为了了解京津冀地区孵化器发展状况和存在的差距,本文从一般性服务、网络服务和融资服务三方面来衡量科技企业孵化器的投入水平,从孵化器总收入、毕业企业平均收入和本年毕业企业数量三方面来衡量产出水平,建立相应的指标体系,采用DEA的CCR和BCC模型对京津冀地区36家科技企业孵化器的综合效益、技术效益和规模效益进行了评价,根据SBM模型调整无效决策单元的投入产出数量.结论表明,国家应该加大对河北地区的支持;孵化器绩效的提高要防止盲目扩张,应注重孵化质量的提升.  相似文献

A technology incubator provides an important support for a technology transfer mechanism. A technology incubator bridges the incubatees to the technology provider. In our research, we propose a technology selection model for the incubatees. Incubator managers, as decision-makers, attempt to evaluate new technology for the incubatees by comparing its profit with that of the old or established technology. The technology is proposed by a technology provider, which in this case is a university. In the technology selection activity, the distance between the technology level of incubatees and transferred technology should be considered. Unfortunately, there has been no effort to formulate a technology selection model in the technology incubator that considers the technology distance and is linked to the incubatees’ profit as financial performance. We examine the impact of the technological-level and technology assimilation rate in the technology selection process in the technology incubator. We analyse the external factor of customer acceptance of new technology with a probabilistic value and technology obsolescence. Furthermore, we introduce a profit-sharing scheme to share the profit of the incubatees with the university as a technology provider. Utilising a profit-sharing scheme means sharing the risk between incubatees and the university.  相似文献

目的保温箱在空载情况下,探究不同模型对保温箱温度场模拟结果的影响。方法对现有保温箱内部温度场进行实测,与建立的保温箱有限元模型进行对比分析,验证模型可靠性,在此基础上进一步探究边界条件、辐射模型、对流模型对保温箱内温度场模拟结果的影响。结果通过验证网格无关性,得到最优流体网格尺寸为2.8mm;边界条件采用恒温固体壁面和对流换热壁面得到的温度场模拟结果最大温差为0.1 K;采用P1辐射、Rosseland、DO辐射和无辐射模型得到的模拟结果与实验结果最大温差分别为1.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.3 K;采用层流模型和湍流模型得到的模拟结果与实验结果最大温差分别为0.6 K和1.9 K。结论随着网格尺寸的减小,温度场模拟数据逐渐趋于平稳;边界条件采用恒温固体壁面和对流换热壁面得到的温度场模拟结果基本一致;对比P1, Rosseland, DO和无辐射模型,P1辐射模型得到的模拟结果与实验结果一致性较好;与湍流模型相比,层流模型得到的模拟结果与实验结果一致性较好。  相似文献

目的探讨蓄冷剂摆放位置不同时,保温箱保温过程中内部温度场的分布情况和变化规律。方法应用有限元法,以ICEMCFD建立保温箱基本模型,并通过改变模型内部蓄冷剂的摆放位置建立侧面摆放(2种)、顶部摆放和边缘摆放共4种摆放方式。将内部空气的对流换热与箱体的热传导过程统一成一个整体,通过Fluent进行热流耦合分析。结果得到了保温箱内部温度场分布一般规律,蓄冷剂摆放位置不同时温度场分布情况有很大差异,其中边缘摆差异性最大,侧摆次之,顶摆温度场分布最均匀。结论针对可利用体积、温度场均匀程度、箱内平均温度来说,顶摆方式无疑是最佳的蓄冷剂摆放位置。  相似文献

