东鞍山铁矿石的矿石类型及铁矿物种类多,矿物嵌布粒度细,矿泥量大,阴离子碱性正浮选流程不能适应矿石性质的变化。脱泥-反浮选流程适应东鞍山铁矿石的特性,通过对关键技术的研究,可在常规磨矿细度(-0.075mm占85%)下实现脱泥-反浮选工艺。工业分流试验表明,对于正常矿石,可获得铁品位63.66%,回收率80.13%的铁精矿;对于难选矿石,铁精矿品位62.83%,回收率75.48%。  相似文献

本文对以石油磺酸钙为主的磺酸盐类型新药剂-M203捕收剂处理东鞍山高亚铁贫赤铁矿石的工业试验作了介绍。工业试验结果表明,在入选平均品位31.80%,含亚铁4.03%的条件下,与原氧化石腊皂和塔尔油混合药剂的选别指标对比,回收率提高13.32%,为处理这类难选矿石提供了一种有效的捕收剂。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
