通过对特征,建模方法的阐述,介绍了基于特征建模的基本工作原理及其作用.分析车身各构件的特征并根据特征给车身分块.研究基于特征的车身覆盖件参数化建模方法,在车身覆盖件建模中引入了特征建模概念,针对车身覆盖件的结构特点及其形状特征的生成机理,提出车身覆盖件形状特征分类方法,最后以Pro/E软件系统建立车身曲面组件为例阐明建立车身三维模型过程. 相似文献

Assembly system complexity, especially welding system complexity introduced by auto-body product personalization is regarded as a major contributor of uncertainty in the system planning and designing. The welding system complexity is defined based on information entropy theory, the station-level integrated complexity model, and system-level complexity flow model are established to obtain the complexity source of welding system. Complexity source sensitivity indices are proposed to indentify key station and key equipment that contribute most to the complexity. Based on the application of auto-body side welding line case, the result indicates that the proposed complexity model and key complexity source identifying and diagnosing process can be used as the decision support tool of auto-body welding system. 相似文献

为提高车身开发效率,缩短开发周期,将产品数据管理技术应用于车身开发过程。首先构建了面向网络、分布开发环境下的集成于车身开发过程的产品数据管理系统的总体结构和实现环境,在Oracle8i数据库系统的支持下,实现了系统中的主要功能模块,并成功应用于某汽车制造企业轻型卡车车身开发项目的管理。该系统能有效地管理车身开发中的产品数据,提高了车身开发的效率,支持车身开发的并行工程。 相似文献

This paper is concerned with crash analysis of a front side member in an auto-body considering the effect of fabrication. The front side member is fabricated with sheet metal forming processes that induce forming histories such as plastic work hardening and non-uniform thickness distribution. Numerical simulation is carried out with LS-DYNA3D in order to identify the forming effect on the crashworthiness. The result shows that the crash analysis of the front side member with considering the forming history leads to a different result from that without considering the forming effect. The analysis calculated crash mode, the reaction force and the energy absorption for crashworthiness assessment with the forming effect. The analysis results demonstrate that the design of auto-body members should be carried out considering the forming history for accurate assessment of crashworthiness. 相似文献

A new method of guideless spatial coordinate measurement technology based on coding pole and vision measurement is proposed. Unequal spacing of bar code is adopted to pole, so that the code combination of pole image in measuring field is unique. Holographic characteristics of numeric coding pole are adopted to obtain pole pose and pole probe position by any section of bar code on the pole. Spatial coordinates of measuring points can be obtained by coordinate transform. The contradiction between high resolution and large visual field of image sensor is resolved, thereby providing a new concept for surface shape measurement of large objects with high precision. The measurement principles of the system are expounded and mathematic model is established. The measurement equation is evaluated by simulation experiments and the measurement precision is analyzed. Theoretical analysis and simulation experiments prove that this system is characterized by simple structure and wide measurement range. 工艺补充面与压料面是覆盖件模具冲压成形的重要技术。大量试验及CAE仿真结果已经充分证明:补偿面和压料面的形状和形态对板材的成形性影响很大。在以往的覆盖件模具设计过程中,用户都是凭借设计经验,在三维CAD软件中手工地构造和生成这种补充面与压料面,其设计效率很低。针对曲面生成的难点,提出了基于B 样条扫描曲面的工艺补充设计方法,论述了扫描曲面的生成原理及实现方法。根据覆盖件成形特点,给出了基于扫描面的工艺补充和压料面生成算法。并结合实例编制了相应的程序,论证了其可行性。与在有限元网格意义下的生成方法比较,最大的优点是:提出的生成方法可以直接用于进行数控加工,同时,许多自动化和自适应的设计过程又能够明显提高设计效率。 相似文献
