基于现代学徒制的软件技术专业人才培养的探索与实践——以广州城建职业学院为例

针对产教融合，校企合作进行人才培养工作，本文以广州城建职业学院软件技术专业现代学徒制试点工作的实践为例，对现代学徒制的软件技术专业人才培养工作进行了探讨。根据实践工作的实施，以及实施过程中遇到的问题对现代学徒制的培养方案与课程进行调整，促进人才培养质量的提高。     

省级示范性软件学院软件工程专业人才培养模式探索

针对省级示范性软件学院软件工程专业人才培养的目标及办学模式,提出了"2+1+0.5+0.5"培养方案,阐述如何构建符合产业需求的理论教学体系、实践教学体系、产学合作机制以及多元化的师资队伍;对省级示范性软件学院人才培养模式的成功经验进行总结,并对存在的问题进行探讨。     

基于人工神经网络的软件失效预测模型研究

在软件开发的早期预测有失效倾向的软件模块,能够极大的提高软件的质量。软件失效预测中的一个普遍的问题是数据中存在噪声,而神经网络具有鲁棒性并对噪声有很强的抑制能力。该文介绍了一种基于人工神经网络的软件失效预测模型,给出了基于反向传播算法的多层前向网络的网络结构。用这种方法对朗讯光网络有限公司开发的SDH通信软件进行了分析,并得到了较高的预测准确率。通过采集通信软件的不同发布版本的测试历史数据,讨论了训练集数据的选择与预测精度之间的关系。     

软件类专业校企合作共建实训基地研究

从国家发展时工程型人才需求出发,分析了工程应用型人才培养的必要性,以及校企共建实训基地在工程应用型人才培养方面所起的作用.结合高校软件类专业工程应用型人才培养的现状、特点和要求,以及软件类专业实训基地的特点,提出了当前软件类专业校企合作实训基地的模式,探讨了建立校企合作实训基地必须要考虑和解决的问题.

该文介绍了一种新型水泥生产过程仿真培训系统,全面阐述了系统组成、特点,功能及程序设计思想,该系统采用仿集散型控制系统DCS类型的控制系统与过程全仿真形式。详细介绍了双系统硬件结构,仪表仿真盘台接口线路框图。该文对仿真模型建立,实习训练软件的设计与使用做了详细讨论。     

Interactive assistants provide ease of use for novices: the development of prototypes and descendants

The purpose of this article is to relate early software development features, such as Microsoft Bob's “interactive assistants,” to the new software products on the market today that feature “intelligent, interactive assistants” and enhanced help features. Also, the role of training with intelligent software in the business and academic settings will be explored. This article is emphatically not meant to promote any singular software product or manufacturer, merely to analyze and discuss new and effective features of software, how they developed, and their impact on human users from a practical, rather than empirical, standpoint.     

Software engineering education: A study on conducting collaborative senior project development

Project and teamwork training is recognized as an important aspect in software engineering (SE) education. Senior projects, which often feature industrial involvement, serve the function of a ‘capstone course’ in SE curricula, by offering comprehensive training in collaborative software development. Given the characteristics of student team projects and the social aspects of software development, instructional issues in such a course must include: how to encourage teamwork, how to formalize and streamline stakeholder participation, and how to monitor students’ work, as well as sustain their desired collaborative effort throughout the development. In this paper, we present an exploratory study which highlights a particular case and introduces the meetings-flow approach. In order to investigate how this approach could contribute to the project's results, we examined its quantitative benefits in relation to the development of the project. We also conducted focus group interviews to discuss the humanistic findings and educational effects pertaining to this approach.     

基于CDIO的高职软件技术专业人才培养方案

本文介绍苏州工业园区职业技术学院基于CDIO工程教育模式制定的高职软件技术专业人才培养方案,探讨基于CDIO工程教育模式的软件人才培养方案制定方法,包括工作过程系统化的高职软件技术专业课程体系构建、核心专业课程开发、模块化教学与学期项目的实施,最后提出该方案实施所必备的师资条件、实验实训条件等。

Multimedia interfaces for users with high functioning autism: An empirical investigation

This article focuses on issues relevant to human–computer interaction in the case of autism. We designed training software that target specific communicative disorders attributed to autism and defined an empirical protocol to test this software. The experimental software platform that we developed manages each game's interface modalities and logs users’ actions, for the purpose of exploring the impact of various human–computer interfaces, which involve text, speech and images. Ten adolescents diagnosed with autism used this software during 13 sessions, at the rate of one session per week. The first and last sessions were dedicated for evaluating participants’ skills. The experiment was also performed by a group of 10 typically developing children matched on developmental age and academic level. Results show that participants with autism had poorer performances on the richer multimedia interfaces. They seemed to lack the initiative of organizing the available multimodal sources of information. In this article, we specifically discuss the impact of executive disorders on the use of multimodal interfaces with an emphasis on Animated Conversational Agents.

Knowledge engineering for an intelligent case-based system for help desk operations

Help desks are computer-aided environments in customer support centers that provide frontline support to external and internal customers. The paper reports on an automated help desk system developed at an information technology company. With the proliferation of diverse software and hardware, the center provides support to a large variety of client systems. The number of calls increases while the turnover rate of employees is high, which means the cost of training escalates. The objective of this project is to develop an automated case-based help desk system to support both call center personnel and customers. The system would contribute to shortening the response time on incoming calls and reduce training time for new employees. The focus of the paper is on the knowledge engineering process of the system. We discuss in detail the knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation, system implementation and verification processes, and we emphasize the structured and automated development methods adopted.     

校企三方合作培养软件专业学生的研究 ——以信息工程学院、富士康、青岛软件园三方合作为例

软件专业发展迅猛,对人才的要求也越来越高。高职人才培养与企业实际要求存在脱节,人才培养偏离了企 业需求。为深化江苏海事职业技术学院信息工程学院软件技术专业教育改革,创新人才培养模式,提出了三方合作培养软件 人才模式。学院与企业采用订单式培养模式,与专业培训机构和实训基地开展深度合作,解决了学生就业中“最后一公里”问 题,完成在校生到企业雇工身份的转变。
