考察了以BK430作为捕收剂对中国铝土矿资源中一水硬铝石、伊利石和高岭石3种典型矿物的浮选行为。单矿物试验结果表明:在不添加抑制剂和弱酸性条件下,BK430对高岭石和伊利石的捕收力明显强于一水硬铝石;添加一水硬铝石抑制剂DF,有助于进一步扩大一水硬铝石与2种铝硅酸盐矿物的可浮性差异;人工混合矿的试验结果与单矿物试验结果比较吻合。对河南某铝硅比为4.43的铝土矿进行了反浮选脱硅试验,经过脱泥—反浮选可以获得Al2O3/SiO2为9.21,Al2O3回收率为62.49%的精矿。BK430有望成为一种在近中性条件下铝土矿反浮选的脱硅捕收剂。  相似文献

针对中国铝土矿资源具体特点 ,本文作了一水硬铝石与主要脉石矿物一硬质高岭石反浮选的初步研究。复合型药剂YB - 1很大的改善了硬质高岭石的可浮性 ,而YX - 3呈现很好的选择性。在pH <6 0时 ,二者差距达 6 0 %以上 ,特别是一水硬铝石产率小于 1 0 %。配合使用分散剂YF - 2 ,对一水硬铝石 ;高岭石 2 :1的人工混合矿进行反浮选分离。经过一次粗选、一次精选 ,槽内产品实现回收率(Al2 O3 ) 77 5 9% ,铝硅比 1 0 74。  相似文献

贵州某低铝硅比铝土矿石Al2O3品位为6035%、SiO2含量为1353%,铝硅比为446;含铝矿物主要为一水硬铝石,含硅矿物主要为高岭石、伊利石、绿泥石。为确定该矿石的开发利用工艺进行了选矿试验。结果表明,矿样在一段磨矿细度为-0074 mm占7452%的情况下1粗1扫、粗精矿再磨细度为-0053 mm占8765%的情况下1粗3精2扫、中矿顺序返回闭路正浮选流程脱硅,获得了Al2O3品位为6749%、铝硅比为881、Al2O3回收率达7804%的铝土矿精矿,脱硅效果显著,为下一阶段工作的开展提供了依据。  相似文献

针对我国铝土矿资源的实际情况,对一水硬铝石与主要脉石矿物高岭石的反浮选分离作了初步研究。研究了高岭石和一水硬铝石在十二胺体系中的浮游行为,从二者晶型结构差异入手,解释了高岭石用药量相对较大,以及在酸性条件下仍可大量上浮的原因。使用抑制剂YX-2,二者可浮性出现较大差异。最后配合使用分散剂YF-2,对一水硬铝石:高岭石为2:1的人工混合矿进行反浮选分离。经过一次粗选、一次精选,槽内产品实现回收率(以Al2O3计)75.03%,铝硅比10.66。  相似文献

铝土矿反浮选脱硅中BK501抑制剂的研制与应用   总被引:5,自引:2,他引:5  
通过浮选试验,EDS、动电位和红外光谱测定,考察了BK501抑制剂在一水硬铝石与高岭石反浮选分离中的作用效果和机理。浮选试验表明,通过药量加大,一水硬铝石几乎全部被抑制,而高岭石则可出现轻微的活化作用。最终分选指标:不脱泥,将-水硬铝石:高岭石=2:1的人工混合矿反浮选,槽内产品Al2O3回收率77.59%,铝硅比10.74。脱泥后,槽内产品Al2O3回收率80.12%,铝硅比10.79。机理分析表明,药剂与-水硬铝石除氢键作用外.还出现了强烈的化学键合,对高岭石产生絮凝作用而显现活化上浮。  相似文献

针对山西某铝土矿的矿石特性,采用选择性絮凝的方法,应用不同种类絮凝剂,进行了一水硬铝石与其它黏土矿物的分离研究.结果表明,在磨矿细度为-74μm占90%、pH 10、多聚磷酸钠用量为5.0 kg/t、阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺63016用量为5g/t条件下,可以获得铝硅比为6.12,Al2O3回收率为90.15%的铝土矿精矿.  相似文献

通过对支建、贾家洼、石寺铝土矿床综合对比研究,认为豫西铝土矿是赋存于上石炭统本溪组,产在古岩溶侵蚀面上的一水硬铝石沉积型铝土矿床.矿体呈(似)层状、透镜状,长100~3 500 m,厚0.5~52.79 m,Al2O3 43.8%~78.59%,A/S 2.2~36.9.矿石化学组分:剖面上矿层中部Al2O3、A/S高,SiO2低;上下部Al2O3、A/S低,SiO2高;Fe2O3和S底部高,中上部低.平面上矿层中部Al2O3、A/S高,SiO2低;边部Al2O3、A/S低,SiO2高,矿石品位与矿体厚度成正相关.此分析,对豫西地区铝土矿的地质找矿及发现新矿床具有一定的指导意义.  相似文献

采用高浓度碱性介质强化浸出一水硬铝石型铝土矿,研究反应温度、矿粉粒度、添加剂等因素对氧化铝溶出率的影响。高浓碱性介质中Al2O3溶出率较传统拜耳法提高约10%,在280℃,NaOH:ore=4:1,反应时间90min,矿粉粒度-76μm,CaO添加量8%的条件下,Al2O3的溶出率最高,达到98.7%。高浓介质法所得赤泥中Na2O含量仅为拜耳法赤泥的约1/4,碱耗低,污染少。  相似文献

贵州某低品位含硫铝土矿Al2O3含量为54.71%,SiO2含量为11.35%,铝硅比仅为4.82,且矿石中含硫1.33%。矿石主要含铝矿物为一水硬铝石,主要含硫矿物为黄铁矿。矿石中有用矿物嵌布粒度较细,脱硫时易产生夹带,因而较难实现有效分选。为高效开发利用该矿石资源,对有代表性矿石进行了脱硫脱硅浮选闭路试验。结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074mm占90%时,采用1粗3精1扫脱硫浮选、扫选尾矿经2粗4精1扫脱硅、脱硫精扫选尾矿经2粗1精1扫脱硅闭路流程处理该矿石,获得了硫品位为33.72%、Al2O3品位为15.96%、SiO2品位为4.98%、硫回收率为75.16%的硫精矿,Al2O3品位为61.13%、SiO2品位为7.39%、铝硅比为8.27、Al2O3回收率为79.64%的铝土矿精矿。1次磨矿脱硫脱硅浮选,脱硫精扫选尾矿单独脱硅浮选工艺是该矿石处理的高效工艺,对含硫含硅铝土矿石的分选具有借鉴意义。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
