提出了一种结构简单的基于MOCCⅡ n阶多输入单输出电流模式滤波器电路。该滤波器电路包含,n 1个有源器件、n个电容及,n 2个电阻,可以产生n阶低通、带通、高通、带阻电流模式滤波器。由于仅依靠改变外部输入电流信号的接入数目和方式来实现不同功能的滤波器,而电路内部结构及器件数目不变,所以该电路便于单片集成。文中对滤波器进行了PSPICE模拟。  相似文献

The scheme for the expansion of a 2-dimensional f.i.r. digital filter function into a sum of separable functions is generalised. Using the generalised procedure a m × m order filter function can be expressed in as many as m!n!/(|m?n| + 1)! ways. 本文提出了一种基于MOCCII的任意偶数阶电流模椭圆滤波器综合设计方法。通过对n阶(偶数)椭圆传输函数进行分析,将其分解成一系列能用无损积分器实现的表达式;并对输出电流信号进行线性组合,以实现了偶数阶的电流模式椭圆滤波器的综合。该方法实现的电路结构简单,所用有源和无源元件最少,仅由n个接地电容,(3n-1)/2个有源器件和接地电阻构成。给出了四阶高通、低通和带通椭圆形滤波器的设计实例。Pspice仿真结果表明采用该方法设计偶数阶电流模式椭圆滤波器是可行的,适用的。  相似文献

We present a new technique for the design of multiplierless IIR elliptic filters. The multiplierless filter has all multiplication constants implemented with a small number of shifters and adders. The proposed technique is based on sensitivity analysis. An analytical expression for amplitude response sensitivity is derived for the filter structures consisting of two allpass subfilters in parallel. It is shown that the amplitude response sensitivity to some constant x can be expressed as a product of the filter reflectance function and the phase sensitivity of the allpass section that implements the constant. The closed-form expressions for the phase sensitivities of the first- and second-order allpass sections are also developed. It is shown in the paper that the (n+1)/2 most sensitive constants can be directly controlled by the transfer function parameters if the transfer function is derived by the bilinear transformation from an elliptic minimal Q-factors (EMQF) analog prototype. This way, (n+1)/2 multiplication constants can be implemented without quantization, leaving the filter characteristic strictly elliptic. This is achieved for a class of low-noise allpass sections and for the wave lattice digital filter as well. The quantization of the remaining (n-1)/2 less-sensitive constants is performed using the phase-tolerance scheme and phase-sensitivity functions. The proposed design technique is straight-forward and, consequently, very fast. The application is demonstrated on the examples of narrowband, wideband, and halfband filters  相似文献

We show that determining the minimum number of resolve filters that need to be added to a set of two-dimensional (2-D) prefix filters so that the filter set can implement a given policy using the first-matching-rule-in-table tie breaker is NP-hard. Additionally, we develop a fast O(nlogn+s) time, where n is the number of filters and s is the number of conflicts, plane-sweep algorithm to detect and report all pairs of conflicting 2-D prefix filters. The space complexity of our algorithm is O(n). On our test set of 15 2-D filter sets, our algorithm runs between 4 and 17 times as fast as the 2-D trie algorithm of A. Hari et al. (2000) and uses between 1/4th and 1/8th the memory used by the algorithm of Hari et al. On the same test set, our algorithm is between 4 and 27 times as fast as the bit-vector algorithm of Baboescu and Varghese (2002) and uses between 1/205 and 1/6 as much memory. We introduce the notion of an essential resolve filter and develop an efficient algorithm to determine the essential resolve filters of a prefix filter set.  相似文献

本文提出一种n阶多环反馈(multiple-loop feedback)MOCCII(多端输出第二代电流传输器)电流模式滤波器的系统设计方法。用该方法可产生出多种不同结构的n阶多环反馈滤波器,所有n阶滤波器均由n个MOCCII及2n个RC无源元件组成。所产生滤波器的所有RC元件均接地,便于集成。文中还给出了四阶巴特沃斯滤波器的设计举例及PSPICE计算机模拟结果。  相似文献

提出了基于电流控制第二代电流传输器(current controlled second generation current conveyor,简记为CCCII)的电压模式低通滤波电路。该滤波电路所需元件较少,n阶滤波器仅需用n+1个CCCII器件,1个电阻和n个接地电容。该电路所有的无源元件均接地,便于集成且与VLSI工艺兼容,且具有很低的灵敏度。该滤波器可用于通信、电子测量与仪器仪表的信号处理。给出了4、5和6阶滤波器的设计实例,PSPICE仿真结果与理论分析相吻合,验证了该方法的可行性。  相似文献

