以WNQ690钢为研究对象,采用气保护焊接工艺,焊接线能量控制在15kJ/cm,WER70NH匹配WNQ690钢进行焊接,研究WNQ690钢焊接性能及焊接组织结构。接头抗拉强度为750MPa,冷弯性能优良,焊缝-40℃平均冲击功为137J,熔合线及热影响区冲击功均达到较高水平,焊接接头的HV10硬度在234-300之间,说明WNQ690钢淬硬倾向较小。WNQ690钢材的组织为回火贝氏体,焊接接头过热区组织为贝氏体,焊缝中含有较多的针状铁素体和少量的先共析铁素体,焊接热影响区的细小贝氏体组织使焊接热影响区具有较高的冲击韧性。  相似文献

采用光纤激光焊接设备对1800 MPa级热成形钢与CR340LA低合金高强钢进行对接激光拼焊,研究了不同激光焊接功率和焊接速度下焊接接头的组织演变规律及热冲压成形性能,并对焊接接头的力学性能和硬度进行了分析。结果表明,3种焊接工艺下激光拼焊原板综合力学性能相差较小,由焊接接头造成的伸长率和抗拉强度的损失均在母材的28.3%和9.1%以内。激光焊接后焊缝区均为粗大、高硬度的马氏体结构;两侧热影响区组织主要为铁素体和马氏体,接头未出现明显的软化区。激光拼焊原板拉伸试样均断裂于CR340LA母材区,距离焊缝12 mm左右,且存在焊缝隆起现象。选取焊接功率和焊接速率分别为4000 W和0.18 m·s?1的焊接试样在高温下进行热冲压成形检测,未出现焊缝开裂,热成形后拼焊板具有良好性能,满足汽车激光拼焊板使用要求,拉伸结果表明,试样断裂位置与未热冲压成形前一致,均位于CR340LA母材区,拉伸过程中,焊缝向高强度母材侧偏移,在弱强度母材侧产生应力集中并缩颈断裂。   相似文献

采用埋弧自动焊法对30 mm细晶Q345C低合金高强钢进行焊接,用金相显微镜观察焊接接头微观组织,并检验接头拉伸、弯曲及冲击性能。结果表明,细晶Q345母材由晶粒细小的铁素体和珠光体构成,焊接接头焊缝金属与母材强度相似。焊缝外观平整、组织均匀,焊缝和热影响区均具有良好的冲击韧性,焊接接头可以满足使用要求。  相似文献

针对工业生产700 MPa级高强度调质态钢板,通过Gleeble3500热模拟机进行模拟焊接试验,利用光学显微镜、硬度仪、场发射扫描电镜等设备对比研究了稀土Ce对高强钢焊接热影响区(HAZ)显微组织、晶粒度和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,焊接热输入为25 kJ·cm?1和50 kJ·cm?1时,无稀土钢焊接热影响区冲击功分别为84.8 J和24.5 J,Ce质量分数为0.0018%的钢焊接热影响区冲击功分别为110.0 J和112.0 J,因此钢中加入适量Ce能够有效改善钢板焊接韧性。对比分析两种实验钢焊接热影响区晶粒尺寸和显微组织可以看出,随着焊接热输入值增大,高强钢焊接热影响区显微组织均逐渐从马氏体、下贝氏体转变为上贝氏体和粒状贝氏体组织,且奥氏体晶粒尺寸明显增大。但相同焊接热输入下,含Ce钢焊接热影响区晶粒尺寸显著减小,组织更加细小,且脆性的上贝氏体组织减少,从而显著提高了700 MPa级高强钢的焊接性能。   相似文献

针对CO2保护焊焊接低合金高强钢出现的焊接裂纹,从组织成分、氢和拘束应力3个方面进行了分析,发现CO2保护焊输入线能量过小,是造成焊接接头开裂的根本原因.指出低合金高强钢采用CO2保护焊焊接时热处理工艺的重要性,并对预热、后热温度的大小进行了分析,确定了Q420B钢焊接工艺和裂纹修复工艺,使问题得到解决.  相似文献

采用HSL21型激光焊接机对1 500 MPa热成形钢钢带进行对接焊,对激光焊接头进行了不同温度下的焊后热处理,并进一步对接头杯突性能、显微组织及硬度进行了检验。结果表明,焊态接头杯突性能较差,焊缝及热影响区明显淬硬,平均显微硬度达500 HV0.2左右,显微组织为马氏体;随着热处理温度的提高,焊缝和热影响区的硬度值降低,杯突性能逐渐提高;500℃热处理时,焊缝区和热影响区组织为回火马氏体,在600℃和800℃热处理时,组织分别转变为回火索氏体和贝氏体。  相似文献

