关于弹簧钢丝热处理的探讨

盘条或钢丝半成品经过冷加工变形后,机械性能有很大的变化:抗张强度、硬度和弹性极限提高,表现为伸长率和面缩率的延展性和韧性相应地降低。冷加工造成钢丝机械性能变化的根本原因在于金属內部组织的变化。为了提高钢丝的塑性,以满足大减面率的拉拔变形,对于碳素弹簧钢丝一般都采用铅淬火处理。本文试就铅淬火的最优工艺及新的强化钢丝热处理的途径进行初浅探讨。

明火加热炉钢丝铅淬火工艺的研究

介绍了影响明火加热炉钢丝铅淬火工艺的因素。结合工作实践,总结出在设计铅淬火加热温度和加热时间时,应充分考虑钢丝直径、含碳量和含锰量的影响;随着钢丝直径的增大及含碳量和含锰量的降低,应适当提高钢丝线温;同时随着钢丝直径的增大及含碳量和含锰量的增加,应适当延长加热时间;明火加热炉入口炉温不宜过高,推荐入口炉温比出口炉温增加5%;对于带有铅液循环冷却的铅槽,铅液温度设置要比没有循环装置的铅槽设置的高一些。

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
