非对称渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮作为一种新型的齿轮,目前对其还没有展开详细的研究。从齿轮范成法加工角度出发,根据齿条型刀具上各曲线部分参数,推导求得非对称渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮端面主动侧、从动侧的渐开线、齿根过渡曲线方程。以轮齿端面曲线方程为基础,结合三维造型软件Pro/E,建立出非对称渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮的三维模型。由于建立后的齿轮模型已经参数化,通过更改基本参数,可以快速生成需求的齿轮。同时,以建立的模型为基础,结合有限元分析软件,对对称与非对称渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮两个特殊啮合位置的轮齿齿根弯曲强度进行了分析、比较。  相似文献

超大模数齿轮齿条的承载能力是影响升降系统安全性、可靠性的关键因素。针对某风电安装船齿轮齿条式升降系统中所采用的超大模数渐开线圆柱齿轮,分析影响齿轮齿条强度的主要参数。建立齿轮齿条啮合有限元分析模型,基于有限元法,研究齿轮的变位系数x、压力角α、齿顶高系数h*a、齿顶隙系数c*、齿根圆角半径系数ρ*f、模数m及齿条宽度b对齿轮与齿条接触强度及弯曲强度的影响规律。分析结果表明:每个参数对齿轮齿条承载能力都有较大程度的影响,但影响程度各不相同。  相似文献

This paper describes a simple approach based on the gear theory for deriving a helical gear with asymmetric involute teeth. A helical gear with asymmetric involute teeth can be easily obtained through the envelope theory for the one-parameter family of surfaces. The mathematical models for asymmetric helical gears can be provided by the application of two imaginary rack cutters. The investigation on the undercutting analysis of the asymmetric helical gear is studied based on the developed mathematical model and the method of tooth-profile shifting. Here we provide geometric modeling of the designed asymmetric helical gear meshing when assembly errors are present. Stress analysis for the helical and the cylindrical forms are constructed. To illustrate the effectiveness of the approach, an analytical expression of helical gear with asymmetric involute teeth is given.  相似文献

Some of the geometric characteristics of a hypoid face gear in mesh with an involute spur pinion are analysed. These geometric characteristics include (a) the maximum diameter of the hypoid gear to avoid pointing of the teeth, (b) the minimum diameter for avoiding undercutting, (c) the contact ratio, (d) the field of contact and (e) the variation of the pressure angle along the face of the pinion. The variations of the above quantities with different parameters such as number of teeth of the pinion, transmission ratio, amount of offset and the pressure angle of the cutter are given.  相似文献

基于有限元软件ANSYS对某自升式平台齿轮齿条的强度进行了分析。从齿条齿宽和齿轮齿条齿根圆角半径2个方面研究探讨了提高齿轮强度的方法,并对齿条齿宽和齿轮齿条的齿根圆角半径进行了优化。研究结果表明,适当增大齿条齿宽可以减小齿轮齿条的接触应力,增大齿轮齿条的齿根圆角半径可以提高齿轮齿条的齿根弯曲强度。  相似文献

本文对范成法加工的渐开线圆柱齿轮,在单对齿啮合受载时,按轮齿危险截面形状(分平截面法和折截面法)、加工方法(分齿条刀类和插齿刀类),给出四组齿形系数的计算式。此式既可计算标准(或非标准)齿轮齿顶受载时的齿形系数,又可计算标准(或非标准)齿轮齿廓任意点受载时的齿形系数,还可计算具有非标准齿廓参数的渐开线齿轮任意点受载的齿形系数,为精确计算轮齿齿根弯曲强度提供了依据。  相似文献

对汽车变速比齿轮齿条式转向器的啮合原理进行了系统研究。首先讨论了转向器采用变速比的必要性及速比选择原则,在已知齿轮齿面(渐开线螺旋面)和给定速比规律下,应用共轭曲面原理给出了齿条齿面方程,并发现:瞬时接触线为直线;齿条齿面为可展面;该可展面的腰线为定倾曲线等,最后讨论了端截面齿形。  相似文献

This paper presents a method of designing nonstandard spur gears cut with a pinion cutter so that the static bending stresses in the pinion teeth and in the gear teeth are approximately equal. Consideration was limited to gear pairs which would operate with zero backlash and which could be cut using standard Fellows-type cutters. Design charts are presented from which cutter offsets can be determined for various gear ratios, for changes in center distance, and for a particular diametral pitch and pitch diameter of cutter.  相似文献

