介绍了基于APV25芯片的多通道读出电子学系统的设计方法,利用ASIC芯片与可扩展读出系统相结合,实现多通道信号的处理。在该系统中,基于PXI机箱的单个读出板可实现2 048路信号的读出及处理,并具有集成度高、低功耗、可扩展等优点。电子学测试结果表明,本系统电荷输入线性动态范围为0~12 fC,APV25等效输入噪声408 e,可适应大型物理实验微结构气体探测器、硅像素探测器等探测器的读出需求。  相似文献

为满足北京谱仪Ⅲ主漂移室内室升级MAPS芯片测试需要,设计了一套用于芯片功能检查的芯片探针台测试系统。该系统实现了批量芯片JTAG通讯、芯片功耗、像素箝位电压、读出数据等芯片的功能检查,并可以进行芯片噪声水平以及甄别器阈值扫描等初步测试。芯片的探针台测试不仅在非邦定的情况下完成了芯片的筛选,同时可为后续芯片在探测器上工作时的阈值等参数配置提供参考。  相似文献

近年来,多种先进粒子探测器系统开始使用专用集成电路芯片(ASIC),芯片的性能对探测器整体性能起着重要作用。论文设计了一种多通道核(粒子)探测器读出芯片,每个通道包含前放、成形、峰值保持等完整读出结构,同时也设计了每个模块单独使用的版本。其信号处理流程为低噪声前置放大器对信号先进行积分预处理,然后送入滤波成形电路形成准高斯型脉冲,峰值保持模块探测并保持其峰值供读出。芯片分立模块目前已完成大部分测试,工作正常,六通道完整芯片也准备与实际探测器联调试用。  相似文献

研制了一种适用于高能物理中探测器读出系统的LVDS芯片,采用极低的电压摆幅实现高速差动传输数据,可以实现点对点或一点对多点的连接和传输。芯片包括驱动和接收两部分,均采用0.35um/3.3 V CMOS工艺设计,测试结果显示芯片基本达到预期研制目标。  相似文献

介绍了百万像素硅像素探测器数据获取系统的设计。该系统根据实验需求,尤其针对硅像素探测器1.92 GB/s高带宽的数据读出指标进行设计,实现了数据高速稳定读出的目标,同时提供运行控制、在线事例组装、无损压缩、数据存储,以及抽样显示图像等功能。文中对系统进行了稳定性以及主要性能测试,测试表明系统长期运行稳定,最高读出带宽可达2.49 GB/s。  相似文献

Since some tokamaks such as Taban are currently working with low density plasma, a fixed frequency reflectometer system was designed and constructed to monitor plasma production within the vacuum vessel. In this paper, the detail of design, simulation and construction of the system is presented. Moreover, some experiments which have been made for the evaluation of the system performance is reported. The system consists of a circular waveguide-antenna to both transmit and receive the microwave as well as a fully integrated system for measuring the phase difference between transmitted and received signals. To make sure of the perfect performance of the constructed system, some experiments were conducted to individually evaluate system operation. In order to verify the obtained results, all the mentioned experiments were simulated using CST software and the simulation results were compared with those obtained from the experiments. Good agreements were observed between simulation and experimental results, implying the high reliability of the system operation. After approval of the system performance, the system was implemented in Taban Tokamak to monitor the plasma production. Using the reflectometer outputs, the plasma density was estimated.  相似文献

A diagnosis system using noise analysis technique has been developed and its diagnosis performance is tested. Diagnosis objects are reactor core, three main control systems and jet pumps in a BWR plant. This diagnosis system is composed of a minicomputer system and operator's console. The FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) method is applied for data analysis. Many data obtained during normal operations were accumulated using this system and inherent variation patterns were estimated by eliminating the effect of operating condition. Anomaly detection methods were determined on the basis of these data. It is confirmed that the performance of this system is satisfactory, and that this system will be of great use for BWR core and control systems surveillance.  相似文献

