Convergence and reproducibility in State Standard GOST 1186-87

Factors affecting plastometric measurements for coal are considered. The need to revise State Standard GOST 1186-87 is discussed.

A very important characteristic of coking coal is its clinkering ability, i.e., its ability to form a nonvolatile solid residue, consisting of disparate grains, on heating in specific conditions. The clinkering ability of the coal is determined by the properties of its plastic mass. Various methods may be used to evaluate the plastic-ductile properties of the coal. However, since the 1930s, the main method used to evaluate the clinkering properties of coal, within the nations of the former Soviet Union, has been the Sapozhnikov-Bazilevich plastometric method, because it provides more information than competing approaches. For the same reason, the thickness of the plastic layer, which is one of the parameters determined by this method, is used for coal classification in State Standard GOST 25543-88 (Lignite, Coal, and Anthracite: Genetic and TEchnological Classification) and its Ukrainian counterpart DSTU 3472-96 (Lignite, Coal, and Anthracite: Classification). This explains the strict requirements on the accuracy and reliability of the plastometric characteristics.

A furnace construction has been developed in order to determine refractoriness according to GOST 4069-69 and ISO 528-83. Electrophysical Properties of S87-2, S78-4, and S78-5 Glass

The results of the investigation of the effect of the thermodynamic processing conditions on the electrophysical properties of the materials used in devices for recording images in the near infrared wavelength region are presented. The dependences of the specific electrical conductivity on the temperature and on the time of the heat treatment at a continuous unidirectional current through the sample are determined, as well as for the symmetric alternating current, excluding the electro mass transfer. These results can be used to improve the existing technological processes and create new technological processes for the production of electronics products.

关于实施《农药剂型名称及代码》国家标准应注意的几个问题

《农药剂型名称及代码》(GB/T 19378-2003)国家标准已于2004年4月1日实施。本标准参照了国际上的《农药标准》(FAO，1999)、《卫生用农药标准》(WHO，1997)、《家用杀虫剂产品的标准指南》(WHO，1998)和《农药剂型代码及国际代码系统》(GCPF，1989)等资料，并以FAO的农药分类法为蓝本。标准的内容涵盖了国内卫生用药和植物保护用药方面所有120种农药剂型，并说明了制定剂型代码的基本原则。对某些对于剂型和代码认识欠妥的案例举例做出了说明。某些不恰当的剂型名称将根据本代码系统加以改正，附表中列出了新旧名称对照。
