在高碱条件下对云浮某含砷铅锌矿进行了分选试验。用乙硫氮为捕收剂、ZnSO4和Na2SO3为抑制剂优先选铅,然后以CuSO4为活化剂用乙硫氮选锌,闭路试验获得了含Pb63.13%、回收率98.85%的铅精矿和含Zn49.46%、回收率91.34%的锌精矿。该工艺已投入生产。  相似文献

研究了锑铅锌多金属硫化矿中脆硫锑铅矿与闪锌矿的分选以及用锑铅精矿为原料制取锑白(Sb_2S_3)和红丹(Pb_3O_4)的方法。结果表明,采用浮选-湿法氯化法联合工艺可使矿石中锑,铅、锌等多种有价成分得到合理的利用,并取得了满意的分选结果。  相似文献

使用捕收剂LIX-65NS(芳烃2羟基5壬基二苯甲酮肟)成功地浮选了Rakha铜选厂的铜矿石。开路浮试验证明了它的有效性。含1%的原矿经一段浮即可得到含铜23.7%的铜精矿。回收率高于90%,选厂目前采用粗选、扫选、二段精选流程。LIX-65NS回收Rakha矿石中铜的指标优于常用黄药。  相似文献

研究工作面瓦斯涌出规律对工作面瓦斯治理有重要意义。为了得到唐口煤矿深部3号煤层复杂开采条件下工作面回采时期瓦斯涌出时空演化规律,选取6304工作面作为对象,采用实测方法研究6304工作面瓦斯涌出规律。结果表明:6304工作面瓦斯涌出量为6.534 m3/min,其中煤壁占34.27%,落煤占29.62%,采空区占36.11%;沿工作面倾向由低到高,瓦斯浓度整体为上升趋势,其中1—76号架工作面瓦斯浓度小于0.20%,76—102号架瓦斯浓度上升明显,最大为0.387%;上隅角的后部采空区是工作面的瓦斯主要涌出源,上隅角1号测点瓦斯浓度0.78%,上隅角周边3号、5号、7号、8号、9号测点瓦斯浓度平均为0.643%;周期来压时,上隅角瓦斯相对平时较高。研究为针对性的瓦斯分源监控与灾害防治提供基础。  相似文献