The synthesis method based on the analytical solution of a single nth-order filter transfer function and the generation of n+1 simple and realizable transfer functions implemented using lossless integrators and one additional constraint is applied to facilitate the development of new voltage-mode high-order operational transconductance amplifiers and capacitors (OTA-C) all-pass and band-reject filters. The presented nth-order all-pass and band-reject filters contain n+2, i.e., at least n fewer OTAs and enjoy lower component spread than the recently published filter structures in addition to achieving three criteria: all single-ended-input OTAs, all grounded capacitors, and the least number of component counts, simultaneously. Furthermore, two different types of the synthesized filter structures, equal capacitance and equal transconductance, are suggested for easier IC manufacture and simpler biasing architecture, respectively. H-Spice simulations, using 0.25-/spl mu/m process and /spl plusmn/1.25-V supply voltages, validate theoretical predictions.  相似文献

Interleaved discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) three-phase boost rectifiers provide current ripple cancellation and increase the effective frequency of the input current ripple. As a result, the size and cost of the differential mode (DM) input filter is reduced. This work presents a detailed analysis of the input current ripple of interleaved three-phase DCM boost rectifiers. The design curves derived from the analysis are used to determine the DM input filter parameters. The experimental results are shown for two interleaved three-phase DCM boost rectifiers rated at 8 kW of total power and operated at 40 kHz with IGBTs as the main power switches. The results show that the interleaved rectifiers comply with the IEC 61000-3-2 Class A harmonic standard for this power level  相似文献

This article presents a new current mode single-input-multiple-output nth order universal filter. The proposed circuit employs (n + 1) number multiple output second generation current conveyors and n number grounded capacitors only. Presented circuits can realize current mode low pass, high pass, band pass, notch and all pass responses simultaneously at different high output impedance terminals. The current mode filter circuit provides low input impedance by selecting the proper value of bias current and also has high output impedance, which is suitable for cascading. The circuit offers some important features such as resistor less realization, no passive component matching constraints, low sensitivity, electronic tunability and active-C realization. The functionality of the proposed filter circuit is tested with the PSPICE simulation, which is found to agree well with the proposed theory.  相似文献

The adaptation process in digital filters requires extensive calculation. This computation makes adaptation a slow and time consuming process. Simple, but versatile, parallel algorithms for adaptive filters, suitable for VLSI implementation, are in demand. In this paper a regular and modular parallel algorithm for an adaptive filter is presented. This parallel structure is based on the Gradient Vector Estimation Algorithm, which minimizes the Mean Square Error. In the parallel method, the tap weights of the adaptive filter are updated everys steps, whereas in the recursive algorithms, the tap weights are updated at each step. Fors step update, bit strings of lengths are used to derive the terms with which the tap weights of the adaptive filter are calculated. The algorithm presented computes the tap weights at timen+s as a function of the tap weights at timen, the inputs from timen+1 ton+s−1, and the desired output from timen+1 ton+s−1. The algorithm also can be mapped to a VLSI architecture that is both regular and modular and allows either expansion of the order of the filter or the degree of parallelism obtainable. A comparison between the performance of the sequential LMS algorithm, Fast Exact LMS algorithm, and the parallel binary structured LMS algorithm is presented.  相似文献

Vander lugt光学相关器中含有两个傅立叶变换透镜,从输入到输出面的光学长度是4f,在制作复数滤波器时,参考光是一束倾斜入射的平行光。我们设计的复烽滤波器带二次位相因子的光学相关识别2f P系统,在制作复数滤波器时,参考光是一束倾斜入射的会聚光,使复数滤波器包含一个二次位相因子;在进行目标识别时,只需一个傅立叶变换透镜,复数滤波器后面不再使用傅立叶透镜进行傅立叶逆变换,而是直接通过复数滤波器的衍射,在其后的p平面上得到分离的相关 峰,因此从输入面到输出面的光学长度是2f P,与VLD相比,不光少一个傅立叶透镜,光路也较VLC短许多(通常p比f小许多),使光学相关识别系统结构更为紧凑。坦克模型识别实验证明,2f P系统用于光学相关识别,相关峰强而尖锐,且与零频项和卷积项能很好的分离,信噪比很高,多个星形合作目标识别实验,证明2f PVLD一样具有平移不变性,百星形合作目标本身具有一定的旋转、比例不变性,因此可用于导航、盲降等多种用途。实验取得良好的效果。并且给出了详细的理论推导。  相似文献
