本文采用多次喷射技术和DOE设计技术开发了WP12国Ⅳ发动机。开发过程中,综合考虑了NOx、PM与燃油经济性三者的折衷关系,研究了预喷变量对NOx排放的影响。结果表明:合适的多次喷射策略能有效降低发动机燃烧噪声、排放和燃油消耗率;采用DOE设计技术能更准确地得到最佳多次喷射控制策略。 相似文献

怠速燃油经济性和排放控制是发动机研究的重要内容。根据发动机怠速工作过程的非线性、时变和不确定性,研究了怠速稳定性控制机理,分析了怠速空燃比漂移对稳定性的影响,讨论了发动机平均值模型的建立及其在怠速空燃比控制中的应用,对传统的怠速PID控制、模糊控制等控制策略进行了分析,提出了怠速预测控制的理论框架,分析表明基于模型的预测控制对于发动机怠速稳定性具有更好的控制作用,指出了今后发动机控制技术的发展方向。 相似文献

为了燃油溶气喷射技术应用到发动机上,本文在柴油机上进行了燃油溶气燃烧试验研究。着重探讨了燃油溶解二氧化碳或空气后对发动机燃烧特性和排放生成的影响。结果表明燃油溶气喷射可同时降低柴油机氮氧化物和碳烟的排放,有望发展城一种新的发动机燃烧和排放控制技术。 相似文献

基于AX~100二冲程化油器式发动机进行了FAI(Free Armature Injection自由电枢喷射)缸内直喷二冲程发动机的台架试验研究,在原机的基础上设计改造了一个适合缸内直喷的燃烧室结构,获得了大量的缸内直喷的试验数据和电控参数的MAP图,并做了该直喷发动机和原化油器发动机的性能、燃油消耗和HC排放的比较。结果表明,FAI直喷技术能够成功地应用于二冲程发动机缸内直喷系统,极大改善了燃油短路的现象和扫气效率,在整个运行范围内燃油消耗大大降低,HC排放改善很多。 相似文献

考虑到发动机怠速工况具有明显的非线性、时变性和不确定性,难以建立精确的数学模型,笔者以80C196KC单片机为控制器,采用模糊控制和PID控制相结合的方法,充分发挥两者的优点,开发PID-Fuzzy怠速控制系统,该系统同时具有比例、积分、微分及模糊控制的特点.与原机怠速控制对比试验表明:该系统具有更好的冷却水温适应性、怠速转速波动稳定性、稳态恢复迅速性. 相似文献

大庆油田杏北开发区已进入高含水后期,低产低效油井不断增加,造成电能浪费和抽油设备的无功摩损。确定了间抽井的选井原则,避免了这部分井影响原油产量和机采指标。确定合理间抽制度的方法有两种,一是根据泵抽产量曲线、泵抽沉没度曲线和沉没度恢复曲线确定间抽井的起停时间;二是使用智能型微电脑采油控制器确定间抽制度。根据间抽制度的长短,分别实施人工间抽和使用间抽控制器自动间抽两种方式。间抽井存在着一个高产、高效区域,间抽制度能否体现高产、高效的原则,不但与泵抽时间有关,而且与恢复时间有关。采取新的间抽生产制度后,不仅能降低能耗、有效延长油井的检泵周期和举升设备的使用寿命,还可以协调附近井组的供排关系,使注入液体的流向更加合理。对于高含水后期油田减少无效产出,提高开发效果具有重要意义。 相似文献

介绍了BFe30-1-1凝汽器管子与管板一种较实用焊接方法,自熔不填丝全位置脉冲自动钨极氩弧焊焊接方法,以及以白铜BFe30-1-1为管子与管板的凝汽器材料焊接特性.通过对BFe30-1-1管子与管板,在纯氩、氢一氩混合两种不同气体保护条件下的焊接工艺试验,以及在不同气体保护下的焊接工艺参数的选择与优化,结果表明,采用自熔不填丝全位置脉冲氩弧焊焊接方法,在氢-氩混合气体保护条件下,BFe30-1-1凝汽器管子与管板焊接,焊缝成型好,质量高;以合理工艺参数匹配焊接的试验件,经各项检验均已合格,完全达到设计要求. 相似文献

An open cycle gas turbine with a heat exchanger and its modifications have been studied. These modifications include the combinations of the gas turbine with a steam injection system and the gas turbine with a closed cycle steam turbine. The steam is generated by a waste heat boiler. It was found that in both cases the efficiency and the net output of the gas turbine increased considerably, of the order of 20–40%. In order to define the superiority regions of the systems studied on various ranges of power output, an economic analysis per unit power has been done. For short duration, intermittent type of operation the steam injection was found superior. Above this mode of operation, the operational modes of electric base and continuous were covered by the gas turbine combined with the steam turbine. 相似文献

Blending hydrogen into the natural gas (NG) network could provide an efficient pathway for decarbonising the NG system through power-to-gas technologies. However, due to the presence of potentially multiple and intermittent hydrogen injection sources, the gas blended throughout the network would be neither homogenous nor at a constant mole fraction. The above features are not captured by the current transient modelling techniques. To bridge this gap, this work presents a transient analysis model that enables the tracking of gas compositions and particularly hydrogen fractions in real-world meshed networks with multiple NG sources, non-pipe elements, and multiple and intermittent hydrogen injection sources. A time-varying compressibility factor is also introduced to account for the variable gas composition across the network. Moreover, numerical techniques are adopted for improving the stability of the Eulerian numerical calculation, and a specific grid size threshold Δxmax is introduced for selecting the stable mesh grid to alleviate convection-dominated oscillations caused by the hydrogen fraction tracking. The case study based on the well-known 20-node Belgian gas network validates the effectiveness of the method in solving practical-scale problems, whereas the unsuitability of steady-state models is also discussed and highlighted. The results clearly demonstrate the effect and importance of introducing variable compressibility factor, hydrogen fraction tracking, and variable gas demand. The impacts of hydrogen blending on pressures and linepack of the network are further investigated. 相似文献

Additional consumption of fuel in an intense traffic condition is inevitable. Excess fuel consumption may be avoided, if an optimal driving strategy is implemented subject to the surrounding condition of a vehicle and existing constraints. Development of an optimal driving strategy has been the subject of eco-driving. A model of optimal driving strategy has been developed and it has been applied for assessment of eco-driving rules. The model may be categorized as an optimal control and the objective function is minimization of fuel consumption in a given route. Vehicle speed and gear ratio are identified as control variables. The effect of working load has been considered according three engine running processes of Idle, part-load and wide open throttle. The model has then been applied to identify the optimal driving strategy of a vehicle in different traffic congestion based on eco-driving rules. 相似文献
