四旋翼无人机可视化半实物仿真平台研究 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
四旋翼无人机的飞行控制是当前无人机研究领域的一个热点,目前的控制设计多采用MATLAB/Simulink进行数值仿真验证,仿真环境中较少考虑机载设备的作用.而在无人机原型开发过程中,又多采用现场调试的方法,不易快速更改控制算法及参数.为提高飞行控制算法开发时的效率,设计并实现了一种四旋翼无人机可视化半实物仿真平台.利用MATLAB实时视窗系统搭建了平台的主框架,将四旋翼无人机的惯性导航传感器及电机控制系统融入平台之中.并且利用了开源飞行模拟软件FlightGear,及对虚拟地球仪软件Google Earth的二次开发,为仿真平台增添了无人机位置、姿态以及航迹的三维可视化显示功能.实验结果表明,该平台运行稳定可靠. 相似文献

将线性二次型高斯控制(LQG)的理论应用到了车辆半主动悬架系统的控制中,通过仿真分析了其特性,LQG控制的半主动悬架系统,在悬架弹性元件支撑的所有部件的质量(简称簧上质量)的固有频率附近,悬架的平顺性和动挠度不能同时得到改善,而在中频段可以使二者同时得到改善,在低频段和接近非簧载质量的固有频率段内,改善悬架的平顺性则必然会增加悬架的动挠度. 相似文献

为支持复杂供应链系统的分析,提出了基于多智能代理的供应链分布式仿真平台框架,分析了平台框架中各层次的内容。给出了支持分布式仿真的多代理交互的协调控制结构。设计了分布仿真时间同步推进模型并给出了时间同步实现步骤。采用模块化的软件设计方法构建了实现分布式仿真平台的类结构,并开发了图形用户界面。最后,对某集成电路生产企业的实际生产过程进行了仿真,结果表明,该仿真平台能够有效支持供应链建模与仿真。 相似文献

In-vehicle driving tests for evaluating the performance and diagnostic functionalities of engine control systems are often time consuming, expensive, and not reproducible. Using a hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation approach, new control strategies and diagnostic functions on a controller area network (CAN) line can be easily tested in real time, in order to reduce the effort and the cost of the testing phase. Nowadays, spark ignition engines are controlled by an electronic control unit (ECU) with a large number of embedded sensors and actuators. In order to meet the rising demand of lower emissions and fuel consumption, an increasing number of control functions are added into such a unit. This work aims at presenting a portable electronic environment system, suited for HIL simulations, in order to test the engine control software and the diagnostic functionality on a CAN line, respectively, through non-regression and diagnostic tests. The performances of the proposed electronic device, called a micro hardware-in-the-loop system, are presented through the testing of the engine management system software of a 1.6 l Fiat gasoline engine with variable valve actuation for the ECU development version. 相似文献

LabVIEW FPGA模块具有灵活性、高性能,以及可定制化能力,CompactRIO硬件提供高性能的可重复配置I/O,保证实时性要求,因此利用LabVIEW FPGA模块和CompactRIO硬件作为线控转向硬件在环仿真试验系统的开发工具和基础.首先对试验系统的总体结构和工作原理进行了概述,对系统的实时硬件和软件系统进行了设计.针对线控转向系统的实现必须以路感模拟算法和转向控制算法为基础,对系统路感控制算法和转向控制算法进行了重点设计和仿真试验.结果表明所设计的线控转向硬件在环系统非常适合线控转向系统控制算法的测试,采用的控制算法具有良好的控制效果. 相似文献

为减少自动化系统现场调试的风险,提高适应性和可靠性,针对钢铁制造业中的烧结生产过程,设计并实现了一种基于云制造的仿真实验平台,提出云服务端以可编程逻辑控制器群、集散型控制系统群、服务器群和数据库群等为物理资源层,以烧结过程的各种虚拟过程控制对象和优化控制模型等为虚拟资源层,面向钢铁制造企业、研究与设计机构等云接入端用户,提供烧结过程优化控制系统的半实物仿真、操作参数验证、生产过程模拟以及工艺流程学习等云服务。以烧结生产偏析布料工序的料层厚度自动控制系统为例,验证了实验平台的有效性。 相似文献

车辆稳定性控制(vehicle stability control,VSC)是新型的主动安全控制技术,考虑车辆行驶环境中的质量载荷等变量摄动,运用H∞优化方法设计鲁棒控制器;根据多体动力学理论和虚拟样机技术以及ADAMS和MATLAB/Simulink软件的联合仿真分析方法,在ADAMS/View中建立整车系统的虚拟样机模型以及MATLAB/Simulink中建构控制系统的仿真框图,并通过ADAMS与MATLAB联合仿真技术实现了多体动力学系统与控制系统闭环控制的协同仿真.进而验证控制器的鲁棒性,提高车辆的稳定性能.并通过协同仿真分析,车辆稳定性控制系统的各评价指标均有了较大幅度改善,能够有效地提高车辆的操纵稳定性. 相似文献

