A mechanical model to control the top-coal deformation is established in accordance with the structural characters of the gob-side entry surrounding rock for the fully-mechanic top-coal caving; the analytical solution of top coal roof-sag curve is deduced with Winkler elastic foundation beam model. By means of a calculating and analytic program, the top coal roof-sag values are calculated under the conditions of different supporting intensities, widths of narrow pillars and stiffness of top coal; meanwhile, the relationship between the roof-sag values and supporting intensity, width of narrow pillars and stiffness of top coal is analyzed as well. With the actual situation of the gob-side entry taken into consideration, the parameters of top-coal control are determined and a supporting plan is proposed for the top-coal control,which is proved to be reliable and effective by on-site verification. Some theoretical guidance and advice are put forward for the top-coal deformation control in gob-side entry for fully mechanized top-coal caving face.  相似文献

采用MTS 815.02电液伺服岩石力学试验系统对综合机械化固体充填采煤技术中的矸石与粉煤灰充填体的时间相关特性进行了测试,得到了3,7,13和20MPa压力条件下矸石与粉煤灰充填体时间相关特性曲线,应用流变的基本理论,选取PTh体作为矸石与粉煤灰充填体的流变模型,并建立了流变方程;根据矸石充填体时间相关性试验结果及试验矿井的相关数据,计算得出流变参数K1,K2,η,并得到综合机械化固体充填采煤工作面顶板的下沉量与时间的具体流变方程,根据流变方程得出了综合机械化固体充填采煤工作面顶板的下沉量与时间关系曲线,并得出当经历1 000h(约40d)之后,充填体流变进入稳定阶段,其变形量逐渐趋于定值,最大值约340mm.  相似文献

针对张集煤矿1215(3)高产高效综采工作面高瓦斯、易自燃开采过程中的安全问题,本文介绍了大采高综采工作面采空区顶板高位抽采技术,优化顶板走向钻孔位置,结合顺层钻孔和上隅角埋管等抽采瓦斯措施综合治理瓦斯,同时采取均压通风、加快工作面推进速度、采空区灌浆、注氮等技术措施防治煤自燃,保证了回采期间回风流瓦斯浓度平均小于0.5%,CO浓度20PPm以下,实现了工作面的正常安全生产。研究成果为淮南矿区一次采全高高产高效工作面的瓦斯、防火治理提供了借鉴经验。  相似文献

A combined method of numerical simulation and field testing was adopted in this study in the interest of solving the problem of hard to control high concentrate dusts on a fully mechanized mining face.In addition,the dust suppression effect of a multi-direction whirling air curtain was studied in this paper.Under the influence of the wall attachment effect,the compressed air which blows out from the two-phase or three-phase radial outlets on the generator of the air curtain can form a multi-direction whirling air curtain,which can cover the whole roadway section of a fully mechanized mining face.The traditional method of controlling dust is a forcing system with exhaust overlap which has the major disadvantage of lacking a jet effect and consequently results in poor dust control.It is difficult to form the air flow field within the range of Lp5Sr1/2.However,due to the effect of this novel system,the radial airflow can be turned into axial airflow allowing fresh air to flow through the length of the heading.The air flow field which is good at controlling dust diffusion can be formed 12.8 m from the heading face.Furthermore,the field measurement results show that before the application of a multi-direction whirling air curtain,the dust concentration is 348.6 mg/m3 and 271.4 mg/m3 respectively at the roadway cross-section measurement points which are 5 m and 10 m from the heading face.However,after the application of the multi-direction whirling air curtain,the dust concentration is only 61.2 mg/m3 and 14.8 mg/m3,respectively.Therefore,the dust control effect of a multi-direction whirling air curtain is obvious.  相似文献

利用以义马煤业集团耿村矿开采(2 3)煤所用的ZFSBa—4400A—18.2/28型低位放顶煤支架为原型而制造出的可变顶梁长度、可变掩护梁角度、可变掩护梁外表面摩擦系数的模型支架,在进行相似模拟实验的基础上,运用方差分析的方法论证了综放支架等参数对综放顶煤回收率的影响;利用曲线回归的方法,得出了以上各参数与综放顶煤回收率的定量关系;在此基础上,结合现场实测,进一步对综放支架参数对综放顶煤回收率影响的机理进行了分析与研究,得出适合义马煤业集团耿村矿(2 3)煤开采的以上各支架参数.  相似文献

Fully mechanized mining with large mining height (FMMLMH) is widely used in thick coal seam mining face for its higher recovery ratio, especially where the thickness is less than 7.0 m. However, because of the great mining height and intense rock pressure, the coal wall rib spalling, roof falling and the instability of support occur more likely in FMMLMH working face, and the above three types of disasters interact with each other with complicated relationships. In order to get the relationship between each two of coal wall, roof, floor and support, and reduce the occurrence probability of the three types of disasters, we established the system dynamics (SD) model of the support-surrounding rock system which is composed of “coal wall-roof-floor-support” (CW-R-F-S) in a FMMLMH working face based on the condition of No. 15104 working face in Sijiazhuang coal mine. With the software of Vensim, we also simulated the interaction process between each two factors of roof, floor, coal wall and the support. The results show that the SD model of “CW-R-F-S” system can reveal the complicated and interactive relationship clearly between the support and surrounding rock in the FMMLMH working face. By increasing the advancing speed of working face, the support resistance or the length of support guard, or by decreasing the tip-to-face distance, the stability of “CW-R-F-S” system will be higher and the happening probability of the disasters such as coal wall rib spalling, roof falling or the instability of support will be lower. These research findings have been testified in field application in No. 15104 working face, which can provide a new approach for researching the interaction relationship of support and surrounding rock.  相似文献