河钢集团有限公司开发了利用钢液中形成TiOx?MgO?CaO细小粒子改善焊接粗晶热影响区韧性的ITFFP技术(Improve the toughness of HAZ by forming TiOx?MgO?CaO fine particles in steel),成功试制生产出大线能量焊接用30 mm厚度规格(H30)和60 mm厚度规格(H60)EH420海洋工程用钢。母材力学性能试验结果表明,H30和H60试制钢屈服强度分别达到461 MPa和534 MPa,抗拉强度分别达到570 MPa和628 MPa,延伸率分别为26%和24.5%,满足EH420海洋工程用钢国家标准要求。采用Gleeble-3800型热模拟试验机对试制钢进行了200 kJ·cm?1条件下热模拟试验,并对焊接热影响区中的显微组织和?40 ℃冲击韧性进行了分析和测试。结果表明,试制钢中形成的CaO(?MgO)?Al2O3?TiOx?MnS夹杂物可以有效地诱导针状铁素体析出,显著提高钢材的冲击韧性。另外,利用气电立焊设备对H30和H60试制钢分别进行了焊接线能量为247 kJ·cm?1和224 kJ·cm?1的实焊试验,结果显示,H30试制钢焊接接头表面和根部焊缝处?40 ℃冲击吸收功值≥74 J,焊接热影响区≥115 J,H60试制钢焊接接头表面和根部焊缝处?40 ℃冲击吸收功值≥91 J,焊接热影响区≥75 J,焊接接头的冲击性能远高于国家标准值42 J。   相似文献

采用气体保护焊、激光焊以及激光复合焊等焊接方法对WYS700钢进行了试验研究,比较了不同焊接工艺,尤其是激光焊接工艺的焊接接头宏观形貌,并研究了不同焊接工艺下焊接接头的拉伸强度、弯曲性能、组织硬度等力学性能.结果表明:WYS700钢采用合适的焊接工艺,气体保护焊、激光焊及激光+MAG复合焊都能获得成形良好的接头,并且都能有效降低焊接热影响区的软化,获得较好的强度与塑性.激光+MAG复合焊在3 mm规格以上厚板的焊接中更能发挥高效大熔深优势.  相似文献

Cancer of the cardia is traditionally discussed with cardiac cancer of the lower portion of the esophagus and upper gastric cancer invading the esophagus, and the specific characteristics of cancer of the cardia have never been clearly defined. We reviewed the outcome of 172 patients with adenocarcinoma of the cardia who had undergone radical surgery between 1949 and 1994 in the Division of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the Cancer Institute Hospital. The centers of the tumors were located within 2 cm above and below the boundary between the esophagus and the stomach, and their longitudinal diameter was less than 8 cm. We divided the patients into an early period (1949-1979; n = 79) and a late period (1980-1994; n = 93), and focused on the historical transition. There were no differences in patient gender or histology between the two periods. However, the late period was associated with fewer cases of esophageal invasion and shorter longitudinal diameter, as the age of the population advanced. The number of advanced cancers such as the localized and infiltrative type had decreased, and early cancer and early clinical stage had become more common, but despite the fact that the number of early cancers had increased, extended dissection, such as thoracic and paraaortic lymph node dissection, was performed more frequently. By clinical stage, the long-term outcome markedly improved in Stage I patient in the late period, and tended to improve in Stage II and III patients. This appears to have been attributable to the prevention of micrometastasis by extended dissection, although the number of early cancers is another major potential cause. There were no differences in the outcome of Stage IV patients between the two periods, and further advances in multimodality therapy must be awaited. The range of resection is basically proximal gastrectomy, and if there are adequate indications, the prognosis is favorable. In view of the status of lymphatic flow and lymph node metastasis, and long-term results, lateroaortic lymph node dissection is important. Since the number of early cancer patients has been increasing, if intraabdominal recurrence is prevented, intrathoracic lymph node dissection will contribute greatly to the outcome of such patients.  相似文献

Some theories of personality hold that an individual's perception of others is influenced by his own personality characteristics; more specifically, that a trait of low social value will be projected more into others, and that insight into the possession of these characteristics reduces this distortion. These 2 hypotheses were tested by having a group of college students rate each other (including themselves) on degree of friendliness or hostility. Agreement with group rating about self yielded the insight score. In general, the hypotheses were supported; the "friendly" Ss were most accurate in their perception of others, and insight was positively associated with accurate perception. The rates of infection of two methods of external ventricular drainage in use at Atkinson Morley's Hospital--namely, (a) percutaneous drainage with Rickham reservoirs and (b) tunnelled ventriculostomies--were compared in this retrospective review. Percutaneous drainage of CSF with Rickham reservoirs was associated with a 27% rate of infection as identified by positive microbiological cultures; tunnelled ventriculostomy catheters had a 10% infection rate. The difference in the infection rate between the two methods was statistically significant (P < 0.015). Other variables examined, including the age and sex of the patients and the reasons for ventricular drainage, were not associated with an increased rate of infection. Most infections from either method were caused by a coagulase negative staphylococcus. The average duration of ventricular drainage before identification of positive cultures was 5.7 days for Rickham reservoirs and 6.0 days for ventriculostomies.  相似文献

The effect of 20 different antibiotics on chemotaxis by human neutrophils was studied. Human leukocytes incubated with chloramphenicol, rifampin, sodium fusidate, and tetracyclines in vitro showed markedly depressed migration.
