对川西某锂辉石矿的矿石特征进行了研究,在此基础上进行了重选试验、浮选试验以及含铁锂辉石精矿再选降铁试验,提出了采用重选加磁选回收钽铌矿物及锡石,浮选回收锂辉石的工艺流程。采用螺旋溜槽粗选、摇床精选得到钽铌和锡石混合精矿,通过磁选可有效分离钽铌矿物和锡石,最终获得精矿品位Ta_2O_5为19.66%、回收率43.78%,SnO_2品位为67.56%、回收率45.53%的指标;采用碳酸钠和氢氧化钠调浆,氧化石蜡皂、环烷酸皂为捕收剂,经一粗二扫的浮选流程可得到精矿品位Li_2O为6.04%,回收率85.88%的较好指标;对含铁锂辉石精矿经过弱磁、强磁选别后,再经酸洗处理,可提高锂辉石精矿品位,降低其铁含量。 相似文献

旬阳镜铁矿原矿全铁品位在57%左右,单一强磁选获得TFe65%以上的铁精矿,回收率大于85%,用摇床或螺旋溜槽进行重选也能选出品位合格的铁精矿,但回收率显著低于强磁选。浮选可产出高纯镜铁矿,再细磨可制得油漆填料云母氧化铁。 相似文献

为了回收利用攀枝花低品位钒钛磁铁矿,通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了磨矿时间、磨矿矿浆质量分数、钢球充填率、钢球配比对该低品位钒钛磁铁矿磨矿细度的影响,结果表明磨矿时间是影响磨矿细度和单体解离度的主要因素。试验得到的最佳磨矿参数为:磨矿时间7min,磨矿矿浆质量分数55%,钢球充填率40%,钢球配比大球∶中球∶小球=1∶1.3∶2.2,在最佳磨矿参数下得到的磨矿细度为-200目质量分数占73.7%。弱磁选试验获得的钛精矿TiO_2品位为10.003%、回收率为86.05%。本研究成果为攀枝花低品位钛资源的综合利用提供了技术支持。 相似文献

采用矿物自动分析系统研究了山东临沂低品位钛矿的矿物组成和铁、钛元素的分布状态. 结果表明,TFe和TiO2品位分别为14.25%和6.68%,矿石中磁铁矿、钛铁矿及榍石含量分别为2.60%, 5.40%和8.27%;脉石矿物以角闪石为主,其次是斜长石. 矿石中磁性铁含量仅为1.88%,占全铁总量的13.21%;钛在矿石中的分布较分散,其中40.69%分布在钛铁矿中,44.14%分布在榍石中. 以榍石和钛铁矿为目的矿物,理论上,选矿时可生产TiO2品位为41.45%的混合钛精矿,钛精矿产率为13.67%,钛的选矿回收率为84.83%. 相似文献

以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等为实验菌株,采用药敏纸片法考察槲皮素的抗菌活性.槲皮素对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果最好,最低杀菌浓度小于0.0061 μmol·mL-1;对胶质芽孢杆菌抗菌效果次之,最低抑菌浓度小于0.0061 μmol·mL-1;对大肠杆菌、苏云金芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌也有较为明显的抗菌效果,最低抑菌浓度分别为0.0242 μmol·mL-1、0.0061 μmol·mL-1、0.0485 μmol·mL-1、0.0121 μmol·mL-1,最低杀菌浓度分别为1.5522 μmol·mL-1、6.2086 μmol·mL-1、3.1043 μmol·mL-1、1.5522 μmol·mL-1;对人仓白杆菌无抗菌效果.槲皮素具有广谱抗菌性,并且对革兰氏阴性菌的抗菌作用强于革兰氏阳性菌. 相似文献

Optimization of an amine-based method is vital to ensure product quality, equipment safety, and system efficiency. Here, the effectiveness of amine concentration and circulation rate is evaluated for a diglycolamine (DGA)-based facility. The performance is measured using the concentration of carbon dioxide in the treated gas and the net acid gas loading of the amine solution. Both amine concentration and circulation rate were observed to affect the system efficiency. An optimal operating range was identified for the gas plant studied established on the performance criteria. The analysis is based on a proprietary mass transfer-based process simulator of an amine-based acid gas treating facility and field data. 相似文献

In this article, we report intermolecular interactions in terms of the effect of benzfused heterocyclic compounds, i.e., 2-thioureidobenzimidazole and 2-thioureidobenzoxazole (0.00, 0.01, and 0.05 mol kg−1), on the micellization behavior of sodium dodecylsulphate (SDS) (1–52 mmol kg−1) in dimethylsulphoxide (DMSO) at different temperatures (293.15–313.15 K) through conductometric and spectroscopic investigations. The variation of specific conductance with SDS concentration has been utilized to estimate the critical micelle concentration ( CMC). The above-performed techniques infer that the presence of additives results in a decrease in the CMC values. Various standard thermodynamic parameters such as free energy change (), enthalpy change (), and entropy change () of micellization have been determined using the temperature dependence of CMC. The above calculated parameters and also UV–visible and fluorescence spectroscopy have been used to obtain information regarding the various interactions between the compounds and surfactant aggregates. In addition, an attempt has also been made to examine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the heterocompounds, which indicates the effectiveness of these compounds against fungus growth at a particular concentration. These synthetic heterocyclic compounds find increasing applications in material science, medicinal chemistry, and biochemistry due to their antifungal and antioxidant properties. 相似文献

针对全球磷矿资源贫化,浓缩装置产能、开车周期大幅下降的现状,对浓缩工艺进行改造:采取稀磷酸不过滤澄清,并经蒸汽预加热至80℃进入浓缩系统;在稀酸中添加抗沉积剂,减缓结垢;控制适宜浓缩磷酸浓度和优化石墨换热器结垢清洗工艺。改造后浓缩产能提升30%,运行周期达28~30 d,提高DAP产量相当于年增产值3 600万元,节约蒸汽费用14.2万元。 相似文献