对于给定的非圆齿轮节曲线,借助于共轭齿条建立齿廓曲线的数学模型。根据渐开线齿轮齿廓成形原理,当共轭齿条分度线在非圆齿轮节曲线上作纯滚动,齿条的齿廓便在齿轮上包络出齿轮的齿廓。因此,首先建立了共轭齿条的数学模型和节曲线纯滚动模型,而后用啮合方程将这两个模型结合起来,经坐标变换后便在齿轮坐标系中获得了非圆齿轮齿廓曲线的数学模型。进一步用计算机图形仿真的方法获得椭圆齿轮的渐开线齿廓曲线图形,验证了该模型的正确性和有效性。该模型为非圆齿轮的加工刀具设计、数控加工程序设计以及轮齿强度分析等提供了基础。  相似文献

在交错轴变速比渐开线斜齿轮-齿条传动中,其变速比功能是通过一个渐开线斜齿轮和一个特殊的斜齿条之间的啮合来实现的,齿条呼个齿郭沿齿长及齿高方向均呈不相同的复杂曲线状。本文建立了该运动的运动几何模型,在啮合分析的基础上,导出了斜齿郭方程,完成了复杂齿条的几何造型。并将复杂的斜齿条齿廓当作自由曲面来处理,提出并实现了一种有别于传统的展成法的新的齿条加工方法。  相似文献

This paper presents an algorithm for computing the form of helical or spur gear fillets on a digital computer. These types of tools are considered to generate the fillet: rack-type tool (hob, rack cutter, or grinding wheel) with or without a protruberance, shaper cutter, and shaving tool. Formulae for the coordinates of the fillet are derived and the boundary points of the fillet are determined both for non-undercut and undercut gearing. Flow diagrams for the solution of some difficult problems are given.  相似文献

The index gear drive potential is defined for the estimation of the quality of spur gear drives as a maximum contact ratio obtained at the contact of teeth profiles along the full line of action. In this paper, a new method is proposed for the geometric design of symmetric and asymmetric involute meshing in which the contact ratio of the gear drive is equal to its potential. This method is appropriate for the geometric design of spur gears with a small teeth number and is based on the generalized model of involute meshing. The gear drive potential is assigned as an input value, from which, after appropriate calculations, the geometry of rack-cutters, gears and involute meshing can be determined. Using the proposed method, the areas of the realized potential and the areas of the existence of involute gear drives are defined. In addition, many numerical examples are solved. In the cases of symmetric and asymmetric meshing, the minimum teeth number is obtained when the gear drive potential is larger than one.  相似文献

Based on the mathematical model of a novel cosine gear drive, a few characteristics, such as the contact ratio, the sliding coefficient, and the contact and bending stresses, of this drive are analyzed. A comparison study of these characteristics with the involute gear drive is also carried out. The influences of design parameters including the number of teeth and the pressure angle on the contact and bending stresses are studied. The following conclusions are achieved: the contact ratio of the cosine gear drive is about 1.2 to 1.3, which is reduced by about 20% in comparison with that of the involute gear drive. The sliding coefficient of the cosine gear drive is smaller than that of the involute gear drive. The contact and bending stresses of the cosine gear drive are lower than those of the involute gear drive. The contact and bending stresses decrease with the growth of the number of teeth and the pressure angle.  相似文献

基于Blok接触温度准则,本文通过对包括变位系数,刀具压力角和齿顶高系数等几何参数的优化,简化了直齿轮最大瞬时闪温的计算过程,提出了一个综合参数Gm-平均等抗胶合几何参数,并且给出了不同齿数比时该参数的具体数值;得到了含Gm的最大闪温的显示表达式,此推导出可用于齿轮最佳抗胶合强度设计的公式,实现了先确定小齿轮分度圆直径,进而计算齿轮其余全部参数的设计目标,另外,本文还建立了模拟试验胶合载荷和实际运用齿轮传动载荷间的对比换算,所推导的计算公式形成了齿轮抗胶合强度的完整计算体系,最后以实例验证了计算公式的有效性。  相似文献
