在现今的“订单培养”模式下学校和企业都非常重视对“订单”班学生的专业技能的培养,却忽略了对“订单班”学生的“准员工”素质进行培养。而企业对人才的需要是综合的,多方面的,专业技能只是员工素质的一部分。是可以短期提高的;但责任心、团体合作意识等职业素质是需要通过长期培养形成的。本文针对这一问题提出如何在“订单培养”模式的教育教学过程中加强对“订单班”学生的综合职业素质进行培养,深化“订单培养”模式下的校企合作.使得企业和学校能够长期合作。  相似文献

本文分析了软件行业对软件工程人才的职业素质要求,构架设计了适合软件行业的软件工程专业人才职业素质教育课程体系。该课程体系将软件工程人才的职业素质教育贯穿于理论知识课程、专业技能课程和综合技能素质课程三个方面,即让软件人才的职业素质教育融入整个软件工程专业的教学过程中。通过不同形式的思想教育、课堂教育、课外活动、团队活动等逐步提高软件工程人才的职业素质,真正培养出"职业能力强,综合素质高"的具有特色的创新型、应用型软件技术人才。  相似文献

以能力素质模型为理论指导,以广东省中德工业服务区外语人才为研究对象,从自主学习能力、综合能力和职业素养能力三 方面研究对接国际服务外包业发展需求的复合型外语人才的能力构建。结果表明,纯外语语言专业人才很难满足企业国际化服务 外包业发展需要,外语专业大学毕业生综合能力和职业素养能力离国际服务外包业发展有一定差距。因此,高等学校外语院系应 围绕国际服务外包业发展需求,激发大学生的学习愿望和工具性学习动机,同时对大学生进行元认知策略训练,提高其学习策略能 力;培养大学生的语用能力以及跨文化交际能力,使外语人才的能力素质满足行业企业的发展需求;加强职业意识和职业态度的 培训,同时在真实的国际贸易操作中训练大学毕业生的防欺诈意识。  相似文献

Current enterprises’ needs for skilled cyber-security (CS) professionals have prompted the development of diverse CS training programs and offerings. It has been noted that even though enterprise staff is now more aware of security threats, the number of successful attacks against companies has all but decreased over the years. Several criticisms were raised against current CS training offerings, which often made them inadequate, or unable to change participants’ behavior and security attitude. One of the main factors CS training programs are often not very effective is the lack of engagement or motivation of participants. This is often the result of training not being tailored to the needs or preferences of participants. In our previous work, we tackled this issue by developing a personalized learning theory-based model for developing CS training frameworks. In this work, we utilize the model to develop two CS training exercises: two game-based scenarios using the CS training video game Cyber CIEGE and one table-top team exercise. The exercises are later tested by involving a group of 12 students from the Norwegian Institute of Science and Technology (NTNU) Information Security master’s degree program. According to the results of the experiment and the feedback from the students, students felt more engaged during the exercises due to having been participants in their development process. This has in turn motivated them to continue using the training tools independently in their spare time. Further research is recommended to establish whether the training development model is adequate for different target groups, as well as better performing than other models when developing full-fledged training programs.

This paper examines the development of training for effective interaction with multi-level automation, i.e., a system that switches between functions and roles corresponding to different levels of automation. These interactions need to span not only the nominal procedures and skills expected of the operator, but also effective reasoning about when and whether the automation should be employed. This suggests framing the operator’s tasks using Rasmussen’s classical categorization of human behavior as skill based, rule based, or knowledge based (SRK), thereby providing appropriate insights into appropriate training objectives and methods. This paper uses the aircraft traffic alert and collision avoidance system as a case study, demonstrating the application of the SRK framework to develop pilot training. Comparison of pilot behavior with and without this modified training highlights the training’s ability to improve interaction with the automation, leading to recommendations for broader application of the SRK framework in training development.  相似文献

The process operator's job is varied, including straightforward procedures and more complex decision making skills, with some aspects of the job more critical than others. In view of this variety, considerable effort should be made to choose between training and non-training solutions and careful choice should be exercised between the various training options. A method of task analysis is described and the manner in which it facilitates various training decisions is illustrated. A well executed training intervention, it is argued, will result in recommendations for non-training solutions as well as employing a variety of types of training, including teaching plant ‘knowledge’, on-job instruction, operator development and simulator training. Many commercial simulators employed for training purposes focus on ‘fidelity’ but are without facilities which will aid the training process. The benefits of an analytical approach to simulation design are emphasised as this can lead to simulation training which is both inexpensive and effective.  相似文献

Prior research has focused on designing training approaches for novice operators to support maximum motor skill development. However, in production operations, workers must be trained to uniform performance levels to prevent ‘bottlenecks’ or work-in-process inventory accumulation. This study introduces a new approach to support assignment of training protocols to operators to achieve comparable levels of motor performance. Thirty-six participants performed a computer-based motor test. Based on performance classification results, each participant was assigned to a specific haptic virtual reality training condition. Results revealed participants identified as ‘medium’ or ‘low’ performers achieved levels of motor performance comparable to ‘high’ performers through 1-h training.Relevance to IndustryFindings can be applied to operator training in manual assembly operations, promoting a group of novice workers to achieve uniform performance levels and mitigating production bottlenecks.  相似文献
