Prototyping tools and techniques are quite diverse, and project failures attributed to prototyping are not uncommon. Internet Lawyers are specialized in issues on the intersection of Law and the Internet. The connection between knowledge of the law and understanding of the Internet is one of constant interaction. Scholars can approach Internet Law basically from two angles. First, the classic legal approach is to start with the legal norm, and see whether Internet phenomena are covered by existing norms, either applied straightforwardly or after interpretation. If no existing norm can be applied, the situation can be left unregulated or if desirable new norms can be designed. Second, the Internet can be taken as a starting point, so to think about possible norms without considering the existing normative framework. This approach can lead to new, refreshing insights. Both approaches have their merits. This paper introduces a set of principles for all Internet Lawyers a set of principles, called the Ten Commandments of Internet Law. Also, an empirical evaluation performed by a group of 43 Internet Law students used to improve the initial set is discussed. The set proposed in the end is not, however, considered to be the definite collection of principles for Internet lawyers. Rather the Ten Commandments should be considered a dynamic set in which commandments can be refined, added or deleted.  相似文献

Several ideas and experiments are presented for the creation and realistic animation of three-dimensional scenes involving human beings conscious of their environment. The various approaches should allow the intelligent creation of human beings using prototypes and generate their animation based on mechanics, artificial intelligence and robotics. This paper discusses the problems involved in three major steps of the simulation of human beings: the creation of the human shapes, the motion of the human skeleton, and the deformation of the surfaces. Several examples are presented illustrating positional constraints, dynamics, behavioural animation and finite element theory.  相似文献

Computing power is an integrated part of our physical environment, and since our physical environment is three-dimensional, the virtual studio technology, with its unique potential for visualizing digital 3D objects and environments along with physical objects, offers an obvious path to pursue in order to envision future usage scenarios in the domain of pervasive computing.We label the work method virtual video prototyping, which grew out of a number of information systems design techniques along with approaches to visualization in the field of architecture and set design.We present a collection of virtual video prototyping cases and use them as the platform for a discussion, which pinpoint advantages and disadvantages of working with virtual video prototyping as a tool for communication, experimentation and reflection in the design process. Based on more than ten cases we have made the observations that virtual video prototypes 1) are a powerful medium of communication in development teams and for communication with industry partners and potential investors, 2) support both testing and generating ideas 3) are particular suited for addressing spatial issues and new ways of interacting. In addition practical use of virtual video prototypes has indicated the need to take into account some critical issues including a) production resources, b) hand-on experience, and c) the seductive power of virtual video prototypes.  相似文献

摘 要:为加快混合动力汽车控制策略的开发进度,缩短产品开发周期,设计与开发了基于飞思卡尔MC9S12DG256控制器、驾驶员模拟器、控制器自动代码生成编译工具包及Freemaster实时数据监测软件构成的混合动力汽车控制策略快速控制原型系统半实物仿真平台,将底层驱动与上层控制策略模型一键下载到MC9S12DG256控制器,实现模型到代码的自动下载,并能与AVL CRUISE 中车辆信息进行实时的串口通信。针对一款并联式混合动力客车进行仿真实验,结果能较好地模拟实车特性,验证了该仿真平台的有效性,其开发成本低廉,易在高校中推广。  相似文献

Cooperative team-based activities are changing the nature of work. Current frameworks provide the necessary base communication and coordination tools but require application designers to handle low-level details such as defining a communication protocol. They also provide limited support for prototyping such applications and experimenting with alternative designs. We introduce a sharing style called strong sharing. Its implementation in Object World insulates application designer from low-level communication details. CoSARA, a system built on Object World, lets application designers prototype synchronous group applications by graphically specifying the multiuser interactions. After we describe strong sharing, we describe Object World and how it facilitates building synchronous group applications. Then we describe the CoSARA design methodology for prototyping synchronous group applications and show how we used it to build a multiuser block diagram editor  相似文献
