Effect of carbon content of steel substrate,on the chemical vapour deposition(CVD)ofTiN has been investigated.The increment of deposition rate is linearly related to the increaseof carbon content in own substrate.The α-Fe peak,besides TiN,is revealed in X-raydiffraction pattern of TiN coating.The(220)preferred growth of TiN deposited on steelCr12MoV substrate increases with the increase of depositing temperature.Only Ti energyspectrum was found from the bright region at coating surface and the interior,while bothTi and Fe energy spectra from dark region. 相似文献

The fracture surface of the normalized steel 55SiMnMo was observed,under tensile device at-tached on the SEM,to be of ductile dimple feature on the bainite which is composed of lathferrite and austenite platelet.The dimple is essentially nucleated in the ferrite.Because theaustenitic plastic deformation is remarkable during fracturing,the tear ridge of dimple is verysharp. 相似文献

应用等离子体浸没离子注入装置对纯Ti表面进行氟离子注入, 通过SEM和XPS分析研究材料的表面形貌和化学组成. 将MG-63成骨细胞接种于氟离子注入前、后的 Ti样品表面, 采用激光共聚焦显微镜观察材料表面对成骨样细胞MG-63 I型胶原形成的影响; 逆转录聚合酶链反应检测I型胶原mRNA的表达; 蛋白印迹法检测I型胶原蛋白的表达. 结果表明, 氟离子注入后Ti样品表面新出现TiF3; 且MG-63细胞在其表面分别培养6, 24和48 h后, I型胶原的形成和表达均明显高于纯Ti表面. 含氟表面改性层可提高Ti材料的生物相容性. 相似文献

The cantilever bending test,particularly monitored by an acoustic emission technique,was adopted to measure the tensile and interfacial adhesive strengths of the HCD ionplated fine TiN film on pure Ti substrate.The behaviors of film damaging were foundto be characterized by:an internal tensile stress which exceeded its tensile strength forTiN facing upward,and a shearing stress along film substrate interface which exceededits adhesive strength for TiN facing downward.The measured tensile and adhcsivestrengths are 603 and 242 MPa respectively. 相似文献

本文研究了铸造镍基高温合金中沉淀的片状μ相,揭示了μ相的形成规律、化学成份、TTT曲线、断裂特征和对力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,μ相的形成温度范围很宽,从800—1140℃。片状μ相的宽面是六方指数的{0001},它沿基体γ的{111}面板出。在760℃以下冲击,拉伸和持久的断裂特征是沿μ相{0001},面解理断裂,电子空位数N_v值不是控制μ相形成的唯一因素,还与(Mo+W)at.-%和Mo(Mo+W)有关。此外,硼也是抑制μ相的有效因素。 相似文献

Size distribution and precipitation of VC particles in ferritic nodular cast iron havebeen examined by techniques of ultrasonic screening,small angle X-ray scattering andchemical dissolution.The VC particles are sized over a wide range.The superfine ones,dispersed in the ferritic matrix,are the majority.A saturated dispersion with ultrafineVC particles may be approached as the V content increasing in the iron.Thi5 seems toplay an important role in the precipitation strengthening for ferritic nodular cast iron. 相似文献

在酸性溶液中对经一种Mannich碱处理的Cu粉进行了腐蚀实验.热分析结果表明,原始Cu粉在200℃开始氧化,而经处理的Cu粉从300℃开始氧化.X射线光电子能谱分析表明,该Mannich碱与Cu2 形成配位化合物吸附在Cu粉表面,形成Cu/缓蚀膜结构,通过覆盖效应抑制了腐蚀.设计实验分离出该Mannich碱与Cu粉的直接反应产物,并制备了Mannich碱与Cu2 的配合物配合物的红外光谱和紫外可见光谱表明,该Mannich碱是通过分子中的N原子与Cu2 形成配合物而实现保护作用,分子中的O原子未参与配位 相似文献

采用线性电位扫描法、循环伏安法、电导测定及XRD,XPS法等研究了高浓度Bi3+离子存在于酸性CuSO4电解液中对Cu电解精炼阴极过程的影响.研究表明Bi3+离子的存在减小了电解液的电导率,降低了阴极Cu沉积反应的交换电流密度、极限电流密度和峰电流密度,对Cu沉积反应起极化作用.在通常电流密度200 A·m-2下电解,Bi不会在阴极沉积,但促使Cu沉积的晶面220择优取向更加突出.在高电流密度1000 A·m-2下电解,Bi以Bi2O3形式存在于沉积层中,Cu沉积的晶面择优取向为111. 相似文献

By the sessile drop technique, the wettability of Cu/W systems with the additions of Ni and Cr has been studied under vacuum atmosphere. Effects of Ni and Cr contents and wetting temperatures on the wettability and the wetting mechanisms of copper on W substrate have been investigated in detail. The results show that the wetting angles of Cu on the W substrate are decreased with an increase in the content of Ni or Cr, and also decrease with raising the wetting temperatures. SEM, EPMA, and X-ray diffraction have been used to analyze the interracial characteristics of the CuNi/W and CuCr/W systems. The results reveal that there is a transition layer about 2- 3μm in the interface of Cu-4.0 wt pct Ni/W, in which the interrnetallic phase Ni4W is precipitated. As to CuCr/W system, no reaction occurs at the interface. The two factors are that the contents of Cr and Ni and the infiltration temperature must be chosen appropriately in order to control the interfacial dissolution and reaction when the Cu- W alloys are prepared by the infiltration method. 相似文献
