钎料的性能很大程度上决定了钎焊接头的质量和钎料的应用范畴.银基钎料作为一类非常重要的硬钎焊材料,其填缝能力优异,强度与黄铜、低碳钢接近,可钎焊除铝、镁合金等轻金属之外的所有金属材料.因此,银基钎料广泛应用于航空航天、超硬工具等制造领域,并且受到国内外钎焊界学者们的高度关注.然而,银基钎料的发展及应用过程中仍存在以下问题:第一,钎料中贵金属银含量偏高(一般高于45%),导致钎料使用成本高;第二,银基钎料挤压、轧制、拉拔等加工过程中不可避免地存在夹杂物,影响钎料的使用性能和连接质量;第三,有益金属或合金调控钎料及其连接性能的机制较为复杂,尚未完全研究清楚;第四,传统制备银基钎料的方法产能低下;第五,银基钎料在制造业领域的应用研究尚未见系统报道.国内外对于银基钎料钎焊性能及工程应用方面的研究主要集中于:(1)开发多种节银降银钎料,主要是有益元素调控银基钎料连接性能方面的研究;(2)改进钎料的传统加工方法,提出新的制造方法,如粉末电磁压制成形、钎焊过程中原位合成、快速凝固、镀覆扩散组合等;(3)研究杂质元素(C、Ca、S、Al、Fe、Bi、Pb、O、N 等)的影响;(4)银基钎料形态创新研究,如三明治复合钎料(中间为铜合金、两边为银钎料)、箔带钎料、镀锡银钎料等;(5)工程应用研究,银基钎料在航空航天、汽车制造、电力能源等工业领域起着不可替代的作用,但目前国内外仍缺乏系统阐述该方面研究的报道.因此,本文对近20年国内外有关银基钎料的研究报道进行了评述,重点讨论了合金元素对银基钎料性能的影响.首先对银基钎料研究现状进行详述,总结了Cu、Zn、Sn、Ga、In、Ni、Mn、Cd、Li、Ce、La、P、Si、Pr在银基钎料中的优缺点,归纳了杂质元素C、S、O、N、Ca、Al、Fe、Pb、Bi的恶化作用.其次对银基钎料在航空航天、汽车制造、电力能源、超硬工具、家用电器、眼镜行业等制造业中的应用研究进行详细介绍.最后提出银基钎料研究和应用中的不足,为银基钎料的深入系统研究及相关技术发展提供理论指导.  相似文献

We propose a method for the analysis of solubility of metals in fusible melts and evaluate the solubility of Fe, Cr, Ni, Co, Ti, Nb, Mo, V, Cu, Pt, Au, Pd, and Ag in melts of Bi, Pb, Na, Al, and Sn in the approximation of ideal solutions. The results of investigation of the influence of the mechanical, thermal, structural, catalytic, and regenerative characteristics of granular oxide catalysts on the efficiency of decontamination of volatile organic substances in the catalyst unit and of the filtration rate, amount, and concentration of dust, the size of filter particles, the direction and intensity of a magnetic field, and other parameters on the behavior of the particles, the structure, the porosity, the resistance, the optimum fluidization rates, and the efficiency of collection of dust in magnetofluidization of magnetic particles have been given. A facile method was used to prepare polydopamine (PDA) nanoparticles. The effect of the initial pH of the dopamine solution on the formation kinetics, chemical structure, and biocompatibility of PDA nanoparticles was evaluated. Additionally, camptothecin (CPT) was chosen as a model anti-cancer drug with which to evaluate the efficiency of drug loading and release behavior of PDA nanoparticles. The results indicated that the size and yield of PDA nanoparticles, consisting of quinoid and indoline species, were closely related to the pH value of the precursor solution. At a reaction time of 6 h, the uniform particle sizes of PDA nanoparticles were ~400, 250, 150, and 75 nm in solutions with initial pH values of 7.5, 8, 8.5, and 9, respectively, and with corresponding yields of 3, 7, 20, and 34 %. The amounts of CPT loaded in 1 mg of PDA nanoparticles synthesized at pH values of 7.5, 8, 8.5, and 9 for 6 h were 10.85, 11.81, 10.17, and 6.19 μg, respectively. After the first day, 19, 20, 25, and 36 % of the CPT was released from PDA nanoparticles synthesized at pH values of 7.5, 8, 8.5, and 9, respectively, depending on the particle size. The PDA nanoparticles had excellent haemocompatibility: there was no apparent hemolysis, and they did not cause acute toxicity in A549 and HeLa cells. The loading of CPT into PDA nanoparticles significantly reduced the viability of A549 and HeLa cells, comparable to free CPT. It can be concluded that the PDA nanoparticles prepared by our facile method are potential carriers of anticancer drugs for cancer therapy.  相似文献

