凹版印刷机自动套色系统中预对版的实现   总被引:6,自引:5,他引:1  
针对凹版印刷机的工作特点,在采用多片80C196KC单片机与一台PC机实现的自动套色系统中,该文在不增加新设备的前提下提出了一种微机实现预对版功能的方法,避免了人工预对版中繁琐和误差大的缺点。在实际应用中证明,该功能不仅提高了凹版印刷机预对版的准确度,而且大大减少预对版过程中纸张、油墨及工时的浪费,带来较大的效益。进一步提高了国内凹版印刷机套色系统的自动化程度。  相似文献

本文旨在探索中国促进绿色制造技术扩散的治理模式和政策工具,探讨完善节能治理模式的新方向。首先,通过文献综述揭示绿色制造技术扩散的障碍,并以全国电机能效提升计划为例,总结各地方政府推广绿色技术的典型政策和措施。采用案例研究方法,分析东莞市针对万台注塑机电机节能改造所面临的困难而采取组合政策和措施,特别是为推动合同能源管理而创新的金融模式。最后,分析了新模式克服绿色技术扩散障碍,达到示范推广效果。其政策体系和新模式将有助于促进战略性新兴产业中节能环保产业的发展。  相似文献

目的为了解决绿色包装设计的评价问题,以及科学实现包装"绿色度"的判定。方法介绍绿色包装设计的内涵,并确定相应的评价指标。基于模糊综合评价模型提出一种绿色包装设计评价方法,详细论述因素集、评价集、权重集、隶属度函数的确定方法。通过实例说明具体评价过程。结果算例结果表明,所述评价方法计算过程较简单、区分度较高、评价结果准确。结论该方法可提高绿色包装设计评价的准确性,有利于改善包装设计环保性能。  相似文献

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) started gaining attention due to its wide application in the fields of data collection and information processing. The recent advancements in multimedia sensors demand the Quality of Service (QoS) be maintained up to certain standards. The restrictions and requirements in QoS management completely depend upon the nature of target application. Some of the major QoS parameters in WSN are energy efficiency, network lifetime, delay and throughput. In this scenario, clustering and routing are considered as the most effective techniques to meet the demands of QoS. Since they are treated as NP (Non-deterministic Polynomial-time) hard problem, Swarm Intelligence (SI) techniques can be implemented. The current research work introduces a new QoS aware Clustering and Routing-based technique using Swarm Intelligence (QoSCRSI) algorithm. The proposed QoSCRSI technique performs two-level clustering and proficient routing. Initially, the fuzzy is hybridized with Glowworm Swarm Optimization (GSO)-based clustering (HFGSOC) technique for optimal selection of Cluster Heads (CHs). Here, Quantum Salp Swarm optimization Algorithm (QSSA)-based routing technique (QSSAR) is utilized to select the possible routes in the network. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed QoSCRSI technique, the authors conducted extensive simulation analysis with varying node counts. The experimental outcomes, obtained from the proposed QoSCRSI technique, apparently proved that the technique is better compared to other state-of-the-art techniques in terms of energy efficiency, network lifetime, overhead, throughput, and delay.  相似文献

In post disaster scenarios such as war zones floods and earthquakes, the cellular communication infrastructure can be lost or severely damaged. In such emergency situations, remaining in contact with other rescue response teams in order to provide inputs for both headquarters and disaster survivors becomes very necessary. Therefore, in this research work, a design, implementation and evaluation of energy aware rapidly deployable system named EA-RDSP is proposed. The proposed research work assists the early rescue workers and victims to transmit their location information towards the remotely located servers. In EA-RDSP, two algorithms are proposed i.e., Hop count Assignment (HCA) algorithm and Maximum Neighbor Selection (MNS) algorithm. The EA-RDSP contains three types of nodes; the client node sends information about casualty in the disaster area to the server, the relay nodes transmit this information from client node to server nodes via multi-hop transmission, the server node receives messages sent by client node to alert rescue teams. The EAM-RDSP contains three types of nodes; the client node sends information about casualty in the disaster area to the server, the relay nodes transmit this information from client node to server nodes via multi-hop transmission, the server node receives messages sent by client node to alert rescue teams. The proposed EA-RDSP scheme is simulated using NS-2 simulator and its performance is compared with existing scheme in terms of end-to-end delay, message delivery ratio, network overhead and energy consumption.  相似文献

