以及通常存在的电流尖峰将导致尖峰定位转矩的产生,从而造成合成转矩特性的严重畸变。该文在稳态运动磁场计算及场路耦合计算的基础上,分析了气隙渐变结构中各结构要素对定位转矩峰值的影响及合理设计,并研究了各种驱动模式对转矩特性的影响,提出了采用有限转角的电压驱动模式降低转矩波动及噪声。样机试验表明,采用一定的关断角度可以有效降低电机噪声及提高性能。  相似文献

针对双极步进电机的控制特点,充分利用增强型STM32在电机控制中的优势,提出基于STM32的双极步进电机驱动方案。对该系统的硬件电路和软件流程进行分析和设计,并最终将其应用到实际的电脑横机工作环境中,通过调整协调步进电机的参数,实现了电机驱动的紧凑、高速和低成本的目标。验证表明该系统具有较高稳定性和可靠性,达到了预定的要求。  相似文献

The factors that determine the energy efficiency of an induction electric motor are listed. A strategy for developing a lineup of energy-efficient induction electric motors (IEM) is developed.
