新型涂料印花粘合剂的研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、丙烯酸甲酯、过硫酸铵、碳酸氢钠等为原料,合成了有机旌改性丙烯酸酯粘合剂.红外光谱分析表明丙烯酸酯类聚合物和有机硅单体确实进行了共聚合反应.最佳合成工艺条件为:聚硅氧烷(八甲基环四硅氧烷)用量10%、m(硬单体):m(软单体)=1:5、反应温度80℃、引发剂用量0.4%(对烯类单体质量)、乳化剂用量4%(对单体总质量).作为涂料印花粘合剂使用时,整理织物牢度较好,手感柔软滑爽且与未改性粘合剂的亲水性相当,经该粘合剂整理的织物无甲醛释放,符合环保的要求.  相似文献

利用微乳液聚合方法,选用丙烯酸酯类单体和有机硅类功能性单体.研制出具有互穿网络结构的涂料印花的新型环保粘合剂,并对合成工艺进行了探讨.结果表明:选用乳化剂B-196、乳化剂V-20S组成的阴离子/非离子复配型乳化剂,乳化剂的用量为3%,引发剂的用量为0.6%,温度控制在70~72℃,八甲基环四硅氧烷用量为6%~lO%,可得到稳定的微乳液.  相似文献

以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)与含有乙烯基的有机硅烷偶联剂聚合,制得有机硅氧烷乳液,该乳液再与丙烯酸酯单体发生共聚反应,得到有机硅改性丙烯酸酯粘合剂.讨论了各种因素对乳液聚合的影响,应用结果表明:改性丙烯酸酯粘合剂稳定性能良好,处理后织物手感柔软、滑爽、无游离甲醛释放,是一种集柔软剂和粘合剂为一体的多功能印染助剂.  相似文献

采用预乳化半连续滴加工艺,以丙烯酸为功能单体,丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯和苯乙烯为主单体,乙烯基硅油为改性单体,阴-非离子复合型可聚合乳化剂X为乳化剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,羟乙酯为交联单体进行无皂乳液聚合,合成了无皂乙烯基硅油-丙烯酸酯共聚乳液.优化的乙烯基硅油-丙烯酸酯共聚乳液合成工艺为:预乳液滴加时间60 min,体系保温时间60 min,反应型乳化剂X用量0.8%,引发剂过硫酸钾用量0.8%,丙烯酸用量2.4%,乙烯基硅油用量12%.乙烯基硅油-丙烯酸酯共聚乳液用于涂料印花工艺,与纯丙烯酸酯黏合剂相比,前者耐干、湿摩擦色牢度及耐皂洗色牢度优良,手感有明显改善.  相似文献

以苯乙烯和丙烯酸酯为主要单体,设计多种复配乳化剂方案,通过单体预乳化、半连续乳液聚合法合成苯丙乳液,用作汽车发动机空气滤清器滤纸浸渍树脂.研究了多种复配乳化剂合成苯丙乳液浸渍对汽车工业滤纸抗张强度、耐破度及挺度的影响,筛选出对滤纸强度性能作用效果良好的复配乳化剂.结果表明,合成乳液浸渍对提高汽车工业滤纸抗张强度、挺度及耐破度作用显著,OP-10/FR-1、OR-2/DSB、FOR-3/RE-610复配乳化剂乳液浸渍的汽车工业滤纸抗张强度高于3.15kN/m、挺度大于3.45 mN·m、耐破度在250 kPa以上.  相似文献

以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)与γ-甲基丙烯氧基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(KH-571)为主要原料,采用乳液聚合法制得乙烯基聚硅氧烷低聚物乳液,将其应用于丙烯酸酯乳液的改性.优化了低聚物的聚合工艺,并进行了结构表征,结果表明:w(KH-571)=10%、w(催化剂DBSA)=10%、w(复合乳化剂)=3%,80℃下保温反应4~6 h,制备出稳定性较好、平均粒径50.0 nm且粒径分布较窄、最高转化率为89.4%的乳液.FT-IR表明得到乙烯基聚硅氧烷低聚物.用低聚物改性丙烯酸酯乳液,可得到平均粒径100.0 nm且分布较窄,乳液凝胶率低于4.0%,稳定性较好的硅丙乳液.  相似文献

文章首先采用MM(六甲基二硅氧烷)、D4(八甲基环四硅氧烷)、D4V(四甲基四乙烯基环四硅氧烷)开环反应制备乙烯基聚硅氧烷,然后采用DOPO(9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物)与其反应制备含磷聚硅氧烷,最后再与丙烯酸酯单体进行细乳液聚合,制备含磷硅的阻燃防水透湿复合整理剂。确认了含磷聚硅氧烷结构,测试了含磷聚硅氧烷改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液性能和应用性能。结果发现,DOPO确实与乙烯基聚硅氧烷发生了反应,乳液的粒径为102.3nm,多分散系数PDI为0.126,说明乳液粒径比较均匀,改性效果较好。应用性能测试表明,含磷硅的阻燃防水透湿复合整理剂热性能提高,在织物表面形成连续致密的炭层,能够防止可燃物挥发,提高织物的阻燃性能。  相似文献

将甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯、异丁烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸作为基本反应单体,制备含氟丙烯酸酯乳液整理剂,使其具有完整的核壳结构。研究了乳化剂用量、引发剂用量、温度等因素对合成反应及产物性能的影响。实验结果表明:在乳化剂用量为3.5%(占总单体质量分数),引发剂用量为0.6%(同前),温度为80℃条件下,合成的含氟乳液整理剂具有最佳的理化性能。将其应用于亚麻织物的后整理,织物可获得良好的疏水性能。  相似文献

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.  相似文献

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.  相似文献

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.  相似文献

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.  相似文献

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.  相似文献