A study was made of the scattering of radiation by polydispersed drops of sulfuric acid, with gamma and log-normal distributions of the drops according to size. In recent years, the use of flax fibres as reinforcement in composites has gained popularity due to an increasing requirement for developing sustainable materials. Flax fibres are cost-effective and offer specific mechanical properties comparable to those of glass fibres. Composites made of flax fibres with thermoplastic, thermoset, and biodegradable matrices have exhibited good mechanical properties. This review presents a summary of recent developments of flax fibre and its composites. Firstly, the fibre structure, mechanical properties, cost, the effect of various parameters (i.e. relative humidity, various physical/chemical treatments, gauge length, fibre diameter, fibre location in a stem, oleaginous, mechanical defects such as kink bands) on tensile properties of flax fibre have been reviewed. Secondly, the effect of fibre configuration (i.e. in forms of fabric, mat, yarn, roving and monofilament), manufacturing processes, fibre volume, and fibre/matrix interface parameters on the mechanical properties of flax fibre reinforced composites have been reviewed. Next, the studies of life cycle assessment and durability investigation of flax fibre reinforced composites have been reviewed.  相似文献

In 1985, the CODATA Bulletin published a Report of its Task Group on Thermophysical Properties of Solids which analyzed available data on, and gave recommended values for, the heat capacity of Cu, Fe, W, and Al2O3, the thermal expansion of Cu, Si, W, and Al2O3, the electrical resistivity of Cu, Fe, Pt, and W, the thermal conductivity of Al, Cu, Fe, and W, and the absolute thermopower of Pb, Cu, Pt, and W. The analysts for the different properties were R. B. Castanet, S. J. Collocott, P. D. Desai, C. Y. Ho, J. G. Hust, R. B. Roberts, C. A. Swenson, and G. K. White. The present paper is an updated version of the earlier report and includes more recent data which change some of the recommended values. notably the heat capacity of Cu and W and the thermal expansion of Si and W.  相似文献

We propose the optimum modes for the formation of diffusion boride coatings on steels of various classes from liquid-metal melts. The microstructure and physical properties of boronized steels 20, 30, 45, R18, DI22, and U10 are analyzed. The advantages of boronizing from lithium-based melts, which enables one to combine the process of deposition with heat treatment, over the familiar methods of creation of a coating from powder mixtures are established. A composite criterion of a force system reaching the limiting state based on life has been obtained, an equation for calculation of the life of a system under conditions of force, frictional, and thermal actions is proposed, composite indices of forward and reverse effects are found, partial equations of the curves of thermal force and thermal friction fatigue are derived, a concept of the energy measures of damage, partial and also composite, is given, and a composite parameter for analysis of the mechanism of damage is determined. It is shown that the basic solutions satisfactorily agree with the experimental results. The reverse effect, which consists of intensification of the wear processes of both elements of the system even if cyclic stresses are excited in only one of them, is described and analyzed. We consider a plane problem of linear piezoelectroelasticity for a composite material in the form of a finite periodic system of strips. The procedure of homogenization (averaging) of this medium is performed by using the methods of nonstandard analysis. In particular, we construct a system of differential balance equations for macroscopic displacements, macroscopic electric potential, and kinematic and electric microlocal parameters. Results of an investigation of heat transfer in reaction tubes of furnaces for the pyrolysis and conversion of hydrocarbons are presented. Mathematical models of a furnace are developed, and generalized relationships between the diameter of the reaction coil, its length, the pyrogas temperature, and the time of contact are obtained. 为了提高大豆蛋白/聚乙烯醇复合薄膜的综合性能,以薄膜的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、透光率、吸水率为主要评价指标,通过引入隶属度函数综合评价薄膜性能,研究了谷氨酰胺转氨酶TG-B对大豆蛋白/聚乙烯醇复合薄膜性能的影响.试验结果表明:TG-B的添加质量分数、反应pH、成膜温度对薄膜性能的影响较大,当TG-B的添加质量分数为1.0%,反应pH值为6.0,成膜温度为50 ℃时,大豆蛋白/聚乙烯醇复合薄膜的综合性能最优;在此条件下,薄膜的抗张强度、断裂伸长率、透光率和吸水率分别为8.26 MPa, 53.80%,16.23%和67.76%,与未添加TG-B的空白对照相比,其抗张强度、断裂伸长率、透光率分别提高了75.4%,162.9%,27.2%,吸水率降低了25.6%.  相似文献

