一株牙Ping出血症病原菌的分子生物学鉴定 总被引:15,自引:0,他引:15
从患出血症养殖牙Ping分离到一株病原菌M4,革兰氏阴性,杆状,有极生和侧生鞭毛,能运动,菌落半透明。进行了常规生理生化和BIOLOG-GN细菌鉴定系统测试。结果表明菌株M4与V.carchariae的表型特征非常相似。为了进一步确定M4的分类学地位,测定了其16SrRNA基因序列,分析了相关细菌相应序列的同源性,构建了系统发生树,结果表明菌株M4和V.carchariae的亲缘关系最近。综合上述结果,菌株M4可鉴定为Vibiro carchariae。 相似文献

青岛和大连海区海带(Laminaria japonica)外生细菌的16S rRNA基因序列分析 总被引:5,自引:1,他引:5
从采集自青岛和大连的大型褐藻海带(Laminaria japonica)表面分离到22株革兰氏阴性海洋细菌。根据16SrRNA基因序列分析结果,将其分别鉴定为假交替单胞菌(Pseudoalteromonas,Cobetia)菌,嗜冷单胞菌(Psychromonas),交替单胞菌(Alteromonas),产碱杆菌(Alcaligens)和海杆菌(Marinobacter)。其中假交替单胞菌在两地样品中占据绝对优势,但每个产地的假交替单胞菌不能单独聚类在一起,不同海区的海带表面存在遗传关系非常接近的菌株。假交替单胞菌之外的其他菌株于两地样品之间存在种或属水平上的差异。本文结果提示外生细菌的种类既与环境相关,又受宿主的状况影响。对8株受试菌株的拮抗实验结果显示了外生细菌在寻找新型抗生素方面的潜力。 相似文献

从极端污染的土壤中,分离到一株对草甘膦有极端抗性的细菌菌株HTG7。它能够在以草苷膦为选择压力的限制性培养基上生长,其最高耐受能力为500mmol/L。采用PCR扩增获得该菌16SrDNA片段。核苷酸序列分析表明,该菌的16SrDNA核苷酸序列与盐单胞菌属同源性最高,在95%-98%之间。在细菌系统分类学上,HTG7归属盐单胞菌属Variabil。 相似文献

本文提出了一种极化SAR图像分类的新方法,该方法将传统极化分解与子孔径分析结合起来.首先将全分辨率极化SAR图像分解成几个子孔径图像,利用子孔径分析对两类非平稳目标进行检测,得到场景中的非平稳目标.然后对全分辨率图像的相干矩阵进行特征分解,得到熵(H)和α角两个参数,并在H-α平面上对地面目标进行分类;最后,将非平稳目标检测结果与H/α分类结果结合起来,对极化SAR图像进行更为精细的分类.仿真结果表明,本文提出的方法取得了更好的分类效果. 相似文献

灭活病毒诱导牙鲆传代细胞差减cDNA文库的构建及分析 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
以灭活大鳞鲆弹状病毒诱导的牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)传代细胞作为检测子(tester),正常对照细胞作为驱赶子(driver),分别提取mRNA,逆转录合成双链cDNA。经两轮差减杂交,两轮抑制性PCR扩增后,取正向差减的PCR产物与T载体连接,构建抑制差减cDNA文库,随机挑取7400余个克隆,对其中4200多个克隆进行PCR扩增鉴定,发现近4000个克隆中均含有插入片段,大小在250~1000bps之间,进一步对含有插入片段的近4000个克隆进行了斑点杂交筛选,得到近668个可能含有抗病毒或与免疫相关的阳性克隆。初步的结果表明所建立的差减cDNA文库适合进一步克隆鱼类抗病毒相关新基因。 相似文献

Detecting and analyzing pathogenic bacteria in an effective and reliable manner is crucial for the diagnosis of acute bacterial infection and initial antibiotic therapy. However, the precise labeling and analysis of bacteria at the single‐bacterium level are a technical challenge but very important to reveal important details about the heterogeneity of cells and responds to environment. This study demonstrates an optical strategy for single‐bacterium labeling and analysis by the cotrapping of single upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs) and bacteria together. A single UCNP with an average size of ≈120 nm is first optically trapped. Both ends of a single bacterium are then trapped and labeled with single UCNPs emitting green light. The labeled bacterium can be flexibly moved to designated locations for further analysis. Signals from bacteria of different sizes are detected in real time for single‐bacterium analysis. This cotrapping method provides a new approach for single‐pathogenic‐bacterium labeling, detection, and real‐time analysis at the single‐particle and single‐bacterium level. 相似文献

Chemical compounds are modeled as graphs. The atoms of molecules represent the graph vertices while chemical bonds between the atoms express the edges. The topological indices representing the molecular graph corresponds to the different chemical properties of compounds. Let be are two positive integers, and be the zero-divisor graph of the commutative ring . In this article some direct questions have been answered that can be utilized latterly in different applications. This study starts with simple computations, leading to a quite complex ring theoretic problems to prove certain properties. The theory of finite commutative rings is useful due to its different applications in the fields of advanced mechanics, communication theory, cryptography, combinatorics, algorithms analysis, and engineering. In this paper we determine the distance-based topological polynomials and indices of the zero-divisor graph of the commutative ring (for as prime numbers) with the help of graphical structure analysis. The study outcomes help in understanding the fundamental relation between ring-theoretic and graph-theoretic properties of a zero-divisor graph . 相似文献