The primary goal of virtual prototyping is to eliminate the need for fabricating physical prototypes, and to reduce cost and time for developing new products. A virtual prototyping seeks to create a virtual environment where the development of a new model can be flexible as well as rapid, and experiments can be carried out effectively concerning kinematics, dynamics, and control aspects of the model. This paper addresses the virtual environment used for virtual prototyping of a passenger vehicle. It has been developed using the dVISE environment model including features, functions, and behaviors is constructed by employing an object-oriented paradigm and contains detailed information about a real-size vehicle. The human model is also implemented not only for visual and reach evaluations of the developed vehicle model, but also for behavioral visualization during a crash test. For the real time driving simulation, a neural network model is incorporated into the virtual environment. The cases of passing bumps with a vehicle are discussed in order to demonstrate the applicability of a set of developed models. 相似文献

In this paper, a novel compound fault-tolerant attitude control (FTC) scheme is proposed for reentry hypersonic vehicles with aerodynamic surfaces and reaction control systems (RCS) in the presence of parameter uncertainties, external disturbances and aerodynamic surfaces faults. Aerodynamic surfaces work as the primary actuators and RCS serve as auxiliary actuators. When aerodynamic surfaces cannot provide the required attitude control torque due to low dynamic pressure or faults, RCS are activated to assist aerodynamic surfaces to generate the residual torque. A nonlinear disturbance observer-based sliding mode controller is designed to calculate the required attitude control torque which can handle the parametric uncertainties and external disturbances together. The quadratic programming method is applied to obtain the optimal aerodynamic surfaces deflections from the required control torque. An innovative fuzzy rule-based decision-making system is design to solve the RCS control allocation problem, which is conceptually easy to understand and computationally efficiently compared with existing approaches. Based on quantized control theory, the closed-loop control system stability is rigorously analyzed. Simulation results are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of developed FTC scheme. 相似文献

光电跟瞄设备在车载平台上将会受到多自由度的复合振动,系统视轴的成像质量将受到很大的影响,严重时设备零部件的配合间隙将会松动甚至零部件损坏。针对某型光电跟瞄设备设计了二级主动隔振支撑平台及主动控制算法。隔振平台采用重心支撑方式,以较大程度地减小对视轴影响较大的耦合角振动,同时在安装架上设计了大阻尼的防冲橡胶垫,与两级减振装置共同作用起到保护和稳定设备的作用。针对角振动问题,以设备平台各支撑点及重心的位移及速度作为反馈信号,采用模糊PID控制算法,设计了隔振平台的控制方案并进行了控制程序的编写。在ADAMS中建立了系统的虚拟样机,对机械系统和控制系统进行了联合仿真。仿真结果表明,二级主动隔振平台在一定的路况下具有较好的隔振防冲性能,能够起到保护设备及稳定视轴的作用。 相似文献

The emergence of wireless technologies such as WirelessHART and ISA100 Wireless for deployment at industrial process plants has urged the need for research and development in wireless control. This is in view of the fact that the recent application is mainly in monitoring domain due to lack of confidence in control aspect. WirelessHART has an edge over its counterpart as it is based on the successful Wired HART protocol with over 30 million devices as of 2009. Recent works on control have primarily focused on maintaining the traditional PID control structure which is proven not adequate for the wireless environment. In contrast, Internal Model Control (IMC), a promising technique for delay compensation, disturbance rejection and setpoint tracking has not been investigated in the context of WirelessHART. Therefore, this paper discusses the control design using IMC approach with a focus on wireless processes. The simulation and experimental results using real-time WirelessHART hardware-in-the-loop simulator (WH-HILS) indicate that the proposed approach is more robust to delay variation of the network than the PID. 相似文献

为控制薄壁件装夹变形和加工变形,建立了集装夹优化、加工变形预测、切削参数优化及误差补偿功能为一体的快速仿真平台.在平台实现中,装夹方案的优化采用基于形位公差控制的方法,通过多种装夹方案的比较,确定优化方案.加工变形预测时考虑了前-层变形对后-层切削深度的影响,并使切削力和加工变形达到动态平衡.为获得优化切削参数,建立了以变形控制为目标的优化模型.采用有限元法计算加工变形,采用遗传算法求解优化模型.为解得优化补偿量,仿真时考虑了变形与力的耦合效应.完成了基于ABAQUS的快速仿真平台开发.以镜座零件为例进行仿真,求得了优化的装夹方案和切削参数,验证了平台的可行性. 相似文献
