电动执行机构是控制和驱动阀门的重要装置,被广泛应用于工业自动化的各种控制过程中,能够精确地实现阀门动作控制,是自动化控制环节中一种常用驱动装置。本文在研究国内外电动执行器的设计原理和控制方式基础上,设计了一种电动执行器控制系统,该系统采用CAN总线通信方式,使其更符合当前工厂自动化工程技术网络化的趋势,主控制器采用工业级STC8A8K64S4A12芯片,测量部分采用增量式光电编码器,软件部分实现了模糊参数自适应调整、模块化专家系统故障诊断及保护等功能,经调试和运行测试,系统性能稳定、参数易配置、执行误差≤0.5%,能够满足工业现场自动化控制的需求。 相似文献

This paper presents the design of an active roll controller for a vehicle and an experimental study using an electric actuating roll control system. Firstly, based on a three degrees of freedom linear vehicle model, the controller is designed using lateral acceleration and rollrate feedback. In order to investigate the feasibility of an active control system, experimental work is carried out using a hardware-in-the-loop (Hil) setup which has been constructed using the devised electric actuating system and the full vehicle model including tire characteristics. The performance is evaluated by an experiment using the Hil setup in which steering maneuvers are carried out. Finally, in order to enhance the control performance in a transient region, the hybrid control strategy is proposed and evaluated. 相似文献

Precise and smooth motion control of servo-pneumatic actuating systems can be improved only by using appropriate mathematical models and identification procedures. In this paper, an improved modelling and parameter identification methodology of a servo-pneumatic linear drive unit with complex internal design that takes into account the influence of dead volume in terms of system dynamics has been developed. The proposed modelling methodology considers the nonlinear mass flow characteristic, dead zone of the valve, polytropic temperature model, heat transfer and nonlinear friction behavior. Experimental results indicates that a proper identification of the dead volume improves model accuracy in terms of pressure dynamics, piston velocity and piston position and therefore the proposed modelling methodology can be a good starting point to design better motion controllers in the field of servo-pneumatic actuating systems. 相似文献

In drug delivery systems microvalves are the key components that have been developed for active control of drugs. In this
research a normally closed microvalve with a glucose sensitive hydrogel actuating system is designed and simulated. Swelling
of the hydrogel forces a silicone rubber membrane to deflect and causes the valve to be opened. The component of the valve
that can be opened because of the hydrogel pressure is a silicon nitride cantilever beam which is sealed with a parylene layer.
Simulations have been done by FEM analysis and the results show that membrane deflection is large enough to enable the valve
to be opened and the fluid to flow through the microchannel. For both rectangular and trapezoidal microchannels with various
hydraulic diameters, output flow rates less than 50 μl/min to several hundreds of μl/min can be achieved. Final design has
been optimized for the opening point of microvalve at glucose concentration of 15 mM. Overall investigation has been done
for a microvalve with specific dimensions and with 4 kPa input pressure the output flow rate of 100 μl/min has been generated

In practical electro-pneumatic or hydraulic servo mechanism, there is usually an unavoidable operating delay time in the solenoid
valves. This may sometimes cause closed-loop instability if the time delay is not treated carefully in the control system
designs. Furthermore, pneumatic actuators can offer high performance at low cost, but are often suffered from external disturbances
depending on the operating conditions. This paper proposes a non-model-based design approach for pneumatic actuating systems.
In the proposed control system, a gain scheduled fuzzy-PID controller ensures tracking performance an adaptable wavelet neuro
compensator compensates for time-delay of the control valve, and a disturbance rejecter diminishes influence from load changes.
A condition ensuring the closed-loop stability is derived. The proposed design is experimentally verified to show its effectiveness. 相似文献
