CCD的Binning技术在光信号测量中的应用研究

为了降低CCD噪声,提高信噪比,根据噪声的特性,提出用CCD的Binning技术用于噪声的抑制。理论上推导了水平Binning和垂直Binning两种情况下信噪比提高的公式。利用MATLAB语言编程对垂直Binning的几种情况进行仿真,仿真结果表明,Binning可以有效提高信噪比,信噪比提高的理论值和计算值基本相符,对Binning可能带来的电荷饱和也进行了讨论。     

LGA775连接器装配线的平衡研究

采用了工业工程的ERCS的方法对现有的流程进行了分析和改进,通过对流程以及工位的调整,改善了装配线的平衡状况.同时对装配线的布置运用了定量计算的分析方法,对装配线的布置进行了改进,减少了物料的搬运数量.在作业方法和流程分析中,结合了CELL的相关方法,将支流程以CELL的相关方法进行了改进,提高了生产的效率.在装配线平衡方面,首先采用了提高关键工位生产能力的方法,将IE的平衡方法与传统的机械设计的相关理论结合,通过凸轮时间顺序,凸轮的设计要求的研究,提高了设备的生产能力,同时也提高了装配线的平衡.

对翻车机超高侵界部件对输煤系统的影响、翻车机超高部件的不同结构和功用进行分析，通过不同的改造方案解决了翻车机超高部件侵界问题，实现了翻车机的正常翻卸功能。减轻了工作人员的劳动强度，提高了设备可靠性。     

Recent Advances in Trace Explosives Detection Instrumentation

There has been a huge increase in instrument development for trace detection of explosives in the past 3 years. This is especially true for methods that can be used at a stand off distance, driven by the frightening increase in the use of improvised explosive devices in both suicide and road side bombings. This review attempts to outline and enumerate these recent developments, with details about the improvements made as well as where further improvements might come.

对起重机箱形梁设计技术规范的一些看法

在现行的技术规范中忽略了一个在大车运行时限制最大瞬时水平方向变形值的条件，尤其是在起重机制动过程中，而主梁的水平刚性非常重要。某热轧厂钢卷仓库内的2台35t、80m/min的钢卷搬运起重机，原来每个月至少要更换2次车轮，在改进了主梁水平刚性后的15个月内，车轮没有再更换过，收到了令人惊奇的效果。     

A Synergistic Framework for Evaluating Business Process Improvements

The evaluation, selection, or justification of business process improvements, or business process reengineering efforts, is similar to many strategic initiatives and their justification methodologies. This similarity arises from the fact that there are multiple factors that need to be considered, many of which have long-term and broad implications for an organization. There are many intangible measures and qualitative concerns when evaluating business process improvements. These improvements necessarily have to link to the strategic objectives of the organization. The proposed methodological framework will involve the synthesis of the analytical network process and data envelopment analysis. These two techniques, when used together, can provide subjective and objective evaluations for managerial decision makers. An illustrative example provides some insights into the application of this methodology. Additional issues and research questions are also identified.     

分装流水线结构设计和作业研究

通过对某企业装配车间生产过程的分析,给出了一种新的分装流水线设计和实现方法。研究了生产车间的作业状况,分析了流水线作业的特点,并提出了合理的改进方案。对比分析了采用分装流水线作业前后的工序编制效率和生产效益,给出了改善生产过程中流水线作业不足的方法。该分装流水线方案已在实际生产应用中得到验证。     

Ultra-high vacuum compatible image furnace

We report the design of an optical floating-zone furnace for single-crystal growth under ultra-high vacuum (UHV) compatible conditions. The system is based on a commercial image furnace, which has been refurbished to be all-metal sealed. Major changes concern the use of UHV rotary feedthroughs and bespoke quartz-metal seals with metal-O-rings at the lamp stage. As a consequence, the procedure of assembling the furnace for crystal growth is changed completely. Bespoke heating jackets permit to bake the system. For compounds with elevated vapor pressures, the ultra-high vacuum serves as a precondition for the use of a high-purity argon atmosphere up to 10 bar. In the ferromagnetic Heusler compound Cu(2)MnAl, the improvements of purity result in an improved stability of the molten zone, grain selection, and, hence, single-crystal growth. Similar improvements are observed in traveling-solvent floating-zone growth of the antiferromagnetic Heusler compound Mn(3)Si. These improvements underscore the great potential of optical float-zoning for the growth of high-purity single crystals of intermetallic compounds.     

门式启闭机抓梁电缆卷筒的改造

三峡大坝坝顶门式启闭机起升机构的最大扬程达到150m，门机抓梁随行电缆重量达到350kg，如此高的扬程和电缆重量，使目前所选电缆卷筒不堪重负，屡次拉断电缆。采用变频技术对传统方案实施改进，通过张力或力矩检测调节卷筒运行速度，达到与起升机构精确同步，释放电缆方式由被动变主动，可以基本克服电缆被拉断的缺陷。     

Advances in tribology: the materials point of view

The application of advanced materials in various areas of contemporary technology can lead to improvements in the function, quality and performance of engineering components and systems. In this paper, an overview of the developments in high performance materials, both organic and inorganic based, is given. This includes thin hard coatings because of their increasing importance in tribological improvements. For these types of materials the requirements for tribo-engineering applications are analysed. Research results from BAM concerning ceramics and ceramic composites, polymers and polymer composites as well as hard coatings illustrate the friction and wear behaviour of these materials and their potential for tribo-engineering applications.     

Integrated management of a bishuttle FMS using a discrete/ stochastic simulator

This paper provides a demonstration of the culmination of research which has been undertaken by the authors for a period of nearly 20 years. Specifically, the work presented here has been carried out in collaboration with Mandelli SpA, one of the leaders in FMS production in Italy. The paper ooutlines the complete use of an off-line FMS simulator originally realized in Fortran 77 and implemented on an IBM PS/2-80. The FMS simulation examines the system's efficiency both prior to and following improvements made in scheduling and managing mannedand unmanned working shifts, resulting in great improvements in system utilization.     

Fault diagnosis in gears operating under non-stationary rotational speed using polar wavelet amplitude maps

This paper will attempt to analyse the effectiveness of the Continuous Wavelet Transform in vibro-acoustical diagnostics of gearboxes operating under non-stationary rotational speed. For this, a simple PC-software program for signal processing and extraction of diagnostic features was developed and tested. The objective of the program test is fault-detection, localisation, and assessment at helical spur gears. This includes improvements of the visual estimation of the WT-plots, especially by the task-specific balance of time- and frequency-resolution and by the display of the wavelet amplitude versus the rotational angle in polar coordinates. The following examples demonstrate the improvements in the detection of gear faults.