With technological advancements in 6G and Internet of Things (IoT), the incorporation of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and cellular networks has become a hot research topic. At present, the proficient evolution of 6G networks allows the UAVs to offer cost-effective and timely solutions for real-time applications such as medicine, tracking, surveillance, etc. Energy efficiency, data collection, and route planning are crucial processes to improve the network communication. These processes are highly difficult owing to high mobility, presence of non-stationary links, dynamic topology, and energy-restricted UAVs. With this motivation, the current research paper presents a novel Energy Aware Data Collection with Routing Planning for 6G-enabled UAV communication (EADCRP-6G) technique. The goal of the proposed EADCRP-6G technique is to conduct energy-efficient cluster-based data collection and optimal route planning for 6G-enabled UAV networks. EADCRP-6G technique deploys Improved Red Deer Algorithm-based Clustering (IRDAC) technique to elect an optimal set of Cluster Heads (CH) and organize these clusters. Besides, Artificial Fish Swarm-based Route Planning (AFSRP) technique is applied to choose an optimum set of routes for UAV communication in 6G networks. In order to validated whether the proposed EADCRP-6G technique enhances the performance, a series of simulations was performed and the outcomes were investigated under different dimensions. The experimental results showcase that the proposed model outperformed all other existing models under different evaluation parameters.  相似文献

Organic–inorganic hybrid perovskites have attracted considerable attention due to their superior optoelectronic properties. Traditional one-step solution-processed perovskites often suffer from defects-induced nonradiative recombination, which significantly hinders the improvement of device performance. Herein, treatment with green antisolvents for achieving high-quality perovskite films is reported. Compared to defects-filled ones, perovskite films by antisolvent treatment using methylamine bromide (MABr) in ethanol (MABr-Eth) not only enhances the resultant perovskite crystallinity with large grain size, but also passivates the surface defects. In this case, the engineering of MABr-Eth-treated perovskites suppressing defects-induced nonradiative recombination in perovskite solar cells (PSCs) is demonstrated. As a result, the fabricated inverted planar heterojunction device of ITO/PTAA/Cs0.15FA0.85PbI3/PC61BM/Phen-NADPO/Ag exhibits the best power conversion efficiency of 21.53%. Furthermore, the corresponding PSCs possess a better storage and light-soaking stability.  相似文献

In this paper, maximizing energy efficiency (EE) through radio resource allocation for renewable energy powered heterogeneous cellular networks (HetNet) with energy sharing, is investigated. Our goal is to maximize the network EE, conquer the instability of renewable energy sources and guarantee the fairness of users during allocating resources. We define the objective function as a sum weighted EE of all links in the HetNet. We formulate the resource allocation problem in terms of subcarrier assignment, power allocation and energy sharing, as a mixed combinatorial and non-convex optimization problem. We propose an energy efficient resource allocation scheme, including a centralized resource allocation algorithm for iterative subcarrier allocation and power allocation in which the power allocation problem is solved by analytically solving the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) conditions of the problem and a water-filling problem thereafter and a low-complexity distributed resource allocation algorithm based on reinforcement learning (RL). Our numerical results show that both centralized and distributed algorithms converge with a few times of iterations. The numerical results also show that our proposed centralized and distributed resource allocation algorithms outperform the existing reference algorithms in terms of the network EE.  相似文献

During the last two decades, mobile communication systems (such as GSM, GPRS and 3G networks), wireless broadcasting networks, wireless local area networks (WLAN or WiFi), and wireless sensor networks have been successfully developed and widely deployed through different technological routes for providing a variety of communication services in different application scenarios. While making tremendous contributions to social progress and economic growth, these heterogeneous wireless networks consume a lot of energy in achieving overlapped service coverage, and at the same time, generate strong electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radiation pollution, especially in big cities with high building density and user population. In order to guarantee the overall return on investment (ROI), improve user experience and quality of service (QoS), save energy, reduce EMI and radiation pollution, and enable the sustainable deployment of new profitable applications and services, this paper proposes a cross-network cooperation mechanism to effectively share network resources and infrastructures, and then adaptively control and match multi-network energy distribution characteristics according to actual user/service requirements in different geographic areas. Some idle or lightly-loaded Base Stations (BS or BSs) will be temporally turned off for saving energy and reducing EMI. Initial simulation results show the proposed approach can significantly improve the overall energy efficiency and QoS performance across multiple cooperative wireless networks.  相似文献
