介绍了工程机械用Q345FCAD疲劳钢板的研发过程,研究了其微观组织、力学性能及疲劳性能。结果表明,Q345FCAD组织类型为铁素体+珠光体,晶粒度为11级;钢板的拉伸和冲击性能均满足技术指标(YB/T 4570-2016)要求且余量充足;钢板的疲劳强度为307 MPa,疲强比不低于0. 55,钢中的夹杂物尺寸很小,疲劳源均出现在基体表面,没有出现因钢中夹杂物成为疲劳源而断裂的情况。 相似文献

日益增长的工业需求推动着超级奥氏体不锈钢的研发,以研发时间为序阐述超级奥氏体不锈钢3个发展阶段。第1个阶段主要是为解决硫酸介质环境的耐腐蚀性而开发的不锈钢;第2个阶段是在第1阶段研发钢的基础上添加质量分数约为0.2%的N元素、并将Mo元素质量分数增加到约6%而研发的几种耐腐蚀性能良好的超级奥氏体不锈钢;第3个阶段是在6%Mo钢的基础上将Cr、Mo、N含量都进行较大幅度的提高,其中Mo元素质量分数增加到约7%,N元素质量分数控制在0.5%左右,并加入适量Mn元素而研发出耐腐蚀性优异的超级奥氏体不锈钢。阐述了超级奥氏体不锈钢研发过程中的2个重要技术,即炉外精炼与氮合金化技术,并展望了超级奥氏体不锈钢的未来发展及推广应用。 相似文献

The optimal design of a casting rigging system is considered. The casting geometry is systematically modified to minimize
the gate and riser volume, while simultaneously ensuring that no porosity appears in the product. In this approach, we combine
finite-element analysis of the solidification heat-transfer process with design sensitivity analysis and numerical optimization
to systematically improve the casting design. Methods are presented for performing the sensitivity analysis, including the
sensitivity of important solidification parameters such as freezing time, temperature gradient, and cooling rate. We also
present methods for performing Newton-Raphson iteration for solidification models that use the boundary-curvature method to
represent the sand mold. Finally, the methods are applied to design risers for an L-shaped steel plate to control microporosity
and for a steel hammer to control macroporosity. It is demonstrated that the size of a conventionally designed riser can be
reduced by a significant amount while retaining the quality of the cast product.

AbstractAn experimental HSLA steel was produced by the electric arc furnace, vacuum degassing, ladle treatment and continuous casting route. The experimental steel was then rolled in a laboratory using a hot rolling schedule to simulate an industrial controlled hot rolling procedure for the production of plates as closely as possible to investigate the effect of a thermomechanical processing schedule plus the use of water quench, accelerated cooling followed by forced nitrogen gas or air as cooling media, on the mechanical properties of plates. The results showed that the controlled thermomechanical hot rolling schedule of slabs followed by the cooling of plates in either forced nitrogen gas or by accelerated cooling exhibited target properties equivalent to a steel grade API X-80. 相似文献