This study reviews the role of the innovation incubator and university business incubator (UBI) in supporting the entrepreneurial development in Thailand. The university business incubator (UBI) is defined in this paper as an incubator set up by the university to provide office space, equipment, mentoring services as well as other administrative supports to assist the formation of new ventures). In particular, the paper compares the operation of the university business incubators (UBIs) and technology incubators to understand their technology transfer strategies. The analyses, based on the Triple Helix model, also include the government policies to support innovation commercialization in Thailand. The study examines case studies of leading university business incubators (UBIs) (Mahidol University, Chulalongkorn University and King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi) and science and technology incubators of the National Science and Technology Agency (NSTDA) and the National Innovation Agency (NIA). The results have shown that the incubation program is one of the major policy mechanisms to support innovation and suggested that UBIs should act as an intermediary between the spheres of university and industry to provide interactive linkages and promote effective utilization of university research. The empirical study provides insightful implications on the move towards the entrepreneurial university and the dynamics of the Triple Helix system in stimulating innovation development and diffusion.  相似文献

目的为了提高保温箱的保温性能,对冷冻海鲜产品保温箱的结构进行设计和优化。方法针对冷冻海鲜产品"小批量,多批次"的运输需求,设计一款用于冷冻海鲜产品运输的保温箱,同时利用Ansys Workbench进行瞬态热分析,得出保温箱内的温度场变化情况,并通过分析温度场模拟的结果来改进保温箱的结构。最后通过实验与数值模拟相比较的方式,验证模拟的可靠性。结果在保温箱边角处增加少量保温材料就能将保温箱的保温性能提高9.9%。结论通过数值模拟的方式来改进保温箱的结构是可靠的。  相似文献

The present study introduces a multilevel ‘fit’ perspective on business incubation to examine the link between incubator size and tenant growth. We suggest that the effect of incubator size on tenant growth is not universally positive or negative but is contingent upon (a) the size of the tenants’ venture team and (b) whether tenants are operating in a high-tech industry. Based on data from 276 tenants hosted in 67 business incubators in Germany, multilevel analyses provide support for our hypotheses. With its findings, the present study complements earlier incubator research and expands our knowledge on which types of business incubators are best suited to facilitate venture development.  相似文献

目的 根据不同温敏产品冷链物流所需条件(温度和保温时间),对保温包装箱内蓄冷剂的选择进行分析,以提高利用效率.方法 首先建立蓄冷保温箱的有限元模型,分析冷藏和冷冻2种制冷方式时保温箱内部瞬态温度场和有效保温时间,再结合理论计算验证模型的可靠性.在外界环境温度以及箱体各参数均不变的情况下,以蓄冷剂的设计参数(相变温度和相变潜热)为研究对象,拟合出冷藏和冷冻时蓄冷剂的温控图,讨论不同冷链物流条件下保温箱蓄冷剂的选择问题.结果 通过仿真模拟,得出保温箱内温度场分布均匀,有较好的温控效果;仿真和理论所得的保温时间数值相近,最大偏差为6.58%;由仿真数据得出了3种常见冷链物流条件下箱内蓄冷剂设计参数的合理选择范围.结论 在不同冷链物流条件下,合理选择蓄冷剂的设计参数可确保温箱的温控效果,为冷链物流运输中蓄冷剂的选择及控温包装的优化设计提供理论基础.  相似文献

Currently, there are a lot of infant incubators being used in hospitals in Thailand. That situation brings about the question on whether the values of physical quantities such as sound pressure or temperature inside the incubator still conform to the requirements of the international standards. The main objective of this research was to study the sound pressure level (SPL) generated within the incubator. The measurement method was based on IEC 60601-2-19:2009. There were two measurement conditions of the SPL in the infant incubator; the measurement during power-off condition and the measurement during the operation of incubator at a controlled temperature of 36 °C with a maximum humidity setting. Both measurement conditions were carried out in an empty incubator. The average values from the three measurement results of each operating incubator subtracted by the value of background noise were reported as the result of SPL generated in the incubator. The SPL results from this study were lower than 60 dBA, which are within the tolerance limit specified in IEC 60601-2-19. The estimated measurement uncertainty was lower than 1.8 dBA. This research will benefit to an investigation of hearing loss in infants possibly caused by the operation of the infant incubators in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Ultimately, this research will be a great evidence to show the NICU staffs in the hospitals in Thailand and also raise their awareness that it is important to sustain the proper maintenance and calibration of the infant incubators.  相似文献
