采用5种不同组织结构经编间隔织物作为增强基体,填充Natural Latex(天然乳胶)制备填充率为30%、50%、70%的柔性复合材料。对天然乳胶红外光谱图进行分析,并对纯织物及采用25%和50%压缩率的复合材料的静态压缩性进行测试。根据试验数据绘制复合材料载荷-压缩应变曲线图和应力-间隔丝排列密度关系图,对比分析不同填充率及不同压缩应变下复合材料的压缩性能。结果表明,经编间隔织物填充天然乳胶后复合材料承受载荷能力明显增加且天然乳胶填充率越高,复合材料越硬挺,抗压能力越强但缓弹性减弱;填充率越大,经编间隔织物间隔丝排列密度对复合材料压缩性能影响越小。经编间隔织物基天然乳胶柔性复合材料优良的压缩性能可应用于鞋垫或护具领域中。 相似文献

黄曲霉毒素B1(aflatoxin B1,AFB1)是化学物质中致癌性最强的一种,对人和动物的健康具有极大的威胁,尤其是对肝脏的损害。AFB1是谷物和粮油中最为多见的真菌毒素,危害性也最强,长期低剂量的摄入AFB1除了会导致肝脏损伤和诱发肝癌之外,也会损害人体的其他器官。因此,能够有效防护人体免遭AFB1损伤的功能食品和新型保健药物已成为研究重点。近年来,天然产物因其具有生物活性显著、副作用小、多靶点等优点而备受关注,多种植物源天然产物已被报道能够抑制黄曲霉的生长产毒和AFB1的毒性作用。该文主要综述了植物源天然产物对黄曲霉生长产毒和AFB1毒性作用的抑制作用以及其相关抑制机制,为进一步开展AFB1毒性损伤的防护研究工作,开发能降低AFB1对人和动物的毒性损伤的新型保健药物和功能食品提供参考。 相似文献

为了研制可中性水显影的亲和性变化型热敏成像体系,设计合成了一种反应型加成裂解链转移剂(DT-PA),在它存在的条件下进行丙烯酸的聚合,得到平均聚合度为5的反应性大分子乳化剂(DTPA AA 5)。利用该乳化剂的钠盐作为表面活性剂,制备了具有亲油内核和表面含有高密度羧酸盐基团的核壳型乳液,该乳液固含量高、稳定性好。将该乳液与水溶性成膜树脂聚乙烯醇(PVA1788)配合使用并制备了乳液薄膜。该乳液薄膜能被中性水洗掉,但经160℃烤版后失去水溶性。当在该体系中引入一种红外增感染料(最大吸收为830nm)后,所制备的薄膜可用830nm的红外激光曝光成像,中性水显影后可得到阴图型图像。为实现更好的成膜性,该体系的配方仍需调整。 相似文献

Due to the potential toxic effects of synthetic antioxidants, natural antioxidant sources especially fruits are being preferred now-a-days for use in different meat products. The majority of the antioxidant capacity of a fruit is especially because of numerous phenolic compounds. Many of the phytochemicals present in fruits may help protect cells against the oxidative damage caused by free radicals, thereby reducing the risk of degenerative diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, various types of cancers, and neurological diseases. Various parts of the fruit including their byproducts like skin and seeds have been used in meat products. Plum has been used as plum puree, prunes (dried plum), and plum extracts. Grape skin, seed, peel extracts, and grape pomace; berries as cakes and powder extracts; pomegranate rind powder and its juice; and most of the citrus fruits have proved beneficial sources of antioxidants. All these natural sources have effectively reduced the thiobarbituric acid-reactive substances (TBARS) values and free radical frequency. Thus, lipid oxidation is prevented and shelf life is greatly enhanced by incorporating various kinds of fruits and their byproducts in meat and meat products. There is a great scope for the use of fruits as natural sources of antioxidants in meat industry. Cotton fabric was coated with aqueous dispersion containing blend of natural rubber latex (NRL), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and starch following a knife-over-roll technique to produce moisture vapour permeable waterproof coating. Coating of cotton with a formulation containing NRL, 15% aqueous PVA and tamarind kernel seed powder as starch, in the ratio of 1:3: 0.3 in presence of a typical sulphur curing system, followed by drying of the coated fabric at 95 °C for 5 min and subsequent vulcanization at 120 °C for 2 h produced most balanced improvements in the properties of the coated fabric such as, waterproofness, breathability as revealed by moisture vapour transmission rate, coating adhesion, tensile properties, abrasion resistance and flex endurance. Incorporation of PVA makes the coating permeable to moisture vapour and such property is promoted further in presence of starch in the coating formulation. Examination of surface morphology of vulcanized coating by scanning electron microscopy revealed that poly vinyl alcohol crystals formed clusters of dimensions of only few microns in the rubber matrix. Such clusters of PVA served as conduits for transportation of moisture vapour through the film of NRL while acting as an effective barrier to liquid water droplets. 相似文献

Lectin activity in a toxic (Cape Verde) and non-toxic (Mexico) variety of Jatropha curcas seed meal was investigated using latex agglutination and haemagglutination assays. Lectin activity expressed as reciprocal of the minimum quantity (in mg) of Jatropha meal per ml of the assay mixture which produced agglutination with the latex beads was 2·88 ± 0·57 and 1·71 ± 0·00 (mean ± SD, n = 3) for the toxic and the non-toxic varieties, respectively, which did not differ significantly (P > 0·05), while with the haemagglutination assay these values were 102 and 51, respectively, and differed significantly (P < 0·05). The lectins were inactivated by heating and moist heat was more effective than dry heat. The results suggest that lectins may not be responsible for short term toxicity caused by consumption of raw Jatropha meal. © 1998 SCI. 相似文献
