In this paper,the Web-based integration methodology and framework have been developed to facilitate collabora- tive and concurrent engineering design in distributed manufacturing environments.The distributed concurrent engineering and co- design are discussed as key components in the mechanism.The related integration system is presented,which includes four function- al modules:co-design,Web-based visualization,manufacturing analysis and look-up service.It can be used for a design team geo- graphically distributed to organize a collaborative and concurrent engineering design effectively.In particular,the collaborative mechanism incorporated with Java-based and Internet-enabled technologies can generate extended strategies for design and planning. Thus,the proposed integration architecture enables the system to be generic,open and scalable.Finally,for the trend of global manufacturing,a case study of Internet-enabled collaborative optimization is introduced and a discussion on teamwork capability is made.  相似文献

软件agent正成为互操作的、开放的分布系统重要的设计方法。移动agent和智能agent的起源、实现、应用平台及其支持团体都不同,但是移动agent和智能agent方法的目的都是达到适应的、灵活的协作,尤其是动态变化环境中的分布系统内或分布系统间的互操作性。文中分析了OMG的移动agent与FIPA的智能agent的异同和在特定应用环境中的优劣;讨论了基于ACL的协调、集成MASIF与FIPA标准的方法,并开发了MASIF-FIPA插件。  相似文献

就现行城市规划体系框架下,城市设计与规划的层次关系、法律地位、编制及审批办法等问题,提出了城市设计与城市规划一体化、城市设计具有双重地位和属性、城市设计与城市规划层次对应的三个基本理念,由此进一步提出城市规划编制实践中的城市设计可以根据具体情况分为:将城市设计纳入规划编制体系运行;城市设计作研究性的基础工作,其成果纳入规划成果进编制和审批;城市设计作为专项规划单独运行等三种不同方式进行的规范运作思路.  相似文献

对有领导者的异构离散多智能体系统的最优一致性问题,提出了一种无模型的基于非策略强化学习的控制协议设计方法。由于异构多智能体系统的状态矩阵不同,其局部邻居误差的动态表达式比较复杂。与现有的多智能体系统分布式控制方案相比,所提算法减少了计算的复杂性。首先,建立由增广变量构造的多智能体系统全局邻居误差动态表达式。其次,通过二次型形式的值函数得到耦合贝尔曼方程和Hamilton?Jacobi?Bellman(HJB)方程。再次,求解耦合HJB方程的最优解,得到多智能体最优一致性的纳什均衡解,并给出纳什均衡证明。从次,基于无模型的非策略Q学习算法,求解多智能体最优一致性的纳什均衡解。最后,利用批判神经网络结构,结合梯度下降法实现了所提出的算法,并通过仿真实例验证了算法的有效性。  相似文献

提出了一种基于移动代理的新型分布式入侵检测系统的修复机制。该系统是针对WAN环境设计的,数据的处理通过各节点所设置的代理来进行分布式计算,能实现全网络范围内的入侵检测功能,具有良好的可移植性;对网络系统和主机的资源占用较低,减少出现网络瓶颈的可能。讨论了系统各个层次上的修复和抗毁功能,实验证明,该机制具有较好的性能。  相似文献

提出一种考虑分布式电源影响,适用于城乡配电网规划的理论线损综合估算方法.依据目标配电网的建设与改造原则和中压电网分年度规划方案,利用等效容量法处理分布式电源,基于扩展等值电阻法估算中压配电网线损;并考虑变压器台区情况,分别使用等值电阻数据和规划目标典型数据估算低压配电网线损;结合传统潮流法计算的高压电网线损,估算配电网理论线损.通过对贵州某县级配电网的规划案例分析,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性.  相似文献

为了提高计算机辅助工艺规划(CAPP)系统的柔性、可扩展性、可重用性和动态适应性,基于并行工程理念,采用多代理技术,提出了一种智能CAPP系统体系结构.在研究了智能CAPP系统的工作机理基础上,利用BP神经网络和相关算法实现了车间加工资源的动态决策.结果表明:基于多代理的智能CAPP系统由若干代理构成,每个代理具有独立的功能、结构、推理机和知识库,它们通过协作完成对整个工艺计划问题的求解,在系统结构上具有可重构、可扩展的能力;企业的应用表明,通过CAPP和车间生产计划的集成,基于BP神经网络实现制造资源的动态决策,使得工艺计划的可执行性提高了近1/3.  相似文献

Cement production is characterized by its great capacity, long-time delay, multi variables, difficult measurement and multi disturbances. According to the distributed intelligent control strategy based on the multi agent, the multi agent control system of cement production is built, which includes integrated optimal control and diagnosis control. The distributed and multiple level structure of multi agent system for the cement control is studied. The optimal agent is in the distributed state, which aims at the partial process of the cement production, and forms the optimal layer. The diagnosis agent located on the diagnosis layer is the diagnosis unit which aims at the whole process of the cement production, and the central management unit of the system. The system cooperation is realized by the communication among optimal agents and diagnosis agent. The architecture of the optimal agent and the diagnosis agent are designed. The detailed functions of the optimal agent and the diagnosis agent are analyzed.At last the realization methods of the agents are given, and the application of the multi agent control system is presented. The multi agent system has been successfully applied to the off-line control of one cement plant with capacity of 5000 t/d. The results show that the average yield of the clinker increases 9.3% and the coal consumption decreases 7.5 kg/t.  相似文献

In an Internet based multi-operator and multi-robot system (IMOMR), operators have to work collaboratively to overcome the constraints of space and time. Inherently, the activities among them can be defined as a computer-supported cooperative work (CSCW). As a practical application of CSCW, a collaborative task planning system (CTPS) for IMOMR is proposed in this paper on the basis of Petri nets. Its definition, components design, and concrete implementation are given in detail, respectively. As a result, a clear collaboration mechanism of multiple operators in an IMOMR is obtained to guarantee their task planning.  相似文献
