介绍了中国石油青海油田格尔木炼油厂300kt/a催化重整装置的工程设计和开工情况。针对该项目涉及到已有装置的搬迁和设备利旧以及预处理部分掺炼催化裂化汽油的特点,中国石油工程建设公司华东设计分公司提出了催化剂级配装填、原料过滤和脱水、原料油混合比例控制3项技术措施,同时确定了重整工艺技术路线、设备的利旧方案和节能措施。该装置自投料至今已经平稳运行接近1年,各项技术经济指标达到或超过设计要求,尤其是掺炼了部分催化裂化汽油作为重整原料,既缓解了重整原料不足的情况,又解决了催化裂化中间馏分汽油硫含量高的问题。  相似文献

国产RAX-2000A型对二甲苯(PX)吸附剂在齐鲁股份有限公司烯烃厂64 kt/a芳烃联合装置上工业应用试验表明:RAX-2000A吸附剂性能稳定,优于国外同类吸附剂性能指标,而且吸附室压降保持较低,保证了装置的长周期运行。于2004年10月21日生产出纯度超过99.50%的PX产品。经过半年时间的平稳运行,于2005年4月在两个不同负荷下进行了标定,PX平均纯度和平均理论收率大大超过UOP提供的认证值和R IPP的保证值,经济效益显著。  相似文献

针对目前对二甲苯(PX)装置异构化单元普遍采用冷高压分离工艺导致装置用能不合理的现状,分析了采用热高压分离工艺的优势以及采用热高压分离工艺需要注意的问题;建立了能够准确分析异构化反应产物的分析方法,利用ASPEN PLUS流程模拟软件对热高压分离工艺过程进行了模拟计算,结果表明,采用热高压分离工艺对循环氢浓度几乎没有影响;通过热高压分离工艺的工业应用证明了该工艺是可行的;提出了采用热高压分离工艺后的对二甲苯装置能量优化匹配方案,并通过流程模拟进行了热量核算,结果表明采用新的流程可使370 kt/a的PX装置能耗下降627 MJ/t  相似文献

目的 在国内某1 500×104 t/a炼化一体化项目中新建100×104 t/a乙烯裂解装置及80×104 t/a对二甲苯装置,设计与原1 200×104 t/a炼油项目及新建300×104 t/a炼油改扩建项目相匹配。项目实施后,全厂柴汽比偏高,成品油总量偏多;乙烯裂解原料不足,且组分偏重;对二甲苯装置技术路线竞争力较弱,故需解决装置存在的上述问题。方法 确定300×104 t/a炼油改扩建项目采用新增“220×104 t/a柴油加氢裂化+260×104 t/a连续重整”路线对炼油加工方案进行优化,以增产乙烯裂解及对二甲苯原料。结果 与优化前相比,全厂柴汽比由1.74降至1.00,成品油总量减少187.68×104 t/a;乙烯裂解原料总量约降低1.74×104 t/a,但乙烯产品量增加5.61×104 t/a,乙烯裂解原料进一步轻质化;对二甲...  相似文献

Shanghai Coke Chemical Company, Ltd. has kicked off the construction of a 450kt/a methanol unit in Wujing, Shanghai. This project will operate on coal, using a gasification unit licensed by GE coupled with an independently developed methanol unit. This project is slated for completion and startup by the end of 2007. Currently Shanghai Coke Chemical Company boasts two methanol units in Wujing with a total production capacity of 360 kt/a. The Ningbo Mitsubishi Chemical Company, Ltd. located in the Daxie Development Area of Ningbo has installed and tested its first 600 kt/a PTA unit and intends to provide the unit with feedstock by the end of November 2006, and make test run of this unit in December and deliver the first batch of products in January 2007. This company after commissioning of the said unit will construct the second 1.0 Mt/a PTA unit, which will be located side by side with the first unit to make full use of the existing utilities, such as the berth and the power plant. Furthermore, the Yisheng Chemical Company located in the Qingsi Development Area of Ningbo after putting on stream the phase I project (a 660 kt/a PTA unit) in August 2005 will soon engage in the test operation of the phase II project (a 600 kt/a PTA unit), which is expected to reach its full load in late December 2006. This company has stored enough paraxylene and acetic acid for the new PTA production line. This company plans to construct the third PTA production line to boost its production capability to 2.0 Mt/a, with its investment totalling 10 billion RMB. On November 20, 2006 the core unit of the 700 kt/a ethylene revamp project-the 460 kt/a ethylene unit-had been put on stream successfully at the first attempt at the Lanzhou Petrochemical Company. The proposal on setting up the 700 kt/a ethylene revamp project, including a 700 kt/a ethylene unit, a 200 kt/a LDPE unit, a 300 kt/a LLDPE unit, a 300 kt/a PP unit, a pyrogasoline hydrotreating unit and a butadiene extraction unit, has been approved by the State Council with the investment totaling around 7.0 billion RMB. The overall process technology of ethylene production has reached the first quartile level inside China. The ethylene unit has adopted the unique inside China de-ethanation technique, the online decoking technique, the advanced extraction tower technique and the short process scheme for hydrotreating before depropanization. The PP unit can make more than 100 grades of polypropylene, while the LDPE unit can manufacture 16 grades of PE.  相似文献

The technical revamp of methylamine and DMF unit, in which the Jiutian Fine Chemicals Company in Anyang, Henan province had invested 10 million RMB in 2005, will be completed soon. 380kt/a硫磺回收装置是中化泉州石化有限公司12 000kt/a炼油项目的配套环保装置,采用国内自行研发的先进硫磺回收技术进行设计和试运行。简要介绍了该大型硫磺回收装置的设计特点及工艺流程,并对在开工试运行期间低负荷工况下出现的问题进行了分析总结,可为装置长周期平稳运行提供指导。试车结果表明:硫磺回收装置运行平稳,尾气中SO2的排放量符合国家环保部门的规定,生产的硫磺成品质量达到GB/T 2449-2006《工业硫磺》中规定的优等品级别,具有较好的环保效益和经济效益。  相似文献
