介绍了感应炉熔炼、气体加真空精炼、DC铸造法生产1420Al-Li合金铸锭的工艺特点.DC铸造时,采用高纯氩气和特制熔剂双重保护、配合正确的铸造工艺参数,不但可以保证铸造过程正常进行,而且使铸锭的杂质和氢含量得到有效控制.可以生产合格的(?)650mml420Al-Li合金铸锭. 相似文献

半固态成型正在成为有色金属成型的一种新技术.目前大部分铝合金是为了满足液态成型或塑性成型的特性而设计的,难以较好地满足半固态成型的特性要求,因此,设计出新的铝合金以满足半固态成型要求就十分必要.为此,本文讨论了稀土元素对铝结晶过程的影响.实验结果表明:在纯铝中加入稀土元素后,不但使合金的结晶温度区间加宽,而且使合金的结晶时间延长,这样将有利于半固态成型技术的实现. 相似文献

ZCast direct metal casting process is one of the important techniques of additive manufacturing which is used for printing the shell moulds for casting of non-ferrous materials. In the present work, an attempt was made to experimentally investigate the effect of different control factors on the hardness of castings produced using this ZCast process. Taguchi’s design of experimental method was used to perform the experimentation. Aluminium, brass and copper alloy castings were obtained in three different sizes using 3D printed shell moulds of different wall thicknesses. The obtained results were analysed using signal-to-noise ratio and analysis-of-variance. Analysis showed that the hardness depended on the casting material and 3D printed shell mould wall thickness. Cooling curve analysis and microstructure analysis of casting obtained with mould of different thickness were also performed. Paper revealed the potential suitability of copper, brass and aluminium for producing casting using ZCast process. The present research could provide valuable data of hardness of rapid castings of different material and might confirm the effectiveness and applicability of ZCast process in foundry industry. 相似文献

20世纪90年代末,国内各主要特殊钢厂先后自建或引进大容量电弧炉和合金钢连铸机,从而推动了我国特殊钢连铸技术的发展。合金钢连铸方坯的规格为130mm×130 mm至350mm×470 mm,板坯为1030mm×160mm 至1900mm×300 mm。国内特殊钢连铸比由1998年的21.7%增加至2003年的61.17%。 根据国外特殊钢企业连铸关键技术和进展,以及对近几年我国特殊钢连铸生产装备、流程、生产量及主要产品质量现状的分析,提出了我国特殊钢连铸技术发展和研究的工作重点。 相似文献

In recent years, wide sheet made of AZ61 wrought magnesium alloys has been widely studied and applied in industry. Thin roll-casting technology for the new wrought magnesium alloy can provide acceptable quality wide and thin sheet made of AZ61 magnesium alloy. To study the influences of roll-casting process parameters on temperature field for wide and thin sheet made of AZ61 magnesium alloy plates, some simplification and assumptions have been done by characteristics of magnesium alloy. Two-dimensional FEM model for roll-casting has been established along casting direction. Simulations of temperature fields of the plates have been done by using finite element analysis ANSYS software. A series of researches on the temperature distributions under different process parameters (pouring temperature, heat-transfer coefficients and casting speeds) have been done. The simulation results and the literature about the casting process of the relevant theory are the same. The simulation results show that the process parameters of rapid-casting process for AZ61 magnesium alloy are mutual influenced on the temperature fields of wide sheet made of AZ61 magnesium alloy. 相似文献