安全棒系统是空间核反应堆的关键设备之一,它具有结构紧凑、传动精度高、与反应堆容器连接接口多、工作温度高等特点。通过采用全尺寸的安全棒系统试验样机,确定了冷、热态性能试验方案,设计了专用的试验装置开展冷、热态性能试验。试验结果表明,安全棒系统试验样机运行正常,性能达到设计要求,为试验样机的抗震试验提供了条件,也为安全棒系统后续设计及试验装置的改进提供了参考依据。  相似文献

This study applied the concepts of the Shewhart control chart to design a pre-alarm system for the nuclear power plant control room. As a support in detecting faults, the pre-alarm system reminded the operators of a change in the system state in its early stages. Two pre-alarm types were designed to compare with the original system, and all participants were requested to monitor each simulated system under both normal and abnormal states. The tasks for the participants included shutting down the reactor, searching for procedures, monitoring system parameters and executing secondary tasks. In each trial, the task performance, mental workload and situation awareness (SA) of the participants were measured. Results indicated that participants had lower mental workload, but equal SA, when monitoring the system with either type of pre-alarm designs, and lower alarm frequency and higher secondary task performance were obtained with the pre-alarm design. Therefore, the pre-alarm system effectively assisted the operators in monitoring tasks.  相似文献

The objective and importance of structural performance tests for the ITER gravity support prototype were described. The model of the gravity support system was established. Based on the analysis of loads, the torque transformation method and the 3D loading method for prototypes under complex load conditions were proposed. The proposed methods overcome 3D loading problems in the case of the complex load cases. The structural design schemes of the mixed 3D loading system with hydraulic bolt tensioners and the 3D loading system with bidirectional hydraulic cylinders were discussed. Two design schemes were compared and analyzed. Based on the finite element method, the numerical analysis of the 3D loading framework for bidirectional hydraulic cylinders was done. Results show the proposed 3D loading system meets the performance test requirements of the ITER gravity support prototype and should be preferred for the prototype loading experiment.  相似文献

阴极测试方法对阴极发射性能评价有着较大影响.本文介绍了一种热阴极性能的电子枪结构测试方法.我们自主设计研制了阴极测试电子枪结构,并采用该测试系统对几种覆膜浸渍钡钨阴极(M型阴极)的电子发射性能进行了初步测试.试验结果表明采用这种阴极性能评价系统是十分有利的.同时根据初步试验的问题,以及对测试结果的分析,对该电子枪结构作进一步的设计改进.  相似文献

闭式布雷顿循环是兆瓦级核电推进系统主要采用的动态热电转换方式,具有结构简单、转换效率高等特点。本文针对兆瓦级核电推进系统的动态布雷顿热电转换方式进行特性分析,具体内容包括:对氦气、氮气、二氧化碳和氙气4种工质及它们以不同比例混合的工质的热物性进行比较,进而对其在兆瓦级核电推进系统闭式布雷顿循环中的换热性能、压力损失系数和透平机械所需级数进行分析;以带有同流换热器和预冷器的直接气体透平循环为研究对象,比较兆瓦级核电推进系统气体透平循环在采用不同比例混合物作为工质时的循环效率,并对参数变化对循环效率的影响进行研究。本研究为兆瓦级核电推进系统气体透平循环在工质选择方面提供了一定的参考,为其设计和控制系统的研究奠定了基础,为以后进行气体透平循环动态性能研究打下了基础。  相似文献

In order to develop a membrane suitable for reverse osmotic condensation of radioactive liquid wastes, a new crosslinked aromatic polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane (ROM) was irradiated in water, or in wet system, and its mechanical and some thermal properties, and the separation performance for inorganic salt were investigated. A membrane was degraded by irradiation more severely in wet system than in dry system, probably due to the reaction with OH-radicals. In the separation performance for NaCl, the salt rejection of the membrane was kept over 88% until irradiation reached 2MGy, maintaining about 90% of its original water flux.  相似文献
