一种采煤机新型喷雾降尘装置的设计及应用分析

针对当前采煤机喷雾降尘装置存在喷嘴易堵塞,喷雾效果差,降尘效率低已不能很好地满足综采工作面快速降尘需求的不足,设计了一种新型采煤机喷雾降尘装置,介绍了新装置的结构及具体工作原理,分析了新装置主要喷雾降尘参数对降尘效果的影响,并分析了喷雾降尘效果。应用结果表明：应用该新型喷雾降尘装置后,综采工作面降尘效果比之前提升了62.74%,且该新型降尘装置制作成本低、安全稳定性高,具有一定的推广应用价值。     

矿井综采工作面喷雾降尘装置的设计及应用分析

针对晋能控股煤业集团某矿31016工作面粉尘浓度大,采用普通喷雾降尘装置不能及时高效地降低工作面粉尘的问题,设计出一种新型喷雾降尘装置。该装置主要是通过让液压支架风力负压喷雾降尘与采煤机湿式喷雾降尘相结合来有效降低工作面粉尘。经数值模拟分析与进行现场试验,应用该种降尘方式能有效扩大喷雾范围与喷雾浓度,可显著降低工作面粉尘浓度,工作面粉尘平均降尘率可达到85%,达到了较好的降尘效果。     

采煤机喷雾降尘装置的应用研究

针对目前采煤机喷雾降尘装置降尘效率低、易堵塞,无法满足井下综采作业时快速降尘需求的现状,提出了一种新的采煤机喷雾降尘装置,对该装置的负压二次降尘系统结构和参数设置进行的分析.根据实际应用表明应用该降尘装置后,降尘效果提升了50％以上,而且改造成本低、可靠性高.     

采煤机降尘装置的设计研究

通过对采煤机产尘机理及静压除尘原理的分析,结合长期综采面采煤机降尘经验,提出了一种新的采煤机降尘方法,并对该方案进行了论述,依旧该方案对其降尘效果进行了实际验证。验证结果表明在采用该采煤机降尘装置后能够将降尘点空气中全尘和吸尘的质量浓度降低85%以上,具有非常理想的降尘效果。     

采煤机尘源跟踪高压喷雾降尘技术及装备的分析与应用

针对当前采煤机在降尘过程中存在的问题,在对综放工作面粉尘产生特征进行分析的基础上提出了采煤机尘源跟踪高压喷雾降尘技术及装备的应用方案,对该高压喷雾降尘系统的基本原理、组成及其特点进行了分析,将该系统应用在店上煤业工作面的开采中进行了现场实测,实践结果表明系统可以有效地降低采煤机割煤时的粉尘浓度,解决工作面粉尘污染问题。     

采煤机截割部喷雾降尘装置的设计与分析

为解决采煤机截割部喷雾降尘装置现存的自动化程度偏低、喷雾状态较单一等问题,基于采煤机截割部喷雾降尘装置现存的不足,以PLC控制器作为控制核心,借助压力传感器监测控制水管压力,并通过增设点喷状态以及全喷状态,来提高喷雾降尘效果.经实际应用结果表明,改进后的喷雾降尘装置应用效果良好,可显著降低采煤工作面各作业点粉尘浓度.     

综采工作面采煤降尘系统应用分析

综采工作面在回采期间存在粉尘浓度大、能见度低等技术难题,山西煤炭进出口集团左云长春兴煤业有限公司综采队通过技术研究,为采煤机、液压支架安装了一套自动喷雾降尘系统。通过在303工作面实际应用效果来看,采用自动喷雾降尘系统降尘后工作面粉尘质量浓度由原来的270 mg/m~3降低为40 mg/m~3,降尘效率达75%以上,取得了显著的应用成效。     

采煤机外喷雾增压装置的设计研究

当前官地矿主要是采用DY-150型采煤机,在实践工作过程中其摇臂上的外喷雾装置喷嘴系统常被粉尘堵塞,造成降尘系统无法正常工作。基于外喷雾装置喷嘴系统的堵塞问题,设计了一种内置式喷雾增压装置。在该装置的设计中采用的双联齿轮泵可以实现摇臂喷嘴的高压喷雾,有效解决了摇臂外喷雾装置喷嘴被煤尘堵塞的问题,实践应用效果良好。     

