分析了小电流接地系统的故障特征,针对现有单相接地故障选线判据适应性较差、正确率不高的现状,应用模糊信息融合原理,提出了基于残流变化量比较与暂态首半周相位比较的单相接地故障模糊综合选线方法;构造了形式简洁物理意义清晰的的故障隶属函数和综合选线判据;研制出样机并进行了动模实验检验。实验运行结果表明该判据选线正确,抗干扰能力强,是小接地电流电网中一种实用的综合选线判据。 相似文献

现行的各种小电流接地故障选线方法利用不同的故障特征量进行处理,所适用的范围不同,检测故障的鲁棒性和精度不一样.由于小电流接地系统的复杂性及单相接地故障的特殊性,每种选线方法往往都有一定的局限性和不足,如果利用信息融合技术对多种选线方法进行综合应用,将不失为一种提高接地故障选线性能的有效手段.针对小电流接地系统中的接地故障选线问题进行研究,提出了针对多种选线方法进行模糊综合评判的小电流接地系统故障选线模式,对多种选线方法的模糊隶属函数及权重因子的确定进行了探讨,以能量函数法、小波变换法及相间工频变化量比较法三种接地故障选线方法为例进行了模糊综合评判实例仿真,仿真结果说明针对多种选线方法进行模糊综合评判的故障选线模式具有更高的可靠性. 相似文献

针对目前配电网小电流接地系统单相接地故障,单一保护算法不能完全满足选线可靠性和灵敏性要求的现状,将模糊理论应用于故障选线,根据单相接地故障的电气特性,选用零序电流比幅算法、五次谐波算法、零序能量算法和小波分析算法作为综合选线的基础判据,建立各选线的故障测度隶属函数。利用最小二乘法,结合客观权重系数和专家经验,确定组合权重系数。在此基础上,采用基于模糊综合评价的多重判据选线方案进行故障选线。在Matlab环境下搭建10kV配电网模型,分别仿真不同故障位置、故障合闸角和过渡电阻以验证理论的有效性及其选线精度的提高。 相似文献

为了解决小电流接地系统中单相接地故障选线困难的问题,经过现场调研分析了现有选线方法无法有效地检出和切除故障相的原因。然后对小电流接地系统单相接地故障的特征和选线原理进行了深入的理论分析,并对小电流接地选线方法进行了阐述。在此基础上提出了基于半波傅氏算法的接地保护原理,建立了基于半波傅氏算法的动作判据算法模型。根据动作判据,设计了小电流接地系统单相接地故障选线系统,并对系统的硬件部分进行了选型。 相似文献

针对国内外小电流接地系统中单相接地保护方法,提出了一种新的基于零序电流高频幅值差的选线方法,形成新的选线判据.利用此选线判据可分别对故障线路和非故障线路加以权重,放大故障线路和非故障线路特性区别.采用小波变换对故障后各线路零序电流高频分量进行分析,依选线判据进行处理,从而获得各线路的权重.通过Matlab建立仿真模型,对不同情况进行模拟仿真实验,验证了此判据的正确性. 相似文献

Current transformers (CTs) provide instrument-level current signals to meters and protective relays. Protective relays' accuracy and performance are directly related to steady-state and transient performance of CTs. CT saturation could lead to protective relay maloperation or even prevent tripping. This paper proposes the use of an artificial neural networks scheme to correct CT secondary waveform distortions. The proposed module uses samples of current signals to achieve the inverse transfer function of CT. Simulation studies are preformed and the influence of changing different parameters is studied. Performance studies results show that the proposed algorithm is accurate and reliable. The proposed algorithm has also been implemented and tested on a digital signal processor board. The Short‐circuit Testing Liaison (STL) is the organization that consists of high power testing laboratories of the world. Member laboratories perform short‐circuit tests under uniform interpretations of the IEC standards agreed through technical discussions and information exchanges among them. One of the recent projects that the STL has been working on is to establish uncertainty and traceability of high current measurement by international comparison tests with reference shunts. We propose the three-phase active filter designed to control the ripple power based on instantaneous ac line power detection. We show that the proposed system has many excellent features such as simple construction, high accuracy, high efficiency, and so on. In this paper, we apply this control principle to single-phase power line compensators such as active filters and reactive power compensators. In this case, we must control the instantaneous current waveform instead of the ripple components of two-axis quantities of the three-phase current or power. The proposed system can be easily constructed and controlled by merely detecting the ac line side current and the dc side voltage of the PWM converter. The system combines many functions, such as a PWM converter, an active filter, a reactive power compensator, without any modifications. 在电机闭环控制过程中,电流传感器故障、不同电流传感器的不一致性等因素可能导致系统失稳。为提高系统的容错能力,减小故障对控制系统稳定性的影响,提出一种基于单电流传感器的改进相电流重构技术。通过移动脉宽调制的脉冲矢量来消除母线电流采样盲区,进而通过母线电流重构获得三相电流。相比于传统电流重构方法,所提改进方法重构的电流更接近真实电流值,能够减小电流总谐波,降低电磁转矩脉动,提升系统的稳态性能。通过仿真和实验对比2种重构方法,证明了所提改进方法的优势。结果表明所提改进方法能有效实现电流重构,提升系统稳态性能。 相似文献

针对高压内置变压器空投导致零序电流保护误动的问题,从系统层面研究计及涌流影响的零序电流保护风险评估,以完善现有风险评估模型在涌流场景下未涉及盲区的不足。考虑影响涌流产生的多因素并非完全可得,提出了一种计及参量完备性的误动概率计算模型。在参量信息缺失不可得时,利用电网设备状态监测数据库中的数据补充计算,并分配相应的权重得到综合加权误动概率。在此基础上给出了具体风险指标和操作建议。通过具体的算例对所提出的风险评估方法进行展示,评估结果与实际运行中线路和母联动作结果一致。 相似文献
