通过对Metso HP500圆锥破碎机液压系统的设计特点和功能进行分析,找出了因厂商局限液压系统内安全阀的调节引发的生产过程中出现的种种问题,压力安全阀被设计为不可调节,不能自动泄压,易损坏管道密封件,造成设备不能正常工作。为此,引入压力调节阀,确保了液压系统锁紧回路、释放回路、液压马达回路的正常运转,使设备运行更加可靠稳定,从而延长了设备的使用寿命,降低了成本,取得了显著的经济效益。  相似文献

The hydraulic performance of pipelines can be significantly affected by the presence of biological growth on internal surfaces. The change in wall roughness brought about by the biofilms has been studied by the use of headloss tests, precleaning and postcleaning of the pipelines in three Tasmanian hydroelectric schemes. Results of the headloss testing show that improvements to hydraulic efficiency can be achieved from the cleaning of biofouling material. The data, when plotted as a Moody diagram, shows that the friction law for conduits roughened by biological growths may not always follow a Colebrook-White type relationship, although the results are too narrow in Reynolds number to be conclusive. It was found that bacteria made up the majority of the biofilm biomass in the pipelines studied. Based on molecular analysis, members of the class Alphaproteobacteria were the most frequently detected followed by members of the phylum Chloroflexi.  相似文献

Compacted clay has traditionally been used as a lining material in municipal solid waste landfills. However, natural clays may not always provide good contaminant sorption properties. One alternative material that is abundant in some parts of Europe and Turkey as well as Western United States is sepiolite. A laboratory study was undertaken to investigate the feasibility of sepiolite as a liner material. Two clays, one rich in sepiolite and the other one rich in kaolinite mineral, as well as their mixtures were subjected to geomechanical, hydraulic, and environmental tests. The same soils were also subjected to strength and hydraulic conductivity tests after a series of freeze and thaw cycles. The results of the study indicated that relatively high hydraulic conductivity and shrinkage capacity of sepiolite necessitates addition of kaolinite before being used as a landfill material. The valence of the salt solutions affected the swell and hydraulic conductivity characteristics of the clays tested. Retardation factors for sepiolite for metal solutions are 1.2–2.2 times higher than those calculated for the clay that is rich in kaolinite, and the inorganic contaminant adsorption capacity of the clay can be improved by addition of sepiolite. The results indicated that the clay mixtures utilized in this study provide good geomechanical, hydraulic, and metal adsorption properties which may justify their potential use as a liner material in solid waste landfills.  相似文献

A field study was conducted to determine if the field hydraulic conductivity of barrier layers constructed with foundry green sand is comparable to the hydraulic conductivity measured in the laboratory on laboratory-compacted specimens normally used for testing during design. Three test pads were constructed with foundry green sand. Their field hydraulic conductivity was measured using sealed double ring infiltrometers, two-stage borehole permeameters, and on large block specimens. Additional field hydraulic conductivity tests were conducted on the test pads after exposure to winter weather causing freeze-thaw cycling and summer weather causing desiccation. The field hydraulic conductivity data followed the same trends with bentonite content and liquid limit observed in the laboratory. When the bentonite content is greater than 6% (by weight), the plasticity index is greater than 3, or the liquid limit is greater than 20, the hydraulic conductivity is less than 10?7?cm/s. Testing after winter exposure showed that the field hydraulic conductivity was unaffected by winter weather, even though the test pads underwent up to six freeze-thaw cycles (depending on depth). Similarly, exposing the test pads to summer weather had no measurable effect on the field hydraulic conductivity. The field study validated that foundry sand is a useful industrial by-product that can be beneficially used as a hydraulic barrier material.  相似文献

为工业化生产提供实验室研究基础,本文以V2O5和纳米碳黑为原料,利用碳热还原法,在常压下碳管炉中得到了V8C7粉末。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM),分析了原料对反应进程的影响。结果表明:采用普通球磨干混的方式时,比表面积(BET)为112m2/g的碳黑可以加速反应进程,过低或过高都不利于反应的进行;细粒径的V2O5原始粉末可明显加快反应进程,最终得到大小均匀,粒度1μm以下的球形碳化钒粉末。反应机理研究表明,固-固反应的速率与反应组元的颗粒大小和混合均匀程度,以及不同反应组元之间的接触面积有很大关系。  相似文献

Hydrodynamics in biotrickling filters can be strongly influenced by packing material geometry and hydraulic loading rate. While it is generally accepted that increasing wetted area in a biotrickling filter can improve process performance, additional research on synthetic packing materials and parameters that improve hydrodynamics, resulting in increased wetted area, is desirable. For this research, a series of tracer tests was conducted to compare hydrodynamics in bench scale biotrickling filters with three different packing materials under three different flow rates. Results suggest that of the three packing materials, the material with the highest specific surface area resulted in channeling and excessive formation of stagnant zones within the biotrickling filters. Liquid distribution through the biotrickling filters substantially improved at a hydraulic loading rate of 1.9?m/hr for all packing materials, but based on these experiments, improvements were minimal when the hydraulic loading rate was increased further. The presence of a biofilm increased mean residence time in biotrickling filters and the factor by which the increase was observed decreased with increasing hydraulic loading rate.  相似文献