采煤机外置式高压喷雾自动降尘装置的设计与应用

针对屯兰矿DY-150型采煤机摇臂上的外喷雾装置喷嘴系统常被粉尘堵塞的问题,设计了一种外置式高压喷雾自动降尘装置。该装置利用高压水泵将水加压,经高压管路送至半圆型高压喷雾器上的喷嘴喷出雾化,高压水雾化后形成半圆形高压水墙包裹在采煤机的两个滚筒上方,从而有效阻止了煤尘的飞扬,使割煤工序和司机位粉尘浓度大幅降低。装置被安装在DY-150型采煤机上,在8502工作面的实践中降尘效果理想。     

一种采煤机滚筒用可旋转喷嘴的分析与应用

针对云冈矿MG2100/455-BWD型采煤机滚筒喷雾系统喷嘴在实践应用中存在的问题,经优化改造设计了一种新型可旋转喷嘴,对该新型可旋转喷嘴的结构、特征和实施过程进行了分析,并进行了实践应用效果研究.装置实践应用效果理想,有效提高了喷雾系统压力,达到良好的降尘效果.

A model of axisymmetric formation of a flange from a flat blank with a hole by expanding by a hard punch with a fixed flat flange is given, taking into consideration contact friction, change of wall thickness, strengthening of material, and the tool bending radius. Collision between a ring and a beam

With car–parapet collision accidents in mind, a normal collision between a free-flying half ring and a simply supported beam with/without axial constraints is studied, in which an elastic–plastic half ring with an attached mass and the elastic–plastic beam are taken as the simplest models of a car and a parapet, respectively. Particular attention is paid to the energy partitioning between the two structures and the evolution of the contact regions during collision. A mass–spring finite difference (MS–FD) model is employed whilst the large deflection and axial stretching/compression are incorporated. The numerical results show that the less stiff (i.e. softer) structure will dissipate more energy and the contact regions will move away from the initial contact points. With the increase of the relative thickness of the beam to the ring, the final deformation of the half ring will transform from a “U” shape to a “W” shape.     

Estimation of a Bottom Echo-Signal Level Reflected from a Plane Surface of a Cylindrical Article Using a Normal Probe Operating in a Pulsed Mode

The influence of the pulsed operating mode on a bottom echo-signal level reflected from a plane surface of a cylindrical article is studied during variations in the article's radius. It is shown that the pulsed character of a signal smoothens this function significantly as compared to that in the previously computed continuous mode. Numerical estimates of the bottom echo signal have been made for the ultrasonic inspection of wheel-pair axles of railway vehicles.

蛇形机器人是一种高冗余度的机器人,由于其结构可变形,能够通过松软地面以及跨越(或避开)障碍物,能代替人完成某些危险场所如核电厂等维修及城市搜救.本文提出了一种类正弦波形的八关节三动杆蛇形机器人结构,做了运动模拟并给出了结论,该蛇形机器人的研制成功为设计相关类型的机器人提供了参考.     

Solving a new mathematical model for a hybrid flow shop scheduling problem with a processor assignment by a genetic algorithm

This paper presents a new mathematical model for a hybrid flow shop scheduling problem with a processor assignment that minimizes makespan (i.e., C _max) and cost of assigning a number of processors to stages. In this problem, it is assumed that there are a number of parallel identical processors which are assigned to all of the stages with an unlimited intermediate storage between any two successive stages. To solve such a hard problem, first a new heuristic algorithm is proposed to compute the makespan that is embedded in the proposed genetic algorithm in order to find the best sequence of jobs, and then processors are assigned to the stages simultaneously. A number of test problems have been solved and related results are illustrated and analyzed.     

On the problem of a longitudinal impact on a bar supported with a plate

The wave processes that evolve in a plate-supported bar hit with a hard striker with a yielding spherical impact surface are considered. The linearized Hertz contact characteristics are used to derive analytical solutions describing the wave processes that may be conveniently applied for engineering calculations. The reliability of the results obtained with the proposed models is confirmed by experimental data.
