波浪型弹簧片是产品中的一种零件。压制该零件的模具(见图1)要求在端面上加工出三等分的按正弦曲线规律变化的型面。如在铣床上加工需用分度头与转盘相连,同时要实现机床台面的往复运动。这样,为达到零件精度要求就要使机床丝杆传动间隙做到最小,对转接齿轮精度要求也较高(要经过磨齿工序),这些条件我们不具备。而且,即使条件具备,电加工不出符合设计要求的零件。所以,原加工工艺是在铜皮上画出曲线(实际上是以圆弧代替的),再包在零件φ39外径上划线,经铣加工。最后由手工锉修完成。这样加工出的模具,型面不准,等分不好,上、下模 相似文献

在能源动力、汽车、航空航天、模具制造等关键零部件的加工过程中,球头铣刀因其特有的刀具几何结构,常作为零件加工的最终成型刀具。考虑到在球头铣刀立铣加工中不同的刀具与工件相对姿态会对切削过程产生不同的影响,本文研究切屑形成和不同走刀方式下切削过程中各物理量(切削力、切削温度等)的变化情况,结合有限元仿真技术在切削加工中的应用,建立硬质合金球头铣刀铣削斜面的有限元模型,模拟相同切削参数下,八种不同走刀方式的球头铣削过程,分析刀具切入切出工件时切屑的形成过程,探究切削力和切削温度的变化规律。仿真结果表明:不同的走刀方式,平均切削合力各不相同,同时切屑和工件的最大切削温度也出现较大差异,而斜坡上坡逆铣的走刀方式所对应的平均切削合力和最大切削温度均最优。 相似文献

The paper presents prediction of cutting forces when flank milling ruled surfaces with tapered, helical, ball end mills. The geometric model of the workpiece is imported from standard CAD systems, and the tapered helical ball end mill is modeled as the combination of sphere and cone primitives in ACIS© solid modeling environment. The intersection of cutter and part with a ruled surface is evaluated, and the cutter entry into and exit angles from the work material are modeled, and stored as a function of tool center coordinates along the path. The cutter entry and exit angles, the immersion angles, are used as boundary conditions in predicting the cutting forces along the path. The methodology allows prediction of cutting load distribution on the tool and part, as well optimization of machining cycle times by scheduling the feedrate in such a way that torque, power and static deflections can be maintained at safe levels. 相似文献

A new five-axis technique for machining of spherical surfaces with a radiused or flat bottom end mill is presented. The tool path generated by the proposed technique produces scallop free surfaces at a fraction of the time required by conventional milling using a ball nose end mill. Glass milling is discussed with influences of tool inclination on brittle fracture. Cutting tests are performed to observe surfaces in the up-cut and the down-cut processes with a ball end mill inclined in the feed direction of the cutter. Brittle fracture occurs in the down-cut process at high feed rates. Then the machined surfaces in cutting with the ball end mills tilted in the vertical plane with respect to the feed direction are associated with those of the up-cut and the down-cut processes. The cutting forces are also measured to discuss brittle fracture with the change of the undeformed chip thickness. The scratches on the surface finished with the tilted ball end mill are shown in an analytical model with a notched edge shape. The maximum feed rates at which brittle fracture does not occur are shown with the tool inclination in the cutting tests. 相似文献

of grinding aids and with the use of smaller grinding media. A simple exponential relation was then proposed to quantitatively
describe the observed grinding behavior by introducing the production rate constant,K. It is suggested that by usingK as a guideline, ways of improving the grinding energy efficiency can be established, e.g. use of smaller grinding media,