Long-term leaching of Ca, Fe, Mg, K, Na, S, Al, As, Ba, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Hg, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn, Mo, Sb, Si, Sn, Sr, Ti, V, P, Cl, and dissolved organic carbon from two different municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) air-pollution-control residues was monitored during 24 months of column percolation experiments; liquid-to-solid (L/S) ratios of 200-250L/kg corresponding to more than 10,000 years in a conventional landfill were reached. Less than 2% of the initially present As, Cu, Pb, Zn, Cr, and Sb had leached during the course of the experiments. Concentrations of Cd, Fe, Mg, Hg, Mn, Ni, Co, Sn, Ti, and P were generally bellow 1microg/L; overall less than 1% of their mass leached. Column leaching data were further used in a two-step geochemical modeling in PHREEQC in order to (i) identify solubility controlling minerals and (ii) evaluate their interactions in a water-percolated column system over L/S of 250L/kg. Adequate predictions of pH, alkalinity, and the leaching of Ca, S, Al, Si, Ba, and Zn were obtained in a simultaneous calculation. Also, it was suggested that removal of Ca and S together with depletion of several minerals apparently caused dissolution of ettringite-like phases. In turn, significant increase in leaching of oxyanions (especially Sb and Cr) was observed at late stage of leaching experiments.  相似文献

The maximum attainable temperature of superheating and the critical temperature of cesium, rubidium, and potassium are correlated using the generalized van der Waals equation of state. This study shows that the maximum attainable temperatures of superheating for liquid cesium, rubidium, and potassium are 1722, 1802, and 2039 K, respectively. The results of the determination of the maximum attainable temperatures of superheating of liquid cesium, rubidium, and potassium are in agreement with experimental data. The given study establishes that liquid cesium, rubidium, and potassium can be superheated up to temperatures of about 200 K below their critical temperatures of 1924, 2017, and 2280 K, respectively. Moreover, cesium, rubidium, and potassium have been found to obey the single-parameter law of corresponding states, with the maximum attainable reduced temperature of superheating as the thermodynamic similarity parameter.  相似文献

为了研究RDX和HMX在机械刺激下的临界反应阈值以及丙酮重结晶工艺对它们的影响,采用BAM撞击感度仪和摩擦感度仪测试了不同温度条件下的临界撞击能量和临界摩擦力。结果显示,80、60、40 ℃和25 ℃下,RDX的临界撞击能量分别为5.0、7.5、7.5、7.5 J,HMX的分别为4.0、4.0、5.0、5.0 J;RDX的临界摩擦力分别为120、120、128、144 N,HMX的分别为108、108、108、120 N。丙酮重结晶后,RDX在25 ℃的临界撞击能量和临界摩擦力分别为5.0 J、128 N;HMX在80、60、40 ℃和25 ℃下的临界撞击能量均为7.5 J,临界摩擦力分别为108、108、120、128 N。撞击感度和摩擦感度的结果表明:在25~80 ℃范围内,RDX和HMX的机械感度随着温度的提高呈下降趋势,重结晶工艺对RDX和HMX的机械感度存在着一定的影响。  相似文献

Research on glass nanocomposites (GNCs) has been very active in the past decades. GNCs have attracted — and still do — great interest in the fields of optoelectronics, photonics, sensing, electrochemistry, catalysis, biomedicine, and art. In this review, the potential applications of GNCs in these fields are briefly described to show the reader the possibilities of these materials. The most important synthesis methods of GNCs (melt-quenching, sol-gel, ion implantation, ion-exchange, staining process, spark plasma sintering, radio frequency sputtering, spray pyrolysis, and chemical vapor deposition techniques) are extensively explained. The major aim of this review is to systematize our knowledge about the synthesis of GNCs and to explore the mechanisms of formation and growth of NPs within glass matrices. The size-controlled preparation of NPs within glass matrices, which remains a challenge, is essential for advanced applications. Therefore, a thorough understanding of GNC synthesis techniques is expected to facilitate the preparation of innovative GNCs.  相似文献

On the basis of aspects of thermodynamics and methods of the theory of dimensions in relative form for solids, relations have been obtained linking the change of the functions of state, i.e., enthalpy and relative volume, with the heat of melting and the work of fracture in single loading.
