The authors describe the SECS message service (SMS), a bidirectional protocol that can be used to transfer SECS formatted messages over an ISO-compatible network. SECS is the current protocol standard for communications in the semiconductor manufacturing manufacturing environment. SMS represents a first effort that provides for the migration of communication methodologies in the semiconductor manufacturing environment into the ISO arena. SMS incorporates desirable features of the SECS protocol into an OSI application layer environment, thus achieving advantages of both environments. The SMS protocol provides four services to the end user: MESSAGE provides for the transfer of SECS formatted messages, CONNECT provides for the establishment of virtual circuit connections between applications in a SMS ISO environment, DISCONNECT provides for the graceful ending of such operations in which no data are lost, and ABORT provides for the abrupt termination of such connections in which data may be lost. 多媒体消息业务(MMS,multimedia messaging service)作为一种新的移动数据业务已经得到了大规模的应用,在移动智能网上也可以支持这种业务。ITU-T、ETSI对移动智能网支持MMS并无相应的规范,目前国内计划采用的是SCP(service control point)与MMSC(multimedia messaging service center)互联的解决方案。本文在对此方案做详细分析的同时,提出了基于CAMEL(customized application for mobile enhanced logic)的MMS体系结构,并对此进行了深入的探讨。在此基础上,分析计算了智能多媒体消息业务对SCP及信令链路造成的影响。 相似文献

The MAPCON (MAP configuration) system is a knowledge-based tool used to configure MAP (manufacturing automation protocol) version 2.1 networks. Configuration management deals with determining the characteristics of the network and setting the parameters of the devices attached to the network in such a way as to make the network operational. MAPCON performs static configuration and can be used for reconfiguration purposes in an offline mode. MAPCON does not interface to the network and hence does not interact with the operational network. The parameters that are considered are the ones required for MAP 2.1 networks. The rules for identifying values of these parameters are developed and implemented. The MAPCON expert system was built entirely in Knowledge Craft, a language and development environment for building expert systems on the TI Explorer Lisp machine. Knowledge for the MAPCON expert system was obtained through interviews with MAP experts. This knowledge was then organized and implemented in Knowledge Craft. There is a demand for using messaging systems to transport data between wireless applications in mobile communications. As multimedia messaging service (MMS) is a promising messaging system to meet the demand, it is under enhancement in related standardization bodies to make it effective in transporting application data. The enhancement should be compatible with the existing MMS services for its smooth and safe deployment. This paper proposes a solution to make the enhancement backward compatible, so that a new MMS service of transporting application data has no impact on the existing MMS services. The solution also provides forward compatibility, so that an MMS service of transporting application data does not hinder the introduction of any application in the future, allowing instantaneous deployment of a wireless application. The standardization bodies did not define any format for data communication between a wireless application and MMS in a terminal. A common format in this regard would help mass availability of wireless applications for different purposes independent of manufacturing a mobile terminal. Based on an analysis described in this paper, eXtensible Markup Language (XML) is the suitable format for the purpose. 随着物联网技术的飞速发展,本文针对温室环境控制中的问题,设计了基于物联网温室群温湿度的监控系统。系统采用STM32为控制核心,温室环境参数通过ZigBee网络传输给上位机,上位机则通过GSM模块实现对系统的远程控制。本文设计了树型网络,同时利用LabVIEW实现了用户界面。经现场测试,系统的稳定性较高,满足了设计要求。 相似文献

Traditionally, plant floor communication systems in metal removal operations have been used for two purposes: downloading NC programs to machine tools, and data and status reporting and gathering. However, in a fully automated factory, the communication system will have to support many more functions. As a first step in such a development, we have designed a remote operator's interface to a NC milling machine, using the Manufacturing Message System. (MMS) soon to become EIA standard RS.511. MMS is planned to be part of MAP specification 3.0, providing an application layer service for plant floor communications. A new specification was released that, for the first time, "standardizes" the software and firmware infrastructure for a broad base of specialized signal processing devices used within the baseband signal/modem processing engines of an advanced wireless system. Dubbed MHAL, or modem hardware abstraction layer, this open specification facilitates the reuse of the functional software and firmware components that implement a radio's physical layer channel processing across different radio platforms. The benefits of such a specification are obvious: code reuse such as this provides significant savings in both the time to market and cost of development for subsequent radio products or upgrades to existing products. This in turn allows wireless original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to offer their customers radio technologies with new features and capabilities faster and at reduced overall cost. Even with this benefit, however, a question remains as to whether MHAL will be broadly adopted across the wireless market. 相似文献
